I have ordered the product blaupunkt sonido as on 25th july 2016 i have not received the order till today and when i checked with the courier company aramex they say that the address name and phone number and also the product is not matching with my records they say the address is of goa and the name on that product is of pankaj and the product is blackberry curve and i need to contact shopclues and tell them to give them instructions what to do with the product as they cant deliver it to me my shipment is showing on hold as on 1st august 2016 in aramex courier website tracking
Details when i contacted shopclues customer support they say they will respond within 4-5 biz days but no activity has been taken place from your end and i want the money to get refunded to my account

Shopclues delivering me wrong product ... it is not good service...on shopclues website, i m pressing return option but it not working...my shopclues order id is 96170701

I got an induction stove. Which worked only till 2 cooking. The third time it made some sound and went off. So I called the customer service team informed them about it. And they said we will process the return request. I said ok. They sent an email. In that it was written as 2-3 working days.I called them on 3rd day. They r saying call after 4days. I called still they r asking to call the next day. Then I called started yelling at them. I informed them. I didn't demand any date or time. M doing what u people are asking. U asked call after 4 days. I did. Then call the next day. I still did. Now u people r saying still not happened.. And then after half hour I started getting messages about the return approved. And it was approved on 6th now as per them the courier guy will come on 13th. So m sure the product to return will take time of almost 1 month.

So now I decided I will go and repair the product.

The worst service team. Moreover, m telling them. And the executive is asking me do u want to return or no.m saying saying she has only one statement. Do u want to return or no.

I need full refund of this product. This company managers need to be informed of what's happening.

I never experienced such problem with amazon flipkart or any other shopping website.

I have purchased above said mobile with purchase order no.95778486 on 24.07.16 through hdfc credit card payment. Unfortunately, i am sorry to submit that the mobile was not yet received by me. This is the service from shopclues people. This type of service was not expected from the shopclues. This was blunder mistake from our side. Any have, i humbly requested the shopclues service people to deliver the mobile at the earliest.

Hi Team, I have not received order 95471037 which was marked as complete. The msg of delivered came but the product is not received The courier by which my product was to be delivered is safeexpress.I have sent multiple emails to shopclues customer service but have not received any proper response so far.Please see to it that the item is delivered at my place.we pay the money at time and does not expect such type of service from your side.

I have ordered a samsung 50 inch led tv on 08 july 2016, and received a damaged product on 23 july 2016. The led tv's screen has a big dent and screen has cracks including the frame. I have called several times to shopclues but there is no response from them

I ordered a Samsung mobile on Shopclue who delivered "Dead on Arrival". I have contacted to Shopclue support care but they are just ignoring again and again. They are saying wait and wait all the time.

IT HAS BEEN 20 DAYS, WHERE IS MY ORDER???

I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM SHOPCLUES.

This is the first and last time i am dealing with shopclues. It was my huge mistake to order from this website.
I had placed very small order of two lipsticks, it has been 14 days now, and i dont know where my order is.
The courier tracker said address unreachable, i dont know which courier service is such that they dont bother to contact the user.
I called up with customer care, they asked me to wait for one day more. I again called next day, they asked me to wait for 2 days more.
Now i am done waiting, i want my order as soon as possible. Sites like Jabong, Flipkart they deliver product before their estimated time, but here shopclues
crossed the estimated time way beyond an dont bother to contact the user.

May be i can get some help if someone from shopclues reading this.
