I have booked 16 pc portable screwdriver set on 14 july 2016 with online payment mode. order id was 95208027. it on[protected] i got msg is unable to serviceability. i have complaining that i[censored] are not able to delivered my order to my pincode address. then why u booked my order. you should not book my order. and you also duducted 66 rs. with above order no. now u have cancelled my order. but till know i have not got my 66 rs. booked for order.

So kindly refund my 66 rs. on my relevant bank account.

Had ordered a item on 25th june 2016 paying in advance. Received acknowledgment that the product would be delivered by 9th july 2016. A mail was received with tracking details... But all false information.. When not received the order, wrote several mails to customer care asking clarification / status, only 1 reply on first mail was received saying will update the status in 48 hours. Now almost a week has passed and no response to my mails. Request you to please help in the matter and take strict actions on such low profile online shopping web sites.

I purchased children's tent and received on 2nd.
First of all the quality of the product is very poor. Second it got damaged too. I have mentioned that quality of the product is very poor but they argued quality is good. They didn't take the product back.. This is the worst experience i have ever faced in online shopping..

Hence i clarified in second complain. But you guys trying to argue that i didn't point out that in first complain. This is the worst experience.

Also pipe got damaged and the tent cloth is very thin and can be broken at any time while using. I am not at all satisfied with this product. Please take this back as soon as possible.-

Kindly clarify me one thing that if i have received this parcel on 28th of june, 2016 i. e tuesday. but the said order has been cancelled from shop clues on 1st july, 2016 i. e friday. as per ur policy, before cancellation if i receive some wrong product or product is not properly working, then i can return this product. and also claim for the refund.
I have all ur messeges & mails & if proper action won't be taken by u then i will be forced to complain in consumer forum.

I have purchased mi 4i mobile through shopclues the mobile is not charging but the charger is working fine i have checked the same, it means the charging process in the set is not functioning i am attaching images of bill etc in add image option the puchase date is 23 march 2016 and imei no is [protected]. I bought a mobile kenxinda r7 from shopclues and it is delivered to on 7th of july 2016 but the mobile is defective. the imei no. on mobile box and in mobile is different. when i called to someone from mobile then it says "your imei no. is not valid". the mobile has 10 days buyer's protection (return warrenty) but when i called to costumer care everytime they said only that wait for 3-4 days. my order no. is 94595748.

I purchase a mobile on 07-july-2016 from shopclues.com micromax canvas selfie 2 and i received order on 12-jul-2016 but when i received order after open the packet i found its battary and accessories is not genuine.

Then i file return order against this but they told me : send me all images for mobile problems after that they told me to go micromax service center. After that yesterday i went micromax service center they told me this mobile parts and accessories are local and this imei no. Is not found in our database then i took there reply in written on paper with service center stamp and signature who check it.

After that i sent this reply page image to shopclues. They told me to wait 4-5 days but when i ask them to give me your reply about 4-5 days in written email. Then they told me i cannot give you in written and nobody is here to give you in written.

I ordered for a phone shopclues.com which was supposed to to be received on 5th july as per the order time. i didn't receive the product till now (16th july). i called snapdeal customer care for 7 times. eveytime to talk to an executive i had to wait to 15 to 20 minutes. they all giving the template answer of apologizing, 48 hrs time, blah blah blah... i fed up with them and i asked to connect to senior person, i had to wait in phone for 10 minutes, listening to their dubba music. after talking to him he asked for 72 hrs. after that call now it was 6th day. no resolution. last two days i am asking them to return my money, i am not anymore waiting for the product. now that is also not happening. similar template answers.

Last, tuesday i am buy a cap form your shopclues.com. But it not same product to see your side. my order no.94970491. it is very poor product please change my product.

Message to me that my shopclues delivered product order no.94537872 has complained to return I'd 2973373 through ecomexpress.When n where I have to return that?message show me that a courier inform me to return but still no confirm messages or phone calls .

I have booked a product in june starting and they have sent a wrong product instead. Given return order and they took bqck in july 1st till then no more responses and blaming on vendor trying to cheat. After that they refunded mojey on july 2nd. But unfortunetely i had written my name instead my wifes in bank account name. Where money got returned there account and they also confirmed on july 5th and did return transaction but till today money not credited nor they are not reapondinh properly. I even shared the bank statement but no proper response. Please helo me get my money back from shopclues.

I have purchased nokia 5233 mobile for rs. 1, 347/- (six month gadget wood warranty) from shop clues through e-marketing site at 1700 hrs on 05th july 2016, after opening the parcel the said gadget is not getting started even after putting it on charging mode for 4 hours and also the battery is getting heated.
Then i have lodged a complaint and put a return request to m/s shop clues website at 2245 hrs on same day vide product order no. 94009245 and complain no. 7152583. shop clues has asked me to visit to service centre for necessary repair o[censored]nserviceable item as the item is under six months warranty period. i have contacted to m/s dress my gadget for necessary repair. they confirmed that if the item is not working within seven days of deliver/purchase, then supplier is to be approached for return/exchange. they will be providing the services only in case o[censored]se of item and giving problems after seven days of purchase. item delivered to me was not even started/on for functioning. i have informed to m/s shop clues on on 11th july 2016 vide complain no. 7208152. no action has been taken by m/s shop clues to resolve the issue tiil date.

It is requested to take necessary action to get the item return and return my amount of rs. 1, 347/-

I am not happy with product. Product is not authentic.In the combo pack, hair straighter cream is not for curly hair & serum is damaged due to bottle packing leakage.& shampoo & conditioner quality is very poor. So please kindly requested you to that please return your product & refund my money. Otherwise i am going to consumer court for full & final settlement.

I have brought a mobile (champion my phone 43) from shopclues on 4/7/16 with order no.94586582 and its delivered on 7/7/16 but the mobile the send is not working its not even turn on i made cash on payment with rs.2277/-including thier delivery charge and processing fee. i said at the time of payment that this product is not working to delivery boy but he said that i am only a delivery boy you have to contact shopclues. then i inform to shopclues team a file a return request they give a time of 3-4 days to wait but the not do anything for me i have a product which is not working now. i properly waste my money to shop with shopclues. so kindly help me and provide some remedy.
