    I am savitha lepakshi, ;I had ordered 2 bottles of herba haircare which costed rs 180 per bottle. I had ordered this around last week of May. I recieve a wrong prodcut sanjeevini himalaya costing rs 150 per bottle. I opted a replacement and not refund. Again I got a wrong product and only 1 bottle. Again I spoke to a higher official shopclues who promised me for a correct replacement but yesterday I received again a wrong product himalaya sanjeevini. I am really frustrated. Now I don't want a replacement or refund but an answer from you. Why do people opt for online shopping. Earlier I had ordered a salwar semis titch ed that also was a wrong delivery. Ifont trust you fir the correct product even if I opt for replacement.

        We have ordered for blackberry z30 mobile on shopclues, when we have received delivery then we have checked that mobile i was totally shocked that actual imei no. Showing in mobile after dialing *#06# is not matching with the imei no. On box and also the programming shows during starting of this mobile is of z10. This mobile is not fresh there are too many scratches on screen and this mobile is not looking like new one.
        It is totally a big fraud, if we compare the rates of z10 and z30 then z10 is is 8000/- cheaper then z30.

        I want total money return and punishment to this type of dealer.

              I had ordered reception desk and had paid Rs. 22, 000/-. My order no. 91927993. They delayed delivery by 2 weeks. But funally they delivered completely damaged product. When enquired about this they instructed me to refuse the delivery. Upon doing that now they are not accepting the return and not refunding ny money. They say the ticket is closed and refund declined. What to do now?

I have requested to return this item but they declined it while this product has 10 days return policy.. So i talked to custemer care service earliar they were telling that it will be solved in 2-3 days and product will be taken back but after 3 days when i called them again they directly refuse to take back their product.                     I had purchased a tv 40j500, online from shopclues. When i opened it there was no wall mount support in the packet as mentioned in their tech spec. There online return/replacement system is also not working. When i contacted they denied to supply and even not giving sellers contact no. I found their response worst ever all online sellers. Without wall hang support i am not able to use the tv due to space constraint. They did not declared before that it an imported item. The indian samsung company has denied to provide any support. The power supply plug connection is different and it is very difficult to get an adopter.

                      I found some issue in the product which by the way in warranty period so i register a complaint at shopclues site. Someone called me from this no. [protected] and told me to send the product for support as i did and send it on 6.6.16. They receive it after two days. I called them for update they told me that they contact me after a week so i did. After 10 days i called them and guess what this number is wrong so i tried to get customer service support its been 10 days now they only gave me assurance not the product.

                          The product received in damaged condition and it was reported to shopclues on same day on 18 june 2016 within few hours ticket no 7001991 on their site was confirmed by them also by mail sent to as under stating that your complaint will be resolved in 3-4 days... But now on calling customer support they denied to refund and say that you have not raised complaint within 48 hours...
                          I have not received any mail after this ticket mail...

                            I have ordered a tyre on june 6th for an address in bangalore. After 15 days i was told my address in bangalore is non servicable area. I spoke to karthik floor supervisor and he escalated and made sure tyre will be delivered to me by 23rd. I dont see tyre getting delivered to me on 23rd. I spoke to abishek floor supervisor and now he wants another 48 hours... These two calls were made from states... I was wondering how does shop clues is running... I can go and buy a tyre in 1 hr. I was just checking various e commerce sites and wanted to see how they do and i see shop clues did very lousy job and i dont think this can ever compete with flipkart. I would love to see someone from shopclues take this seriously before they loose business.

                                  I had ordered (Order no.[protected] one "reach cogent" for rs 3099/- (Excluding delivery charges, ie, rs29/-) on 03 jun 2016, at01:41 pm and it got delivered on 10th june, friday. But this is just useless as it does not have battery backup, with loosing power with no time and some other proclems, totally i;m n't satisfied with quality of the product, as this appears to be a fake product si filed a return request (15th june 2016), ie, id num: 2894902. But no reply concerning the return of the product, so i mailed, but no use, there where taking 2 or 3 days for replying a mail. So i call to coustomer care yesterday (20th june 2016). The coustomer executive told that they have to confirm the refund process, it takes 48hrs, another two days, this is just rediculous, today i checked my account status it's just shocks me, says that the return rejected now, this is really disgusting and frustrating. First they sell fake products and if someone wants his money back, they just say "rejected." i think shopclues and its merchants have indulged in some kind of grave fraud and they are duping their customers of huge money. I request you to please help me to get my money back. Thanks in advance and hoping for an early resolution.

                                    I had ordered (Order no.[protected] one "reach cogent"mobile for rs3099 excluding delivery charges on 03 jun 2016, at 01:41 pm and it got delivered on 10th june friday 2016 but this is just useless as it does not provide any battery backup and loosing the power with no time and some other features of the phone is not good. And it doesn't show the full configuration settings not properly, tottaly i'm not satisfied with this producy,, this this appears to be a fake product, so i filed a return /refund request on 15th june 2016 and the return id is 2894902. From that day no reply from this site, so i mailed them, providing with the details, they want 2 days to reply for a mail, atlast, i call to coustomer care yesterdat ie 20 june 2016, after few questions they says it confirms within 48 hrs, another two days, why they where taking this much of time to confirmation and replying for a mail... And then i checked today ie 21st june 2016 in my account, there says that my return rejected. Now, this is really disgusting and frustrating. I think shopclues and its merchants have indulged in some kind of grave fraud and they are duping their customers of huge money. I request you to please help me to get my money back.                                         On[protected] the parcel was delievered by shopclues through thier courier partner aramex,
                                        And we paid cash on delievery charges rs.1628 to the courier boy, and after delievery and
                                        Payment of cod charges, aramex send me a confirmation message of payment as
