My Shopclues order 95604483 for Mens Casual shoes. I have received a order confirmation message along with courier tracking no. Multiple times I followed up with courier team. None responded and I was told that they have not received the product.
Do not trust this stupid Shopclues liars they are cheaters.

      I had ordered a backpack from shop clues.com order no.[protected]. The specifications they mentioned and the product i got were totally different. I asked for a return and my return no is 2971505. I asked for return of money in my bank account but they granted me with some clues bucks and are now not transferring my money in my bank account. They are fraud and misusing the power given to them and stealing common people's money. I want to lodge a complaint against this. Please suggest me the proper place where the law can give justice against such fraud companies.

        Dear sir/ma'am,

        I have wrote this mail on behalf of services and packing issue o[censored]sed/refurbished product. Yesterday evening i have got your product someone collect this product into my home when i reached my home and i measure this product find some packaging and reused product i have express in details in given below.

        1. The product packaging is not same type of company package the product.
        2. Product onida seal is not found into the box and local seal also broken o[censored]pper side of box.
        3. Front side box find a big hole its affix with local tap.
        4. When i open this break pharmacol participial.
        5. No poly bag covered of the led tv outside.
        6. Some screw find inside the box.
        7. No other demo/install/warranty card into the box.

        First of all i m very dislike your worst service its used and refurbished product those you placed me and first day of placed order you misguide me your worst services.

        1. Order confirmation delay bank confirmed it 07.07.2016 but your delay this product 24 hours.
        2. Order confirmed you 09.07.2016 and shipped its without know my choice if i m not interested to take it so cancel order user can be cancelled any order after 24 hours of order confirmation. (According to policy)
        3. You give me expected delivery of this product of 12.07.2016 but that day i m not received this product.
        4. When i confirmed for fedex team they give me this product have placed into pune.

        Finally i m tried to face your worst services according to your return policy kindly provide me new and fresh product.
        Other wise i log the complaint consumer portal for your worst service and take a legal action against of you.

          I bought a mobile gionee marathon m5 lite order no.92938741 on 9 june 2016. The mobile which was delivered to me was damaged and old, it was earlier sold on amazon.Inside the box i found a bill of the same mobile with same emei no of amazon site. I requested the customer care about the issue ans asked them to refund my money. After several days of suffering i was informed that the merchant has accepted the return but without informing me they generated a another order (Order no.[protected] date 11 july 2016 and sent me another mobile. When i called the shopclues customer service and asked them to cancel the second automatically generated order and refund my money, they told me that they cannot cancel the order and asked me to deny to accept the courier.
          After so many days the courier came and as asked i denied to accept the courier. But despite this still my money is not refunded and i am going through a lot of mental trauma as i have to call them daily to remind of the return. These online sites have no idea what the customer undergoes through.
          Kindly help me to get my return.
          I have suffered a lot.

            I am trying my luck everywhere to see if i can get a resolution.
            I placed order number 94591101 order date: 4 jul 2016, 10:27 pm. For few days it kept on showing as in transit and then courier person called me and asked for address i told him i can reach to a nearby place if he is not able to locate and i he agreed but never came and after few days status showed as delivered. I have lodged complaints both with shopclues as well as courier company but no success.

            We have cctv installed in our locality and as per footage no-one came to our home to deliver the product. Please let me know if you can help

                I have ordered a mobile in shop clues on 19 july there is too late delivery and i have mailed 2 times but there is no response to me i have hated it so much it is showing that order is delayed but i need it. Its too bad experience from shop clues. Before ordering this i loved this website so much but now it is the waste one. The single delivery problem made me to hate it.
                Its ok when they have replied me but there is no response from them they should response to the customers reviews.

                    We worst services providing customer support. I ordered asus graphics card, but i receive different product. So i ask for refund my money. But they are taken any steps.

                    Then you people asked to share the delivery slip, then i scan and sended to you.

                    After sending called and confirmed via toll free number.

                    They accept my picture. And told me to wait 48 hrs for next process.

                    After fews days again i called for enquiry about status, they asking to send all picture. After i shared all picture also attachment enclosed picture -2

                    At last i am tryed to check the status on last monday, you people to wait more that three days. But no proper response

                    Kindly take correct action and close the issue.

                    I am really not happy for your services. I am waiting for positive reply.

                      1. screen of the tv is not working at all. the product was delivered on 18th july, 2016 and i raised return request on that day also 18th july, 2016.

                      2. on 22nd july, 2016 as per discussion with shopclues team, i have been informed that they got my mail with all the information including images of the screen and invoice paper (which i sent on 21st july, 2016 as they asked me on that day (21st july, 2016) to send those information). they informed me that they got adequate information from my side and no need to require more information from me. now their turn to provide me replacement policy (10 days replacement policy) and all informations. withing 3 to 4 working days they will provide me (through mail) all the information how to pick up the product from delivery address and the pick up date and also deliver a new product as per instruction from them.

                      3. on 24th july, 2016 i again sent them mail writing as soon as i received the tv, it was found as defective. immediately on that night (18.07.2016), i reported it to shopclues requesting to replace the same. subsequently as per their instruction i sent images and invoice of the defective tv. but despite my repeated request/mails for the last 7 days i did not receive any replacement or my money of rs. 15999 or any positive response from them. this is very very unfortunate and raising the question of breach of trust of online shopping. again i request shopclues team to send me a mail immediately confirming to deliver me the replacement of the defective tv or return my money, otherwise i will refer the matter to the appropriate authority of government of india furnishing the details of purchase, your website and other details for the breach of trust and for the return of my money.

                      4. lastly i found my return status has been rejected. i have put so many complaints about my order delay. but there is no proper response from shopclues. they were cheated me and wasted my time. i’ve asked for the refund but for that too i didn’t get any reply from them. this is the worst and fraudulent shopping site. so i need my money to be refunded immediately.

                                  I am not sure why shop clues customer care is so worst where they cannot resolve any issues either product or courier issue or call back resolution.
                                  Here are the problems where i sorted my self personally to my samsung led tv order number:[protected]Rs 52994):-

                                  1. Delivery address changed asked by me on next day of order placement but no support from shop clues where each customer care guys explain a different solutions with 48 hours resolution with different ways, finally no help on delivery. Dtdc still didn't deliver to actual address.

                                  2. Since dtdc not delivered the led to my address i went 72 km up and down to collect the product but i have raised this issue almost last 4 times to customer care guys but each time shop clues says wait for 48 hours and ticket updated. But till now i have not got any call from shop clues to my mobile [protected]. Shop clues any contact number (Example:[protected] is not a toll free and i spent rs 200 to call-up and follow-up on this.

                                  3. I think shop clues customer care guys have taken these things personnel rather official, then each and every time i am calling them and asking for sorting out these issues but shop clues is not taking care of buyer/customer where customer is least bothered. One customer care guy

                                  4. In anywhere in the world no business sustained if buyer/customer help/insupportableness does not exist in e-commerce business.

                                  5. Finally i spent rs 3000 to get the product from dtdc (See attached mail) where i am yet to get the refund of this money from shopclues, i have installed the product by help of seller devi corporation by mr. Mahajan, but product is good and worst customer support from shop clues.

                                  Finally i have taken 1.5 day leave to office and i took the product and i installed but shop clues has not provided my transportation charges.

                                  Last 10 calls i have spoken to shop clues customer care[protected] guys every one tells same that this is high priority issue we will resolve but till now i have not got any call to my mobile [protected] from shop clues.

                                  [protected] is the number i have dialled several time from my office and mobile, till now i have not got my courier charges rs.3000.

                                  Because fo this have have lost my leaves + extra risk + money + time = for this i need the resolution how shop clues will pay back my money what i have lost

                                  Comment: our family was dreaming of this samsung led to see and much awaited. Yesterday i took a day leave and went directly my self to collect from dtdc yelehanka worried dtdc guys response i had discussed many guys on delivery like raised complaint to shop clues, dtdc, divya corporation. After putting so much effort here are the below points to be considered to return this product.
                                  1. Cannot use/install the product in my home wall mount, wall mount plate not matches and authentic product since it is made in egypt foreign manufacture. No wall mount board matches and bottom stands are given both are same i cannot use this product.
                                  2. Stand issues i have discussed and told to devi corporation executive mobile number [protected] what's up the pics of stand.
                                  Below points are for your information
                                  3. The product is not having any service or spares available in india and service pay for this product cost more example per service it cost minimum rs 5000 service charge + extra cost for spares.
                                  4. No free installation only for indian brands it is free installation applicable. Since it is foreign product and since it is no where mentioned in shop clues that this is indian/foreign brand.
                                  5. Iwant to shop clue to talk to divya corporation and take proper action on this and i have spent almost rs 500 mobile currency to get this product finally i cannot use it.
                                  Finally want i want to say is i want this refund as soon as so that i can go for good product in shop clues with proper authenticity of indian brand which i should able to use it.

                                      I have ordered 4 products on 6th july with order no. 94745376, 94745375, 94745374, 94745372 but received only 1 product[protected]black and red flip flop). i even given the payment at the time of order.

                                      I called customer care on 20th july and complaint and they replied that they will call back in 48 hours. today i received a mail that they have sent all the products and will share courier details in another 7-10 days.

                                      This is very unfortunate, they are not even trying to solve the issue and they are not agreeing to the fact that i have not received the product which is very bad.

                                      This is really upsetting as their process is very very slow in replying.

                                      I want my products with me, i don't want my money back.

                                        Hi,
                                        My order number: 92308378 and i placed this on 27/5/2016 for the ktech 20kg combo 10-wb home gym. I contacted their email support on 28/5/2016 to cancel the order. I received a reply from them on 31/05/2016 saying that the order was already in transit (Which was not the truth) and they were unable to cancel. So they asked me to refuse the delivery which i did and the tracking has been updated in fedex as"item being returned to shipper". Their website had an update that my refund will be processed by jun 3rd. However, after that i have sent many emails on june 15th, 17th, 23rd. Then i received a wonderful email on 29/06/2016 saying that the product was delivered to me and i had confirmed the same. This is clearly a scam and after that i had also sent emails on 29th of june, and 3 emails on 6th of july. To add salt to the injury, i had also called them twice past this week and two agents have promised me that they will get back in 48 hours. It is now more than 165 hours. Some one help me to get my refund please. Thanks.
