Hell Sir, My name is Anjali Verma residing at Varanasi.
I ordered a mobile phone (Motorola Moto G 3rd Gen) via Shopclues.com and paid online by internet banking. The delivery date was 12th May at that time. But till 25th May, I didn't got the product. On evening, an e-mail was came from the company that my product has been delivered, but actually it was not. I made complaint for this to company that I have not received the product till now even status is showing delivered. They assure me to help but till now they not calling me or helping me. Even, they give me the phone number of courire who was about to deliver the mobile phone, but when i am calling the courier, he cut my phone call.
I ordered first time from Shop Clues and they failed me and defalcated my money.
My Order No. is
91206762 = Motorola Moto G 3rd Gen
91509622 = Motorola Moto G 3rd Gen Back Transparent Cover.
Both are showing delivered, but it has not been delivered yet.

Please note my complaint and help me to recover and refund my money and take necessary steps for these type of Bogus & 3rd Class Companies.

    I ordered for a intex aqua power hd black-gold phone on 18.03.2016.Instead i received a white-gold phone on dated 23.03.2016. Firstly it was found that the camera is totally not working. And the worst part of the story is that the phone is an old and used one. There are numerous scratches on the screen, marks of ink are clearly visible on the charger. Even the manual is a tampered one.

    I asked for replacement with the photographs of the phone uploaded on that very date.

    Now listen what shopclues has to say about this damaged product. They had just sent a reply mail today i. E. 26.05.2016 that i have to send more images of the mobile. They will then decide and come to pick up this thing after may be 4 business days. The product will then go to their warehouse and after due consideration if they think that the phone can be replaced then they will order for, god knows, if this time a new one.

    I have already paid for the phone. Now let me know something that why should i wait for 3 weeks to get a phone when there was no fault of mine? There are other shopping portals where i can instantly buy a new phone.

    The customer care executives are trying to convince me by saying that it is there return policy. So my question is, is this the policy of shopclues to send old and damaged phones after accepting money for the product?

    I just want a refund or else, let them take this damaged phone and in return i need a new phone that day itself.

    And surely this is the last time i am purchasing something from shopclues and will also refrain others from buying anything from this online site. This is an example o[censored]ltimate harassment.

      On 19/04/2016 (Order no.[protected] i placed order for a mobile phone and received the faulty item on 23/04/2015. I have asked a refund for the faulty mobile and company asked me to send back the item as the area is not serviceable by them (I dont know how they managed to deliver the item on purchase) (Return no. 2799401)

      I send the mobile back by professional courier with tracking id 112574 on 29/04/16. Shopclues acknowledged the item receipt on their web site.

      Since the refund of rs.16, 499/- was not getting credited back my account i started calling the customer care many time and every time i was told that the refund will be processed in 48 hrs.

      On 17/05/2016 i was told by shopclues customer care supervisor that they received a different mobile in return (Instead of oneplus two mobile nokia 3220) and they will not refund the money and mr. Rohit, the supervisor also promised that the outer images of the return package and phone received by them will be send to me with in 24 hours.

      Even after daily reminders i have not received the images nor the refund. No body is even contacting me.

      It is very clear that they are finding lame excuses for not processing the refund.

      I request you to kindly help to get the refund of rs.16, 499/- for the phone purchased.

        My order no is 91768222 of a mobile phone of rs 4444 it was a new mobile phone i ordered it on 16th of may and i received it on 20th may 2016 as soon as i switched on the phone i found out the phone was not worthy, the screen was blur the earphones was not working the battery was not able to charge, so feeling cheated i applied for a return on the same day but shopclues rejected my request just like that and did't inform me anything when i came to know i called them and asked them how they can do so and they said if your phone is not working then go to the service center what is that who goes to service center for a brand new mobile, i am using shopclues since a long time and these people have cheated me like anything took my money for a box of crap.

          I received the product with manufacturer defect (PCB defect in indoor unit)

          After that i have requested for return and refund

          Return id- 2816414
          Return date- 04 May 2016

          Initially they told that the product in under manufacture warranty, so ask the daikin technicians to solve the problem. When I asked the daikin customer care they told that according to daikin terms and conditions manufacture warranty is not covered under the purchase through online, except when the product get works. So they suggest to me to return the product. When I again consulted the shopclues, they requested me to send the job sheet of daikin and accordingly I sent it immediately. But after 4 days again I made a call becoz no respone I get from them. This time they asked me to give 3 to 4 days to discuss with concerned merchant and delayed for 8 days for reply. But even after taking so much time again they told me the same matter that the product comes under manufacture warranty. When I rashly spoke that I dont want the product and asked to return the product back, they asked another 3 days to solve my problem. After 3 days they suggested me that again lodge a service request to daikin customer care and don't tell them that u purchased through online, just say I purchased from a shop. At my home I'm facing such problem that my kid aged 2 years dint sleep at night due to summer heat and whenever I put on air cooler, I have to keep tie him with a rope due to he always try to keep his arms inside the cooler fan. Investing such a huge amount, iam facing this sort of problem. Really the shopclues made me harass since some days. Almost summer is leaving but I cannot utilise the AC since today i.e. 24 may 2016. but still i m not getting any good response from shopclues team. For initially I spent 1500 for installation charges and for contacting the shopclues since the purchase of the product I spent almost 800/- becoz they don't have toll free number and they use to call me once in a week.. please help me sir... my email id- [protected]@yahoo.co.in

          Sorry for not posting the updates after my earlier complaints. At last becoz of the consumer complaints website my problem was solved. Shopclues made a call and requested me to return the product and credited the amount to my account. Thnks to consumer complaints website...

            May 2nd i ordered the product of redmi note 4g but i want the product of redmi note prime by mistake it is changed. But we requested about returned the product on may 13th but we didn't get no response for return product. Still we have that product, i want to refund the amount or change the product.                 I have booked order 'melbon scm80dled1 (32 inch) hd led tv' on shopclues website at 20 may 2016, 12:23 am. Special offer price: 3490 and the order id is 91927883.
                Next days after my booking, the product was sold on shopclues website at rs 9590.
                But today shopclues have cancelled my order. And reason is "the product is out of stock'.
                I am very surprised, why shopclues my order cancelled for above reason. Shopclues have cheating me. Please shopclues arrange to me the product any way. Or i am going to file a case against this fraud company.

                    I ordered an samsung 20000mah power bank from shopclues. (Order id:[protected]. I received the product with manufacture defect including physical defect and also not taking charge and all. The prouct so received is not original samsung powerbank as listed.
                    The product did not come in an company packing just the outer bubble wrap and the hard paper box. That very day (23/05/2016) i called shopclues and intimated about the same and also raised return request (Return id: 2850968) but even though i was tricked by shopclues and faced the loos
                    Insted of refund return rejected by merchant. I tried to contact them several times but their contact no was busy always.

                    I always buy online but really i have faced the worst experience ever. Shopclues is the worst site. Fraud.

                          I ordered a product with order no 91745269 and paid the amount by my debit card. They told me that product will be delivered by 19 th may and again then sent me a text on 20 th saying that the product as reached to your city, and it ll be delivered in 1-2 days but it is now 23rd they have not delivered the product stil and not replying to my question and not ready to refund also. They have cheated me. Took the payment and showed thier real face . I had never been cheated like this if by today i ll not get my order deliver i am going to file a case against this fraud company.

                              Shopclues order 91188746. On apprising the customer support for returning the product due to poor quality, the operator says that the product was under some offer and therefore cannot be returned back. He also said that it should be as per the specification.In spite of my telling him that the shorts are totally transparent and i cannot wear it he said that he can't do anything about it.                                 Sir,
                                I ordered on 11 may 2016 fiy gc 222 as prepaid product, i paid rs.2600 on that day through mobikwik wallet, after two days shopclues told we will take 2 more days for delivery, i accepted. But again they gave another intimation regarding delay mail again i accepted, but suddenly without my knowledge they cancelled my order, this is very very bad work.
                                I phoned customer support number on 15 may 2016 to this std number [protected] to samyuktha customer executive she took more than 30 minutes, but she won't give any favour reply to me, she loss my call cost, loss my time also. She said within 48 hrs
                                After 48 hrs on 19 may 2016 i talk with them customer executive name ayisha she took more than 30 min she can't give proper reply she transfered to senior executive mohamed, he didn't give proper response and reply i loss 1 hour std call cost.
                                Due to their mistakes i loss money and time.
                                Kindly take good decision regarding this problem, i have hope on you, i am awaiting your reply.

                                    Last time i registered a complaint on 23 april on consumer court form but still nobody resolve my complaint.

                                    I ordered 5 in 1 air sofa cum bed air lounge inflatable[protected] on 28 jan but it was cancelled due to some issue with merchant then they generate new order on 10 feb which is 5 in 1 air sofa cum bed air lounge inflatable[protected] but now it's air pump is not working so i want to return it. The order which i placed have 6 months warranty but shopclue didn't give me the any specs confirmation of the new merchant product.

                                    When i registered a complaint on consumer court then only i got response from shopclue otherwise no response only long hold or disconnect.
                                    And now again same situation like last time i call'd to shopclue for asking my refund status & every senior said that plz give us 3 days i am personally handle your complaint. But still no response. Its 4 months gone and no resolution still. I am very much frustrating with this company.
                                    Top worst company for online shopping.
                                    I want to take a strict action against these type of fraud companies.

                                      I had placed an order for an iron board from the website www.shopclues.com, they sent me a damaged product on 10th may 2016, and then when i sent them the pics and asked them to replace the product on 12th may 2016, they refused to do so saying that i had to file for refund/replacement within 2 days. I am very disappointed with them. I paid rs 830 for the product and the money is gone

                                        Dear sir, i had ordered tv sony bravia kdl 32w700b full hd sum of rs. 35199/- on dated 26/01/2016 against order/bill no 83622298 from shopclues.com but they have delivered wrong product sony bravia kdl 32w700c instead of sony bravia kdl 32w700b. I have informed on same day to shopclues customer care.

                                        After long follows up they have taken back tv but my refund is pending since long time.

                                        We did not get refund in my bank account after their commitment

                                        You are requested to please look this matter and help me.
