I am pissed off, from your staff like Gaurav and other executive.
I don't understand what sort of employees ShopClues hire and what sort of training you provide them.
Gaurav is a senior or I must say team leader of help desk executives down the line and he don't understand simple written English, he can argue on unnecessary logics and don't listen to the customer . Again between this issue he use to call me once in the day or two and then wen I call to the toll free no executives deny to connect me with him .

Haven't shopclues train him to ask customer the convenient time to call and then call to the customer as a basic courtesy.

Another day he was arguing me that the product is delivered and he can show the POD and when I discuss and make Aayush one of the help desk executives understand the concern Gaurav is today telling me that product is not delivered at my end and will initiate the refund .

Again I order 2 product and pay 132 /- from my mobikwik account and rest from my net banking account, adjust the amount of mobikwik i.e 132/- for the product which is delivered and return the amount of the product not delivered to my Bank Account HDFC .

      The below mail is received from shopclues. The order was confirmed and payment debited from my account. The order now cancelled for silly reason that the product can not be delivered even within kolkata metro and location is 10kms from kolkata airport. Though cancellation has been done but it will be credited to my a/c after 22 days (06.09.2016), why? If shopclues wants to utilise my money for their own business they need to pay interest.
      Please pay me interest 2% per month for holding my money and loss of opportunity. The order was cancelled by you at your whims and fancy and you cannot hold customer money without interest.

        Bought a charger from this site & they sent me a defective piece.
        So i tried filing the return for this order, but despite of my numerous attempts, i couldn't because of their awful return policies that caused delay and epiration of the 10 day return policy.
        Tried calling them and they were pretty good at lying and telling me that they couldnt find any return requests and only recieved the review.
        I even got a mail and an sms regarding the return but they insisted that it was just a part of the procedure that further lead to the return requests but everytime i clicked on the link the same procedure continued leading to nothing.

                I have ordered of r a pack of 5 led watches on 7/08/2016 order no. 96617348 and it was confirmed through sms that it will be delivered by 18/08/2016. Today it is already 18/08/2016 and the tracking record says that the said consignment is already delivered at the said address, but i have not received it yet. Tracking no. Is [protected]. Nobody has called me yet to deliver the said consignment. I am a regular customer of shopclues. I have purchased lot many things online, but i had always used the option of cash on delivery and my order were delivered me within 3 days, but this time i have done a sin that i made the payment on line in advance through debit card. As they have received the payment in advance now they have become relaxed and they are sleeping like anything. This is the first time that after 10 days also the consignment has not been delivered, it means that if you are making payment in advance you are doing some kind of sin. I want that today itself my consignment should delivered. I have ordered it for rakshabandhan only. Today it is 18/08/2016 and it is rakshabandhan and i have not received it yet. What is the use if i have placed the order well in advance i. E. 10 days back. How much time it takes from mumbai to pune. They are showing awb [airway bill]. It hardly takes 20 minutes from mumbai to pune. Within 10 days they have been unable to deliver the same. Within these days any tye of consignment would have been delivered in any part of the world.

                I have ordered for a pack of 5 led sports watches on 07/08/2016. The order no. Is 96617348 has not been delivered at my address yet but the bluedart dhl tracking status [protected] says that it is already delivered.
                I don't understand where and whom they have delivered it to.
                I am a regular customer of shopclues but earlier i would place order with the payment option of cod [cash on delivery] but this time i have already made payment through debit card in advance, but until now i have not received the said article. Earlier when cod was there i would receive the article within three days.

                  I ordered fitfly from their jalndhar based seller, i ordered on 6 th august now it 17 th and there is no delivery even the shipment details are wrong, shopclues don't have any answer about it, 3rd class and worst company to deal with, never order from this site, waste of time and money, i contacted the seller fitfly forst 4 calls they don't have any answer than they are pick up my call after two days i called them from diffrent number, and they replyied like they coughtted ted handed and tell me that my shipmnet is at ambala and still not dispatched on other side shopclues given me wrong shipment number which is wrong and untraceable, i informed them 6 times but there is no satisfactory reply from shopclues, they all are frouds, waste of time, and now i am waiting for my money back in my account

                    I am reaching shopclues customer care team since last 3-4 day i have order 2 bean bags for my nephew and made shipping address of ahmedabad.

                    Part orders 1 bean bag was delivered at given address and part order was missing and status is showing order completed and both the bean bags are deliverd. When we reach customer care from we support tab since 3-4 day nobody is is bother nor they are reverting or acknowleding for the same.

                    I have made prepaid order i have all the proves.

                    In their shipment delivery tab says it is been signed by shipment delivered (Received by nishang,), but i have order shipment on the name of arth doshi. Nobody at my place is with the neme of nishang.

                        Hello there, i ordered a sandisk pen drive of 16gb from shopclues.com. As it was not available with the seller, i received a call from shopclues that they will arrange an another pen drive from another seller. And then i received it and it does not work as other pen drives. No files can be stored in 16gb. On the other side there are no details of the product only sandisk written on one side.

                          The package was received on 30/7/16 at 2:45pm. There was a noticeable damage on one side of the package. Today (1/8/16) at 5:45pm the technician from vk. Engineering (Send by[protected] call centre) visited and unpacked it to install. But the product was completely damaged due to the impact. So unusable. Need return and replacement product with proper wooden packaging. 5 picture is attached for your view. Thanks

                          8/8/16 delaying tactics is followed very efficiently, even after calling and sending emails with no reactions.

                          12/8/16 12 days are pass successfully without any action by shopclues. Consumer court case filing is in process, will be done on 16/8/16 being a nice date.


                          Even after 16 days from delivery, they are keeping mom and the call centre acts as dummy post man, don't know what they are indent to do?

                              i ordered a butterfly wallet from shopclues . it is to be delivered by 22nd july to me but courier company person called me and told me that my area is not covered under their services so i have to collect my item by my own. and due to heavy rainfall in pune i was not able to go to courier company's address and then i mailed to shopclues about this thing too but no reply came from them . and after few days i got message on my phone that my product is delivered successfully to me but i did not go there. now they are not replying to my mails and not even refunding my money

                                I just bought two cartoons of d-link cat6 utp cable. One from local market and another from shopclues online marketing company (Seller/dispatcher-krishna computers, krishna-computers. Shopclues.com, order no. 96045470 on 28 july 2016, delivered on 8 august 2016)

                                I found too many differences in both of them which are -

                                (1) the locally bought packaging contains d-link cartoon with d-link 3d hologram and ul certified 3d hologram, where as the shopclues bought packaging do not contains any 3d hologram of genuineness.

                                (2) the locally bought packaging contains packaged in an easy-to-pull box with rollable pvc stand for easier pulling, where as the shopclues bought packaging cable are rolled in a plywood built roll and cant be rolled in cartoon itself and not packaged in an easy-to-pull box for easier pulling.

                                (3) the locally bought packaging contains d-link cable rolled at the end with 305 meter marking as we normally found, where as the shopclues bought packaging contains cable rolled at the end with 0 meter marking.

                                (4) the locally bought packaging contains label with serial, where as the shopclues bought packaging do not contains any serial number but contains upc code. Shopclues delivered product packet also contains fake brand labeling.

                                (5) the locally bought packaging contains cable with print d-link type cm 23 awg 75°c e350461 etl verified to ansi/tia-568-c.2 cat.6 utp lan cable 0419 ds08153001 as per dlink official specification whereas the shopclues package contains cable with print d-link type cm 23 awg 75”c e340539 etl verified to eia/tia 568.2-1 cat.6 utp lan cable b1203e012 (D-link not makes cat6 cable of this specification).

                                (7) the locally bought packaging contains dlink cable wire with proper thickness and properly twisted, where as the shopclues bought packaging contains cable wire with less thickness and very less twisted.

                                (8) the locally bought packaging contains cable with up to mark, where as the shopclues bought packaging contains cable with simple and loose insulation with too dark color.

                                (9) the locally bought packaging label contains email [protected]@in. Dlink.com and phone no. +[protected] and[protected], where as the shopclues bought packaging label contain email [protected]@dlink.com.in and phone no. +[protected] and[protected].

                                (10) i filled return request after opening the shipment and the return id is
                                3042710 dated 9 august under return policy.

                                By the overall comparison between two packages it is clear that the delivered item is fake/duplicate d-link cable. Shopclues fake delivery video is now live at https://youtu.be/rUEpnH3kRiQ.

                                I consulted dlink support with photographs and marketing manager personally. They clearly reject the product and told that this is a fake product.
                                I consulted to shopclues customer care on 9 august 2016 regarding refund and they told it will be done 2 to 4 days and told my case is putted on high priority. After passing 4 days, i again consulted them and they again told me that it will take more time and i should wait till 19 august 2016.                                 Shopclues is passing time. I have mailed them many times for return and refund. They do not reply when they will return and refund my money. Shopclues has cheated me with their business partner “krishna computers, panchkula” and i am recording all portal activities, mails, phonic conversations in audio visual manner. I have also reserved record of packet opening and product details because i had previously cheated by online companies many times and they refunded me as i possessed witness. I am waiting till patience ends then after i will move to court of justice with proof and claim of all loss and damages occurred due to fraudulent activities of shopclues.

                                  I ordered for car seat cover of ALTO K10 which was delivered on 31.07 and when opened it for fixing it was used and also damaged.
                                  Though packing was very good well stitched in plastic bag.Inside that cover was not in good condition, there was stain and scratches, image attached


                                  I received damaged and used car seat cover from Khushal and requested for return but there is no response from your side

                                        Respected sir/mam,
                                        I ordered 3 miser grinder from this site on 5th july and my order id is 94619276.
                                        But when the product delivered to my home i saw 2 product was damage. So i send the picture of the product and submit a return request.
                                        But the company didn't satisfy with the picture so again i sent all the picture whatever they required.
                                        Then they approved for return and confirm me on mail.
                                        But after 3days again they mail me that my location is not the serviceable area so i have to send the product with my own interest.
                                        So i mail them that when you sale the product on the same address then why you didn't pick up for the same.. But its already 13th aug, that mean already 1month over.. Still i didn't get any reply from them.
                                        I have all the mail conversation detail which they send to me and i have all the picture also.
                                        So its my humble request to you... Please look into this matter.

                                        I just tried the chopper. It is not cutting properly. I do not want this item. Please let me know how i can return it.
                                        The wooden kitchen tools are in such bad condition...i am really shocked to see it. Totally cheated.
