On 6th july, 2016 (05:16 am) i ordered 100% origional battery for iball ibl - m81 andi 5t cobalt2 1750mah online with cash on delivery. my order id is 94683675. (return id.2956669). but i got faulty battery and because of this i lost my mobile's battery socket. i request them to help me out of this but they reject my request. i just want my money back or replacement of the product i order.

I got delivery of the above product just now. while opening, i found that 2 supporting knobs are broken apart. i believe that it is not because of packing but it is due to the poor quality. immediately, i tried to contact the supplier on the given mobile number and reply is that there is no such number. is it a fraudulent activity.
Kindly see that item is immediately replaced or amount re credited in 7 days
Time, failing which legal action will be initiated.

I have ordered 2 puma wallet and could see just 1 inside the delivery cover. it was delayed for 2days to open my product. i called n thy are stating cant be deliver its delay.. this is not how to treat customer. i want my other product if not cash back. wil b waiting for the call back and my product. this is not first time facing an issue. if i don't get my product deliver i will never use this shopclues forever and inform others as well

It is mentioned that on 25.03.2016, i had placed online order to shopclues for supply of one item namely royal oak victoria corner stand against advance payment of rs. 2518/-. as per the several sms, the item was supposed to be delivered within 8-10 days of booking but neither any delivery has been received till date nor any information.

Now through this complaint i request that my comp ain't may be looked into and refund of rs. 2518/- with penal interest may be made to me at the earliest failing which i may have to approach the consumer court in this regard.

There was a offer on sensodyne toothpaste on shopclues offer was 1+1 toothpaste along with 1 toothbrush for 55 rs so i ordered it & what i got is toothpaste without box which was free sample not for sale. Toothpaste is expired. This is kind of product they have sent. You can see attached images for refernece.

I am expecting a quicker resolution on it & i want my money refund as i have been cheated.

I have ordered moto e 2nd gen on 1st of may and the product was faulty hence returned after two weeks. Thanks product is there with the merchant and no information provided about my refund. I called several times spoke with bhawana sharma( SME) in gugoan her manager all promised they wil get back no one responded till date.
I complaint through escalation desk no response still waiting.

. I did return all curtains set of 6.. But shopclues refund only one set curtains

I have ordered sony bravia kdl-40r55c 40 inches smart full hd led television through website portal of shopclues india and after confirming from customer care of the shopclues i made a payment for rs 30699 through credit card transaction on 9 july 2016. After 3 days of payment they informed me through email and not contacting me on my given contact no. To them that the order cannot be fulfilled as the tv cannot be delivered on the given pin code which was earlier confirmed through their customer care service and their website also at the time of payment. Further they are mentioning that the amount will be refunded after 15 days or next billing month. The amount is already deducted from my account and credit card company will charge the interest for the same as my billing cycle is before the reversal of money. This company is doing fraud by hoarding the money of customers after transaction is over. They are violating the consumer laws of not fulfilling their order after taking complete money from customer and hoarding the hardened money of consumers for a long period of time for which a customer can have loss of interest from the bank. If the matter is not resolved by the consumer forum, i will take up the case with public/social media and it will also question the validity of govt consumer forums being made for the purpose

Old order no. 89903462, oder date 10 april 2016, new oder no. 91248909, new oder date 06 may 2016 i received damaged product (car vacuum cleaner) after repetitive mails and follow ups, it was replaced by shopclues. then we connected that to our car, a blast sound came and along with your product, my sound player system in car got damaged. this car vacuum cleaner has created lot of damage of time, efforts, money to me. i request you to give me full amount of car vacuum cleaner along with compensation for my sound player system in car. i am very serious about this incident as i order many things from your competitors but never experienced such. i want full compensation or i may go to higher levels for same. waiting for a solution and quick response. regards avinash tatre [protected]

This is regarding order#[protected]fitfly home gym set) that i ordered on 20th jun 2016. i got a call on 30th jun from the customer care saying that the order will be slight delayed by 2-3 days and i will get it by 4th jul 2016. then i didn't hear anything from them till 6th jul 2016. i called them on 6th jul and after couple of calls, they asked me to wait for couple of days and assured me that i will get the order by then. today (7th jul 2016) they called me and informed that the order has been returned and refund has been initiated. when i asked them the reason, they didn't specify any reason.

On 7th jul 2016, just spoke to shopclues customer care and they informed me that they are re-ordering the product and the same will be delivered to me by next 5-6 days. new order no is 94790941. lets wait for sometime and see when the order will be delivered.

But on today, 12th jul 2016, i got an sms today informing that the the order has been returned by the courier and the refund is being initiated.
Everytime shopclues updates the wrong tracking number[protected] in this case) and when i checked with safexpress.com, there is no consignment with this tracking number. since 20th jun, when i placed the first order, they made me fool by conveying wrong informations.

Now tell me one thing : i prepaid rs.7877/- through my credit card and spent another rs. 400/- to convert that amount to 6 emis and then at the top of that, paying 2% interest for every month's emi. who will bear that cost? because of shop clues's fraud, i will have to pay 2% emi and processing fees to my credit card company for a product which i never received!

My order id is 94455895 and return id is 2962014. I have bought karbonn titanum mach six from shopclues.com from a marcgant name epic retail on 2nd july 2016 by cod. The product i have got has a problem in lcd screen so i filed a return request. Now it's been 2 days my return status says it's been rejected by the marchant. What is this? This is my first buy from shopclues and they just cheated me. This is how you treat your customers by delivering faulty product and don't replace? I want my 6528 rs back. An ironing board is booked online with shopclues.com on cod basis, on delivery a cloth drying stand was deliverd in packed codition and cod paymentn isisa made, on complaing to shopclues with ther due process on online, they wanted photos to sent, and this process is duly complied. They replied that the complaint is approved and a return pickup and correct product will be deliverd. After a couple of days they inform me that return pickup is denyed saying it is not in serviceable area. And wanted me to send the packet to them. This is against their own service conditions and denying of customer service. Pl make them to pick up the same or refund my payment.

This in regard to hall mark roti maker which is not of hall mark company and product is not defective as there is electric shock from the appliance so I request you to refund the amount as I have complained earlier and there was no proper response and after courier is their any return 100%. There is no toll free number for shopclues and they should introduce toll free number because to talk to their executive they are charging amount .

My shopclues order no: 93533571 ordered on 21 june 2016 has not yet delivered and they send message as product delivered successfully by aramex with tracking no: [protected]. i tried contactning them through their customer care no. on various websites but none of the no. reachable and also contact them through their website forum with ticket: 7109854 but inspite of 4-5 times complaining there i didnt get a single response from them. payment has been done already through credit card. kindly help me to get the product or my money: 5000 as its really urgent.

I had ordered aquaguard enhance model water purifier by order number 93474315 on 20th jun, 2016 and received aquaguard reviva model on the 28th june, 2016. i have immediately raised a return or replacement request and the customer center said they would need 3 or 4 days to contact seller and reply back. every time i call them, they say they need 48 hours to look into the matter and they have declined my return request. i have provided them photos of the box received along with invoice photos and all proofs.
Please take action immediately as i need the correct water purifier urgently.
