I have purchased oneplus2 mobile phone under special offer/deal via my smart price - shopclues.com with 40% discount.
To my surprise, on recieving product, i found the phone box tampered & manufacturing date removed.
It means product delivered to me was fairly used and i have been cheated on pretex of special deal/discount on new phone.

I have made return request same day without opening the phone box.
Shopclues team acknowledged the request by sms and email. but they are yet to pickup the phone back & process refund.
It has been 2 weeks now.
They are not bothered to reply mails

      Dear sir,


      As the order number in subject line, the details of the order, a nokia lumia, is below.
      When it was delivered back pannel of the mobile was found broken and no guaranty/warranty card was accompanied.

      Both the points raised and over phone the person of anita courier of gaziabad assured that the normal guaranty period is there and the paper somehow missed to send. They replace the back panel.

      As i was assured i believed them. Now few days back when some problem was there in the mobile i went to local nokia service center and with my surprise i found to know that this was an old mobile. I'm attaching the warranty details for your kind ready reference.

      Neither they inform us whether that is a refurnished good nor they mention that guarrenty period is 6 month and in billing paper, which also being attested, is not written there.

      Hiding something knowingly is amount of cheating and i'm writing you to get a judgement from your end as we bought the good from this site. As we want to keep your market name & value high.

          Hi shopclues team,

          This is the third time you are promising and not reverting at all over the past 35 days.
          I am finally fed up with shopclues and gadgetwood now.
          The 8000 discount on the phone attracted me to buy the phone for rs 21500. i was not expecting this to happen.

          With the below main points over the last 2 months, can i expect a replacement for my phone with all the proofs that it was working fine with some defects.

          5-jun-2016: the frequent restarts and soon battery drainages bothers me a lot and i took some time outside of my tight schedule to visit a apple store. the store denied to look further stating they think the phone is a duplicate product.
          7-jun-2016: i contacted shopclues with the issue and they ask me to contact gadgetwood for warranty coverage. i was in favor of replacement of the phone as it was still less than a month old.
          17-jun-2016: the courier person sent by gadgetwood team calls me on the phone about the pickup of device outside my apartment. i ask him to come to my place.in front of him removes the sim, pack the phone and hand over to him.

          If you still say that it is not possible, then i will first buy a new phone for me as it is getting difficult for me without a good phone.
          Then i will take it forward and give you proof about the issues
          1) apple store replies
          2) airtel sim usage information on my phone just before i handed over to gadgetwood courier person.
          3) good application usage on my iphone 5s
          4) more detailed analysis by taking the phone to a authorized store and get the details.

          Will wait for the email reply.

          I want to brief you about the events that happened
          1) 30-apr-2016: i placed the order for my product.
          2) 5-may-2016: i got a message stating that the delivery might take a few more days to reach me as they see some issue with the stock.
          3) 13-may-2016: the phone gets delivered.
          4) 14-may-2016: i noticed that frequent restarts happen and the battery discharges too fast. the charger works sometimes but does not work most of the time.
          5) 15-may-2016: i get some additional softwares installed on the phone and also tries upgrading the software. the upgrade of software fails and the connect to itunes logo keeps popping.
          6) 17-may-2016: i installed itunes on my personal laptop and connecting the phone to the laptop gave me the option to restore to factory defaults.
          7) 5-jun-2016: the frequent restarts and soon battery drainages bothers me a lot and i took some time outside of my tight schedule to visit a apple store. the store denied to look further stating they think the phone is a duplicate product.
          8) 7-jun-2016: i contacted shopclues with the issue and they ask me to contact gadgetwood for warranty coverage. i was in favor of replacement of the phone as it was still less than a month old.
          9) 9-jun-2016: i contacted gadgetwood told the same problem that i told to apple store or shopclues. they promptly replied that they will pick my phone.
          10) 17-jun-2016: the courier person sent by gadgetwood team calls me on the phone about the pickup of device outside my apartment. i ask him to come to my place.in front of him removes the sim, pack the phone and hand over to him.
          11) 20-jun-2016: after reminder to gadgetwood, they acknowledge the receipt of the phone.
          12) 24-jun-2016: gadgetwood calls me and tell that the phone is water damaged and cannot be repaired. however i asked them to send email.
          13) 30-jun-2016: i contacted gadgetwood again through email and they replied stating that the phone cannot be repaired and hence initiated the return.
          14) 3-july-2016: i received my phone back however it had stopped working. i was expecting my phone to come back atleast in the same condition that i sent but now it is not working.
          15) 4-july-2016: i contacted shopclues a few times and was always told that they are not able to reach the seller.
          16) 6-july-2016: i have given the phone for analysis to another authorized service provider to get assistance.
          17) 7-july-2016: i got an email from shopclues offering help and new hope is arising.

          I really don’t want to prove but still i am investing time to do the below
          1) contacted my service provider to send me the report that says that the phone was in use just before the handover. i am trying to prove that the call made to me by the courier guy was captured.
          2) i also use the good application for my official emails and am trying to get that report that says that the phone was in use at that time.

          I really don’t know what information to provide to prove that the information provided by me is right.
          I do use lot of online shopping portals however it was the first time i used shopclues and my experience is something that i cannot forget.

          Even after 4 years no luck.
          Shopclues were kind enough to revert me below.
          However I see the same reply from past 1+ month.

          I was expecting my phone to be replaced within a month of purchasing it but still it is not going anywhere.
          Let me wait for a couple more days and watch.

          Please provide me the last update on my comment below.

          My phone was working fine before handing over to the courier guy who was sent by your team. The defects were there as per my complaint.
          However who is responsible if the phone is not working at all once it reaches you.
          It sounds either your team has done something wrong or the courier team has not handled my device properly. I definitely hold you responsible.
          I have enough proofs and I will definitely take this forward.

We replied you call and via email as well that it is a case of water damage and we will not cover this under warranty. 3 weeks include logistics as well (Pickup and delivery). It is as per standard OEM policy that physical and water damage is not covered under warranty.

          Second, we have given equal inputs in picking up, diagnosing and delivering back your product. We owe full responsibility for all under warranty products but in cases of physical and water damages. Also, since it is a water damage case there could be multiple issues arising and all will be rectified through repair only. Our repair will be for Out of Warranty only.

          Finally I got my phone after more than 3 weeks and it is not working at all at the moment. It used to work fine atleast with the problems that I mentioned before I handed over to the courier guy who came to my home to collect it. I really need answers here please as I have spent more than Rs 20000 for the phone.

          The phone had problem from day one and I always wanted it to return. I usually don’t get much time away from work to handle this but still
          I reached apple store with the phone and they asked me to contact the store that sold the phone as they don’t cover the refurbished phone.
          I reached Shopclues and they advised me to contact Gadgetwood as it is covered under warranty.
          I reached Gadgetwood with the problem and your team returned the phone after nearly 3 weeks before even consulting back with me.

          Just to convince you about the working condition of the phone, I can have the following answers.
          1) I have made lot of phone calls on the day using that phone and even I talked to courier guy who came to pick that up from my home. I removed the sim, put the phone in cover and handed it over to him. I use Airtlel sim with no ([protected]) and you can investigate it more if you want.
          2) I was continuously using Wi-Fi just before it is handed over and can try find a way to get the information from my Internet provider to generate the usage report in case if you want.
          3) Last the phone is registered in my company as a safe one and I was using it to download emails, read and reply as required. I can send the report if you want.

          When you replied about water contaminated, I was under the impression that there might be some moisture and was not expecting that the phone will not work at all once it reaches me.
          Why would it have taken more than 3 weeks if you wanted to give me this reason?

          Please provide me more explanations and I will urge you to pick my phone back and then correct it.

              After noticing that the spin mop i purchased did not have a spin head, i initiated a return and refund of this product. my mail was sent on 26th june (the same day when the product was delivered). after repeated follow ups they agreed to send a person to pick up the parcel. from the past two days, courier guys are coming to my house and returning saying that we have come in bike and your parcel is too big to carry on bike.

                On 25.03.2016 i had booked two items on line namely kashmiri carpet (order no 86731286/[protected] and royal oak victoria corner stand (order no. 89445331/[protected] and had made payment of rs. 429/- & rs. 2518/- respectively at the time of booking. one item that is kashmiri carpet was delivered and received by me at my residence within specified period. the other item that is royal oak victoria corner stand has neither been delivered nor received by me till date despite having received repeated sms stating that the item is under way for delivery.

                Through this complaint, i request that refund of rs. 2518/- with penal interest may be made to me at the earliest failing which i may approach consumer court.

                  This is regarding order#[protected]fitfly home gym set) that i ordered on 20th jun 2016. i got a call on 30th jun from the customer care saying that the order will be slight delayed by 2-3 days and i will get it by 4th jul 2016. then i didn't hear anything from them till 6th jul 2016. i called them on 6th jul and after couple of calls, they asked me to wait for couple of days and assured me that i will get the order by then. today (7th jul 2016) they called me and informed that the order has been returned and refund has been initiated. when i asked them the reason, they didn't specify any reason.

                  Now tell me one thing : i prepaid rs.7877/- through my credit card and spent another rs. 400/- to convert that amount to 6 emis and then at the top of that, paying 2% interest for every month's emi. who will bear that cost? because of shop clues's fraud, i will have to pay 2% emi and processing fees to my credit card company for a product which i never received!

                  Please help me here.

                  Everytime shopclues updates the wrong tracking number[protected] in this case) and when i Checked with safexpress.com, there is no consignment with this tracking number. Since 20th Jun, when I placed the First order, they made me fool by conveying wrong informations.

                  Since I already paid the the EMI conversion processing fees to my credit card bank and paying 2% EMI for the next 6 months, Refund is not an option for me. Apart from this, I wasted nearly 4 weeks waiting and running after shopclues. Please help me.

                      When i went to the samsung service center raipur [ chauhan samsang services] as the was a auto on off problem in my device they informed me that my battery is not genuine

                            Shop clues is a fraud company. I order a product on 28 June and from then i don't received a single call from shop clues and on 5 July i received a msg from them that your order has been cancelled. When i called the customer care then the executive is saying that they can't do anything and repeating the same lines again and again as if they a script written by their side and just reading that script. Dnt trust on shopclues.

                              I Ordered Chinese Checkers through Shop Clues. The Product received with damage and the product to be send back.. during delivery i paid Rs 359.. i returned the product because its damaged..Still now i didnt receive back the amount of 359 from shop clues.. i mailed but no response.. the mail copy said the amount already send back to u.. but past 1 week they replied the same mail..

                                The product i ordered is totally different from the product i get, :
                                first issue: color and shades of jeans are different
                                2ndly: very bad quality
                                3rdly: too small and not good fitted
