Shopclues all products very worst quality. I am totally disappointment. Shopclues is very very worst and cheating website in the world. Stop mailing for any notification This is the last warning stop selling products other wise i will complaint court. I purchased some few more product from shopclues its all very irritating me, and also i will try to purchase some new products but that product reviews very bad about the product from the already purchased customers
ShopClues.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      The product delivered was two checked shirts one yellow and one green
      And when i asked for return first it approved and then no one came to pick the product what they said was i was not available for return and they have closed the return request
      My son was there at home all the time and they didnt even contact any of the two numbers i provided to them
      The irony is that the same shipping company is delivering products to me that i ordered from paytm which acts as a proof that my house was not closed
      And now i am going to the consumer forum and media

              I purchased a product from Shopclues.com on 25th May and was not delivered on time. So I requested to cancel the order. They never cancelled or delivered the product and marked it as delivered in there system.

              Payment was made through Payumoney, which has a buyer protection policy and this policy is of no use.

              I have been calling shopclues.com for update and everytime since 31st may they are telling that the product is delivered. I have asked for a proof of delivery to be presented. Payumoney and Shopclues.com both the companies have been delaying the refund and everytime promise for a resolution in 48 hrs. I am not sure is they are going to get the proof of deliver from some other country or planet, as its taking so long.

              Its not the first case they even sold a fake product to me, for which I had to fight to get a refund.

              It is a clear case of IPC 420 for cheating a customer and then harassing the customer everytime when I call them by making me wait on call for more than 20-25 minutes and no resolution.

              I seek a case of forgery and separate case filed under Consumer Protection Act 1986 to against Shopclues.com

                  I ordered a sony gb hard disk on 18th may 2016 and made my payment through a debit card. On 20th may i was informed that there will be a delay due to unavailability of the item. On 24th may i was informed that the order has been cancelled by the respective merchant due to unavailability of stock.
                  On talking with the customer care i was informed that they are giving a 1 tb sony hard disk in the same price as 500 gb was unavailable and the order will be shipped in the next 3 working days. I believed them.
                  On 3rd june i was informed that there will be a delay in this order also. On the same day i was informed that the order has been cancelled as the merchant has refused to fulfill the order.
                  On talking with customer care they informed me that they are transferring my order to another merchant via order no. 92641800.
                  Again on 5th june i was informed that there will be delay due to unavailability of stock. The same mail was received by me on 7th june also.
                  Therefore being tired of this delay i cancelled my order in the eve of 7th june.
                  Now i came to know that it will take 7 to 9 working days to refund my money.

                  What the hell these people are doing there? These people don't update data on their site?
                  First they said that the item is unavailable. Then how they showed that item and booked the order?
                  Than they told that the merchant has refused due to unavailability of item. This joke was told to me 3 times. Your merchant refused your order 3 times than what you and your merchants are doing?
                  They informed me about the transferring of my order than surprisingly the same orders were also not fulfilled.

                  I ordered that product in an urgency and i made my payment of rs. 3, 367/- immediately. 21 days has been passed and the item was not provided by shopclues.com. I faced a lot of problem in my office due to this delay as i am chartered accountant student and pursuing my articleship in a reputed firm. My money as well as my time both are wasted.

                                  Hi I had call to shopclues at 17:15 today for get the information of my late delivery of products, which should delivery by today as per shopclues site showing me the date but when I called to shopclues regarding to get the information the my call receiver was not able to satisfy me then I told him to transfer my call to supervisor then I was describing my problem to supervisor and without discussing with my supervisor has disconnected my call...Kindly tell my it is the manner of supervisor ...for this they I are getting salary from shopclues who cannot hear customer problem and disconnecting the call..
                                  I request you to kindly get the call recording of mentioned timing of call and take require action against supervisor ...at least he should not disconnect the call without hearing customer problem, he is not getting salary of disconnecting customer call from shopclues.

                                    This company has deliver me the wrong and defective product and the battery from the box was also missing. the product which i saw in the image of shopclues site and the product delivered to me is different. even though the picture of the product on the box and the pruduct inside the box is also different. and raised the return request on the same day i received the product.
                                    but it is over 10 days the company is not taking action still they have not refunded my amount, however it is under 10 days buyer's protection limit. according to the rule the company should take action with in 3 to 4 working days but it is more than 10 days, they have not taken action and not refunded my amount as well as this is a case of fraud and cheating also
