Subject-wrong and damaged product delievered and not refunding.

I am sending this complaint against shopclues and i am also pasting the messages send by
Shopclues to my registered mobile no. As my truth and evidence, so please give your precious
Time to read my complaint in detail.
On[protected] i ordered for samsung metro 312 on shopclues and they confirmed my order by sending me this message

On[protected] the parcel was delievered by shopclues through thier courier partner aramex,
And we paid cash on delievery charges rs.1628 to the courier boy, and after delievery and
Payment of cod charges, aramex send me a confirmation message of payment as

Then we checked the parcel and we found that the internal box was slightly damaged and the
Mobile handset was diffrent company named nokia 206 instead of samsung metro 312, which was ordered by me. Additionaly on[protected] shopclues send me a message saying that my order was
Cancelled. I was shocked because by this message and wronge and damaged product was delievered to me the day before. I m feeling cheated and fraud is done by shopclues.

After that i contacted many times shopclues by mails and on their phone no. But they firstly took too much time of one month or more and now they are refusing me to refund my amount which i have paid as cash on delievery on[protected]
O my humble request to you is that please arrange my amount refund as soon as possible and i also want rs.100000 (One lakh rupees) as penalty from shopclues as they have not solved my problem properly and took so long time to harresing me.
Please sir, please fix my issue as soon as possible.

    I am saleha tanveer... My order no is 90373583.. Diliverd 26 april with extra charged... I did purchesd iliv curtains set of 2.. I did purchased 6.. Curtains was defected.. A had complains lot of time.. After nearly 45 days.. I did pay 1517 for set of 6 curtains.. Returnd last week.. I had return all curtains. My returns id is 9870914... But send me and my shopclues account show me.. Refund give me only 252... How is possiable sir... I am worried about this. Please refund my fully amount

    I had purchased ILIV curtains set of 2..a had order 6 window curtains.. defcted and low quality. total price of my order 1517...i had cpmplains many times return ..but after 45 days..product returned, , but shopclues send me mail..refund give me only 252...please help me..shop clues very tease me.please help me for .refund my full amount

        I purchased a new pair of dr scholl women sandles for my mother and to my utter surprise the sole broke up whilst trying for the first time. The pieces of broken plastic sole cannot be assembled. I have been wearing bata footwear since childhood without any problems till this one.
        Please replace the broken sandles at your earliest. I'm sure that your website and the members will help restore the lost faith.

          I have orderd Suvarnaprashan drops on 13thJune'16 and made online payment of Rs.1775. Then I received a message that order is ready for despatch & will be delivered to address on 17th June'16. And today i received a mail that my order has been cancelled due to unavailability of stock by merchant and refund will be reflected in my account by 30thJune'16. After receiving cancellation message today i checked on shopclues again for stock availability of same drops & i am surprised to see that the stock is still available on the site.

          Now I want to know the reason for cancellation of my order & also want my money back in the comming working week i.e between 18th to 23rdJun'16. As i called on Shopclues helpline for immediate refund of my money, i was told that refund will happen by 30thJun'16, so i want know why it takes so long to refund. And if you are unable to refund early then i expect an interest on the refund from the Date of Cancellation for the dealy in refunding the amount to my account.

          An early revert awaited.

          I placed an order for Moto g4 plus and made online payment soon after 30mins of ordering I cancelled it, for few reasons. It's been a week there is no slightest ray of refunding the amount which has been deducted from my account! These people take the payment within seconds! can't the do same while refunding?at least in cancellation of order?

            I have ordered a toe ring and we payed for it but, when we open the rest of the things their " was no toe ring" and we payed for it, the delivery boy didnt let us open the package, he didnt let us open the package infront of him.. why ??
            but we all customers want to check our product before reciving it,

              I had ordered a shoe with shop clue on “shoe studio starts @ 99” which turned out to be bogus.

              I received this message from shopclues
              We regret to inform that your order 93187642 has been cancelled by the respective merchant due to unavailability of stock. We are trying to transfer your order to another merchant.
              We regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your order 93187642 and therefore, it has been cancelled.
              Team shopclues!

              The merchant has betrayed after accepting the order. The price is increased & the accepted order is declined. Worst & unethical business model by shopclues. The status in shopclues “cancellation request by merchant.” shopclues needs to justify this action & blacklist such merchant. I hope this merchant is not violating / cheating the process of indian tax laws & data privacy of costumers.
              I don’t want the order to be cancelled and be delivered as the same product is available with the same merchant at a higher price. I am able to view & reorder the same item with same vendor but with higher price.
              I don’t thinks it’s the non-availability of product rather the merchant is not adhering to the previous pricing.
              This method of business is against consumer protection act 1986.

                I have purchase a 40 inch samsung LED TV from Shopclues.com. It becomes defective again and again in just 6 months only. One time it is even replaced after a long struggle. This time again becomes defective no picture only sound.
                I have booked compliant with reference no. 6526543 on 8th jun 16, but neither any company representative come to me nor contacted me. They also no giving any reply of my mail. Customer support service is very poor.

                Please do needful action. Don't compell me to go to consumer forum.

                  I had ordered a sony earphone from shopclues and when I Got it, I came to know that it was not a genuine sony product but a fake one. When I lodged a complaint, after mailing them hundreds of times and calling them spending almost 60 rupees for a short span of call they agreed to return the product but they didnt returned the money into my bank account and transfered it to shopclues bucks. Then I had no other choice but to order something from them again, so I ordered a commbo of a laptop cooling fan and a lighter and paid for it with the bucks I had in the shopclues account. After almost 10 days I got the lighter and 3 days after it when the delivery boy came with the laptop cooling pad he asked me to pay the cash because his slip on which he takes the signature read that the amount has to be taken but on the parcel it was showing that 0 balence has to be taken. Finally he took the parcel back saying that I would have to lodge a complain for this.

                    I had ordered a aircooler from shopclues. order no. 86569048 and the name of the product is Maharaja whiteline desert cooler. The delivery took too long and when they delivered the item, the product was different.
                    The box was original but the product inside was different. So i had informed this to shopclues.
                    Shopclues did investigation and found out by looking at the courier information that the fake item was delivered so later thay accepted the return hovewer nobody turned up to collect the return.
                    When chasing up continuously with customer care, they asked me to deliver the product myself and not provided me the refund.
                    Now 2 months have passed and I have not received any response from them.

                      My sister purchased a vodafone infinium z42 nova android mobile from shopclues.com on 02/02/2016. It has a problem of touch now. We send it to service center at tulsi softronics amravati. After 1 and half of month service center gave a doa certificate of special replacement and pack the mobile in a doa polythene bag. On 8th june i call to shopclues.com on [protected] they told me to send an e-mail to [protected]@shopclues.com with photocopy of doa and they will call within a 48 hours. Yet no call from them, when i call again they said that they received a mail but not received an attachment of photocopy of doa. I again sent mail with attachment of jpg and rar files. They are yet to respond. Please help us

                        Recently i placed order fr this Belt and had a v bad experience. In PIc in buckle no where it shows written things like VSZ design is completely changed from what u have delivered us( It looks cheap VSZ written in Buckle..i wanted simple Buckle as displayed in the Website) kindly refund my money or replace this with the actual belt shown in order/Website.

                            But delivered item is piegeon 2 pcs coffee cup, worth rs.300/ each of 2 packs, ie. Total 4 cups

                              My sister has purchased a vodafone infinium Z42 Nova Android mobile from shopclues.com on 02/02/2016 from this no.[protected] . After got problem of touch, we send it to service station on 18 4 2016 . after 1 and half month they gave DOA .then i call to shopclues on their tollfree no. [protected] .they told me to send an email at [protected]@shopcj.com with photocopy of DOA .and i am sending this DOA from 8 june to [protected]@shopcj.com . they are not giving a response and telling that mail received but not received an attachment of photocopy . thereafter send so many jpeg .might be a system problem, also send zip . today on 14th june also sending DOA jpg and rar file .still they are not responding. they are harassing .

Then i am send you retune request regarding this product and you accept my request and told me you change this product and give me new box on 2-3 business days. Then you taken so much time to changing this product i m regular send you mails n you was in reply told me we solve your query with in 2-3 days ...
                                after so many days i m told you Please give back my money because you bothering me you dont give me proper reply of calls me and mails. and so many time told you give back my money then why you again send me product.

                                  I have ordered a fogg bleu deo through shopclues on 14th of may order#91613692 which was supposed to deliver on 24th of may but on 24th of may the product didn't deliver and i got notification that "order is transferred to another merchant" now the new order#92166190 and this product was supposed to deliver on 4th of june but the product still haven't received. I have mailed them couple of times now on 14th of june they hqve sent me notification that "Hi! Your ShopClues Order 92166190 for FOGG BLUE SKIES DEO FOR MEN 150ML is returned by our courier partner as it could not be delivered to your address. We will initiate the Refund soon."
                                  I mean after taking whole month now ther are saying that they cannot deliver. Kindly do the needful as i have all the mails that have sent by them.

                                        Hi i have placed an order for a charger in shop clues with an amount of 182 rupees .i have placed a return request for the product. i havent received my money till now .order number is:[protected] and i palced a complaint through phone to shopclues but they are telling that the amount has already been sent to your bank account.but the amount is not reflecting in my account.
