I have ordered 4 products on 6th july with order no. 94745376, 94745375, 94745374, 94745372 but received only 1 product[protected]black and red flip flop). i even given the payment at the time of order.

I called customer care on 20th july and complaint and they replied that they will call back in 48 hours. today i received a mail that they have sent all the products and will share courier details in another 7-10 days.

This is very unfortunate, they are not even trying to solve the issue and they are not agreeing to the fact that i have not received the product which is very bad.

This is really upsetting as their process is very very slow in replying.

I want my products with me, i don't want my money back.

My order number: 92308378 and i placed this on 27/5/2016 for the ktech 20kg combo 10-wb home gym. I contacted their email support on 28/5/2016 to cancel the order. I received a reply from them on 31/05/2016 saying that the order was already in transit (Which was not the truth) and they were unable to cancel. So they asked me to refuse the delivery which i did and the tracking has been updated in fedex as"item being returned to shipper". Their website had an update that my refund will be processed by jun 3rd. However, after that i have sent many emails on june 15th, 17th, 23rd. Then i received a wonderful email on 29/06/2016 saying that the product was delivered to me and i had confirmed the same. This is clearly a scam and after that i had also sent emails on 29th of june, and 3 emails on 6th of july. To add salt to the injury, i had also called them twice past this week and two agents have promised me that they will get back in 48 hours. It is now more than 165 hours. Some one help me to get my refund please. Thanks.

I have recently brought a i kall mobile for my personal use through my log in id : [protected]@gmail.com. but the phone is dead after 1 hour o[censored]sage. the main issue is that the boot logo stuck. is this is a way to treat a regular customer? can i forward this case to consumer court. maybe i should forward because public should aware about this. try to not recommend shopclues in future.

I bought one nokia mobile on shop clues on april last week of 2016. I returned the product due its poor quality, and received the bill for return. I was informed that i will refunded for the mobile i returned. One week later i recieved a mail, that refund of rs.857 was made via neft to my provided bank account.

But till date i don't receive the refund of rs.857, as i verified with the bank officials. I keep sending mail regarding my refund but the response was poor.

I am purchasing nokia 5233 with gadget wood warranty. The part of memory card is not working. The battery is not going to charge. Please reply

I have booked 1 pair of footwear of sukun footwear with COD payment mode.Order no 93521984.i received my item on[protected] & found both shoes are for singel leg. then i have complaining and as per shopclues confirmation that the item is out of stock.so i cancelled my order and my Return no is 2927893.on 29 june 2016 one shopclues delivery boy received my item (Refund I'd is 9917809) and told me that after few days later shopclues refund my amount. but still no one contact to me aslo yet not received my refund amount 437.00.

So kindly refund my amount 437.00

I purchase reach mobile for shop clues but mobile defective received. 02 time defective mobile deliver but refund not provide and same third time defective mobile deliver and this time my return request reject due to call visit service centre but service centre locate distance above 40 km and we have immediate return request file so i request pl. Do the needful and provide refund.

This is the pathetic site to shop for. I ordered weardo captain america round neck men's t-shirt, but the product they delivered was totally different from what has been order. I would suggest everyone not to shop from this site. It was my worst experience.

Now i request you to take remideal action to send uro brand led bulbs 3 watt as per shopclues order no : 95253298 as early as possible. regards.

The main item an umbrella not supplied but other two item belt & money purse delivered and full payment done. After my complain to customer care, I get no result

Which was deliverd to me on 18 july 16

But product reced is in damage conditions so you are request to
Replace it with new one

We also intimate you that if you not have lenovo brand power bank so why you are sending samsung brand power bank.

Also intimate you that samsung brand power bank not received well condition product having scratch of product like that we think that product having on second hand goods condition or uses product not a newly product..

Also we inform you we deals with flipkart or amazon site all time but first time we connect with shopclues after that we think that service is not best for us.

O requested you to please replace same product immediately & provide lenovo power bank on urgent basis by that we can continue purchasing easily..

My order number is 94770712 and from last two week age i have ordered but still i have not received any kind of products. It's going very delay please deliver as soon as possible. I will never buy anything from shopclues.

My order 93944267 is pending from a long time. I have got the item on time and i have raised a return request on 10th. I am getting mixed response form your sside first you told my location in not serviceable and then i got mail from you saying that you have arranged for the pick up
I am really upset with the entire experience i had with you.In case if you are not going to pick my shipment from my place, cancel the return. I will give this to charity. But i will make sure that you don't cheat anyone of my circle

I have ordered one electric barbeque grill from shopclues and i receivced a defected item, i complaint the same about product to retailer and shopclues but retailer is not entertaining my call and whatsapp messages and shopclues is not ready to accept the return and they are not customer centric at all.

Request you to please look into the matter otherwise i'll approach consumer court and social sites to expose shopclues

Mera samsung j7 mobile nahi chal raha h. Hamne isse 16- marc-16 ko shopclues se purches kiya tha abhi kuch days before ye apne aap switch ho jata tha lekin ab iski screen nahi show ho rahi h. Hmne isse service center pr dikhaya tha to unhone bataya iski display clali gai hai or rs-5000/- lagenge.
To sir abhi to warranty me to fir kese charge.
