There is lot of faults in infocus bingo 50 like hand free speaker, rotating screen, battery heat hanging and many problems when play games. Sensor is not working properly. I just hope to you give us a device what we need & hope. I bought infocus bingo 50 at 02nd may and after 3 days mobile is at very very poor condition like hanging, faults about sensor. I just trying to return or replace the product but its not easy.

I have ordered lenovo k3 note (#[protected] through shopclues.com. They have delivered a very old scrap in a very old box. The package was in a very bad condition. We tried to switch on the mobile, but not able to even switch it on. Later i requested for replacement of the product. But they simply rejected to get back the product and advised to use the manufacturer warranty to repair. I have approached lenovo service center, and they informed me that the phone's mother board itself gone and changing of the motherboard will change the imei number. So it can't be covered with warranty and they advised to return the product. But still shopclues people are playing smart and neither replacing the product nor refunding the money. Buying any product through shopclues is a nightmare and simply waste of time.

An order id 90148201 was dispatched from here on 18th april 2016. Few days later, the status on shopclues.com for this product was showing as "rto (Return to origin) delivered to merchant" which was false. The product is not received till date. I raised a complaint (Raised a ticket) also on shopclues merchant support on 3rd may 2016 and my ticket id is 681894.

Now present status of this product is showing as “shopclues cancellation”. The courier company “ondot “ was provided by shopclues only.

Neither i have received the product nor the payment. They are doing nothing to solve the issue.

I have attached all the images of dispatch of the product as a proof in that ticket also.

I want to register a case against shopclues for irresponsibility and unnecessary delay to deliver the product or payment (In case to fail the deliver the product back). Either give me my product back in correct position (Courier was returned because customer was not available there) or release the payment for this product as the product was sold on rs 295/-.

I have booked Infocus M260 mobile on 29th April-16 & received on 4th May-16 which was a defected set, where one SIM card not detecting and over heating when I charge.

Booked complain on 7th May-16 for replacement & received mail from Shopclues that this is a manufacturing defect and advised to go the service center & get it repaired.

On 12th-May-16, again discussed with the representative of call center & he assured to resolve within 36-hours and the mobile will be replaced or refund will be paid.

Again on 14th-May-16 (today) discussed with Shopclues customer center, again he was asking all the history of the problem and simply informing that he will address the issue in next 48-hours.

This is the harassment behaviour of the company. I simply asked him that If the product was defected then why they sent to me. As per they, after receiving the defected mobile, now this is my responsibility to get it repaired from service center by wasting my time and money.

Please give me justice.

Aap logo se yeh expectations nhi thi. Galti ho gayi jo first time aap ki site se order kr diya shopclues. Amazon se every time purchasing krti hoon. Kabhi bhi broken box nhi delivered Hua. Shopclues Waalon ne nicer dicer piece bekar de diya. Please change Karo ya return amount Karo. I m unsatisfied ur job shopclues. Very sad. Please as soon as change Karo. i have received order no #91294708 on 11th may 2016 which i ordered on 7th may 2016, it is a timebre authentic men gold party watch, the order which i have received is entirely different to which i ordered, it is very disappointing, i want to return this watch as soon as possible and refund my money in the same bank account please do the need full this is very very disappointing.u can check my order from above order no.please do reply, because this the third time i received a different product and i am not going to bear this.

Order no:91324650, order placed on 8.5.2016, this product is received today via courier. when i open this. i was shocked because there is only one watch. but i paid for 2 watch. when i called on the given product costumer care no it shows switched off. the tracking courier no is[protected]. why ur people cheating like this. how can we believe on u next. please rectify this soon. and do the needful.

I brough suntek 32" series 4 hd plus led tv (With samsung panel inside) through shopclues.com order id: 88841769, on dated 24 mar 2016, 10:37 am and the product received on dated on 07.04.2016. But the tv not switched on the same thing is informed to shopclues team. And they told with in 2 days our representative attend the problem. No one attend the problem and we raised product return request (Return request id: 2779534 on dated 14 apr 2016, 09:44 pm). And several time i called shopclues team to return the product. They are informed present there is no service available at your location (I. E which is delivered at kollur mandal, guntur - 522301, a. P) so please courier the product to our store, new dehli-110061 shopclues). We courier the tv through professional couriers on dated 30.04.2016. After reached the product they are informed through mail the return product has been reached to our store. Then they are not informed anything regarding the product (Tv).
After several times i mailed and called to shopclues team and they are told me the product is under quality control check to be done. After 3-4 days they are informed the quality checkup done and we will get back with in 48 hours and generated a new ticket 6793540. But they are not called and any mailed regarding the re sending the new product.
Again i called to shopclues team today they are told the return product is damaged and we are unable to replacement the product.

Now i am unable to getting, every time when i called to team they are informed that the product reached to our store and quality check up done and and we will replace the tv. Today when i called, they are telling (After 15 days) tv is damaged and you requested to the tv is not switched on. So product is not replaced in this situation.

They are going to deliver the damaged tv to our address, so please help in this regarding.

I had purchased the above product from Shopclues on 3.12.2015 bearing the order no:77187036. I returned the item but the amt z not credited to my account. after several follow up they replied me on 15.12.2016 that refund process initiated bearing the refund ID:8176217. during return I have already mentioned my refund ac details..but when I talked to their customer care they repeatedly saying to send account details. after repeated follow up, its already 6 months gone, but my amount is not refunded yet.credit my Rs678/- as soon as possible to my ac. The worst site for purchasing.

I feel sad and angry to bring it to your notice that the item : new design hand operated 2 ton hydraulic trolly jack leo was not delivered.Instead a substandard scrap jack was sent from your department.

I am forced to return this substandard/not as per the order item without paying the cod amount of ₹ 1737/- through the same courier.

Kindly send the correct item immediately without further delay. The cash-on-delivery shall be paid only after thorough checking.

I ordered a wireless mouse of microsoft and payed online... While ordering it was in stock.. After 2-3 day i checked its status that merchant of this is showing out of stock.. I called them they are offering me another one of different company... I denied it for so they cancelled my order without me asking.. And initiated refund... What is this...

my name santosh kumar my complain hai ki me 7/5/2016 ko shopclues se me laptop order kiya tha jo ( RS18000 ) maine apne net banking account paisa paid kya but 12/5/2016 ko mera mobile pe massege aaya ki apka order id 91279039 order is cancel par mera paisa mere account me nhi aaya abhi tak na hi koi reply or jab maine castumber care ke pass call kya toa castumber care wale bol rahe ki apka koin record nhi h hamre pass.

I booked a samsung 40" led television on 30 march 2016 but due to some reasons i could not complete the payment. On the same day i was called by the company and asked about the problem.I told them that my credit card limit was rs.20000 only while the television cost was 25689.So the representative told me that he will be sending links on my gmail account whereby i can pay 20000 through credit card and rest 5689 by debit card. I was sent the link and i made payment accordingly on 7 april 2016. But my order was not confirmed. I contacted the company and i was told that they didn't receive the payment. I was asked to submit proof of both my payments which i complied with. But they repeatedly rejected my claims. On 2 may 2016 i called them and told them that i have been confirmed by bank that amount has been claimed by the merchant and i shall seek refuge of consumer court. On 9 may 2016 i received the message that my payment has been done but since product is not available it will be delayed. Thi whole incident has caused alot of mental agony and extra expenditure on me, i seek compensation for their malintentions and troubles they have caused me. My order no. Was 89218225
