Issue: broken product. There is no holding pin on base of led bulb.

I sent the mail to shopclues customer care for return the product. Still i am not getting proper reply from shopclues.

There is not available "request for return" link in order history page for order number 92076977

I required my moneyback.

Never buy any thing from shop clue all fraud doing check my saving on purchase as copy past of my purchase orders attached my below detail is of last order for which m struggling for refund as product sent was damage and now not accepting return and giving refund

I have ordered a micromax mobile on shopclues which order no. 92009749, and dated 21/05/2016. I have received the mobile on 27/05/2016. Mobile was well. But on 31/05/2016 mobile has switched off. Even i can not charge the mobile neither starts the mobile. Now the mobile is totally dead after a five days of receive.
So, i request you to please replace or refund it. I shall be very thank full to you.

I have ordered an AC with order no.92193835. The status showing delivered but still I have not received the product. I have been constantly following up with shopclues and the courier company but hvn't got any status. ven the courier company is saying that we don't delivered AC. Don't know what is happening to my order.

We ordered a printer a month ago and they sent a faulty piece which was picked up with much delay as was the delivery. The customer care has been promising a result in 5 days but it has been over a month. We have numerous uses of the printer and if they were to return our money, we could at least buy a new one from elsewhere.

We are a startup and this is leading to a huge loss for us. This kind of harassment is unwarranted. Look at the series of bad reviews without a single revert from these guys. We are facing a lot of issue and it is nerve wrecking.
Please shut off this company for the common good and get us our money back!
Please set an example for companies for once!

Care no.) as i found it defective. I was requesting him from 29/05/2016 to 1/05/2016 to change the product or return but they did not listen to me.

Hello sir myself Sudar muthu kumar, I ordered lg g3 brand new verzion unlocked with order number 90097888, but due to unavailability of stocks the order was cancelled, and i got the message from shopclues that refund was initiated on 21st of april 2016, but its more than 1 and half months i still didnt get my refund. i dont know what to do

I ordered a hitachi ac on shop clues, order 91034394. I paid the whole amount on may 2nd. The ac cam eon may 17th, hitachi technicians came on 18th and told that the ac is defective. It has gas and oil leak. I am following for last 12 days with shopclues for refund still its not closed.

I am vikas shrivastava from mumbai. I have given two order baby bedding set. Order no. 91153522 and 91153415 of amount 649 and 479 in the dated 04/05/2016. They did not delivered the order and its returned to merchants. Now its over 20 days they did not returned my amount. Many time i was call them each and every time they says wait 4 to 5 days. Today also i called them still they said wait another 4 to 5 days.

Its regarding ShopClues Order 91800481 I got a msg on 27 may stating your product is been delivered I went an check my society register there was no delivery from your shipper how cool was whole I was waiting for the product it was a gift for my niece I was waiting for the product as soon as I got the msg I checked called ShopClues they I have to wait for 7-10 business days to get the proof of delivery in short ShopClues is saying will get the proof of delivery that can be signed by the delivered boy too I lose money an the product I not going leave this so easily

Sir, I have ordered for one samsung galaxy s4 charger vide Order No. 91695168 and the same was delivered to my address on 18/5/2016 but the piece supplied were defective as the same was not working. I have made a request for return vide No.2844668 dated 19/5/2016 but the same has not been picked up as of now. My enquiries with customer care does not yield any result. Is there somebody to look after this issue as I have already paid an amount of Rs.402/- inclusive of delivery charges. I am a retired person and cannot pay this amount from my meagre pension. Is there somebody to look after this and either replace the Charger or pay my money back to me. It seems that you people take time in returning the defective supplies and then straightaway not pick up the defected item having some connivance with fake supplier. Is modi Government is looking after such people who are looting by way of e commerce and such e service. Shopclues send me the wrong item and the box and the item were also different. the box was for another product and they send me some another product. and the items in the box are also less than the item written on the box and the item is also different than what it mentioned on the box, and now they are deducting the courier charges for they send me the item, please tell me what should do now

My return order has been accepted more than 3 weeks ago, yet it has not been picked up.
Whats the problem with your company, its been 2 months since I received the damaged TV set at Madikeri in Coorg .but you still have not replaced or refunded the amount.
All I get is emails and emails and no resolution to either picking up the damaged tv or my refund.
It seems that in your hurry to expand you do not have a reliable logistics backbone and are unable to pick up the daamged tv or deliver the replacement.
Pl refund my money ASAP as you have been sitting on it for more than 2 months.

I purchased face towels set (napkins) online by considering the image shown on that site, but when I received that item, size of that napkins are too small not even a half of the size shown on that site. So I opted for return the product that received day itself, but till now almost after two weeks no one came to receive, and no response from shopclues.
