A order was placed to shopclues .com for crown money counter which was delivered on 16th april 2016, as mentioned on the website the product is also having a feature of counterfiet note detection but originally it doesnot have the feature which i came to know when i got a fake currency.Now the point is this that company is saying that they have a ten days return period but how come a user will arrange for counterfeit currency to check the machine, its only possible when we come across and get one and that was in todays date.
After having a telephonic conversation on the customer support number and there refusal i am lodging the complaint on this portal.I am also uploading the invoice as well as screen shot of the product with the features mentioned displayed on the site of shopclues .com, the link is pasted below (http://www.shopclues.com/crown-portable-currency-note-counting-machine-money-co...
This is a point to note that the site is misguiding the customers by mentioning the features which are not present in the machine there by is engaged in fraudulent business.
I hope that strong action will be taken against them and the matter will be resolved very soon

      I palce the order for usb data cable and otg cable on shopclues.com
      But they extend the delivery date and after that they cancelled my order from their site.

      And they don't give the refund on time.

      When i report it personally then after 2 days they give refund.

        I order philips iron @ rs.5/- on shop clues vide order no. 91194144 dt.5 may'16. Shopclues was selling this philips iron @ rs.5/- on their website, i booked this and also got order confirmation after making payment through credit card. Next day i got message that my order cancelled due to wronge price information at website.

        This is cheating. First they are attracting customer with cheap price then cancelling order.

        If company has accepted order of philips iron @ rs.5/- then they should deliver this product to me.

        I never expected this type of response from shopclues.

        Pl help me...

          I had ordered the shoes on 9th april 2016 on 13th i received a msg that the order is delayed due to unavailability of the product. On 13 received msg regarding extended delay the order will reach till 21st april. On 21st april i received a msg that order has been cancelled and refund has been processed because shipping address is not traced by the courier partner. I have received many other orders from other shopping sites and also from the courier partner from whom shop clues was going to deliver. The issue is that they have made decision of cancellation of order directly without any intimation and now they are saying that they will give the refund in 13 days i. E till 05th may 2016. I either want the same pair of shoes free of cost or the amount in next 1 day as i had not invested the amount for taking the refund after waiting for the product for almost 10-12 days.

          I had received the message that the refund will be credited on account before 05/05/2016 today is 06/05/2016 still not got the refund also they had cancelled the order on their own.

            Fake products and worst service - order id : 88394158
            i have ordered laptop on march 17th
            shopclues took 12 days to deliver order to chennai (My home) — delivered on march 29, where flipkart and amazon taking 2-3 days to deliver orders.
            then with in a day i found the laptop is faulty one, immediately i have contacted tech support of shopclues seller - momentum group
            in 5 minutes i found that was a faulty piece but the great engineers took 10 days to declare
            then i have contacted shopclues to take back this product
            here the really hell started, shopclues took more than days and i have called 100s of times for update finally they approved to take product back.
            they have taken more than a week to receive the product.
            after receiving they said quality check need to be completed.
            fine. Quality check completed but no update for 4 days.
            i have frustrated and called many times to customer support and they asked 48 hours time (If i dont call to shopclues they never bother about customer)
            okay, great i agreed.
            after 48 hours i have called now once again they are asking 4 days time to approve.

            — totally 50 days
            Still i dont have laptop in my hand
            While i have not received any call from shopclues for any update.
            Always i am only called though shopclues answers are very careless.
            When i call shopclues they asks 4 days time.

            Now i am finally decided to sue shopclues
            And decided to do not buy any products in shopclues and i never encourage shopclues in my area.

            I will forward this message to all my whats app and facebook group then everyone should come to know how shopclues screw customers.

                I ordered of a set of patiala salwars on 23rd March 2016. On April 6th, I recieved an email stating that my order has been delivered. The Order 88786009 jas not been delivered. I have written to the courier service and to Shopclues. No response.

                    Had purchased a led tv from shop clues but the product is having some manufacturing defect and the dame was informed on the receiving date of the product i.e 27th april 16.Till now nothing has happened as it had requested for a return pick of the product.

                    Every time i call, i am told to wait!!!.It has been 7 days and still no resolution is provided. Purchased the product for 30000 but seeing the attitude of the seller, the chances of resolution are weak. Haven't used the product as it showing a big black horizontal line when ever it is switched on. I had asked for a replacement but no revert till date.

                        I have ordered treadmill worth 24000 /- on 2nd may 2016.

                        After putting order I got status "product is unavailable". They are not ready to cancel order or not providing other options. Is that joke to keep 24000 of customer.
                        Firstly why accept order if product is not available. There should be cancel options coz that's not my fault. Finding merchant etc is your take. why you are putting my money in danger.

                        I want to cancel my order and want refund ASAP. ShopClues is such fraud company. They should be banned.

                            2. My letter dated 26.11.2015 regarding return of helmet.

                            Your attention is invited to my letter dated 26.11.2015 on the above subject. As mentioned in the said letter, i have returned the broken helmet delivered to me to m/s roldo, a-46, street no. 1, near pasonda and dlf, rajiv nagar, sahibabad, ghaziabad, up – 201 005 (Phone : [protected]) by parcel through india post vide receipt no. Cl[protected]in dated 27.11.2015. A slip of this address was pasted on the cover of helmet received by me on 23.11.2015, with a direction “if not delivered, return to roldo ….…. “. It is surprised to note that m/s roldo has not accepted the parcel of helmet which i have sent to them. Therefore i have received back the same on 31.12.2015. Print out of tracking sheet is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. I have never expected such an unfair dealings from your well established firm.
                            I am returning the broken & non-specified helmet (Not the model ordered by me) with its original packings inside with the hope that at least you will accept it and verify the same with the image of helmet which i have originally ordered.
                            Though one of your official has talked to me several times over telephone, no solution was find out till today except creation of certain mental agony and unnecessary financial liabilities to me. Who is responsible for this unfair dealings and happenings, not myself. Nothing else to add.

                              I got a wrong product
                              i got it today it self - 2 may, 2016

                              I ordered a pair of shirts but instead of that i got lagging's pair. To embarrassing my 1st experience. I wanted from you to short out is asap & also the customer care person is not receiving the call. Why they made a customer care number if no one is there to receive or listen our problems. Please do it need full. I want to return this product asap.

                                  I have purchased SONY TV on 14 Jun 2015 from shopclues.com (online) cost -Rs.37, 489. After few months we have observed there is some black spot on the TV screen.
                                  I raised a complain to SONY Service center, and after verification by the SONY service engineer, have told me it is not possible for them to replace the part/TV as this has purchased online and high chances that the damaged TV has been sold out to me. At the same time they have mentioned that they would have replaced the same incase the TV would have purchased from the local dealer.

                                  The screenshot also attach with this complain.

                                  This product is under one year warranty and i want this TV to be replaced.

                                    Hello i have ordered 2 air conditioners from shopclues, because they offerd a discount for "panasonic cs-kc18rky2 split ac (1.5 ton, 5 star rating, white)
                                    Code: 87783216" with order id: 90744824 and 90734081, it is for the price rs.31, 889 each, and made the payment with my debit card, after few days they said product is not available we will send voltas ac for you, and i asked them if you didn't have the product availability why you listed in your website, my money is blocked with you, and they said no we will not refund wait 10 days more if it is available then we will send other wise we will refund,

                                    And they are trying to send me the cheapest voltas ac,

                                    Every time i called them they are telling product is not available, and why they are selling same product with same id?

                                    For taking money from some more consumers, this is a big scam, they will take orders for this product and they offers cheapest one with another low class brand and they test our patience, if we will not ready to get in their trap they will refund our money after so many days.

                                    Really worst experiance i have got from shopping with shopclues.

                                    I received your mail on No reverse pick up from your company. The AC ( Air Conditioner ) returning to your office in New Delhi has to be arranged from my side. Can you once again check if any pick up is there from Cochin Kerala. I was shocked to see the amount Rs. 300 in maximum you would refund for returning AC to Clues Network (P) Limited, at New Delhi - 110061
                                    Thereafter I tried calling you and got Sahil from your office online. He asked me to get a quote on courier charges and he would get it approved. I went to office of Gati to inquire the rates. The cost for sending the AC unit to New Delhi is Rs. 2750. Kindly approve this amount and revert back, so I can send the AC to you. This is taking too long. I have received the ac on Apr 11 and the same day I had reported the damage, and till date the same not collected and my money not refunded.
                                    Also Please Note : I do not want any CLUESBUCK, or any other type of credit, ONLY Money back
                                    Please keep in mind, I am returning this product because it was received in damaged condition. I could not use it. now I am put through a lot of trouble for returning the same.                                         I had booked the product code[protected] for oricom footwear through shopclues.com by making advance payment on credit card. But the product delivered was honda skr brand and not oricom brand.Accordingly, i had booked the product replacement vide request no-6718981 dated 26.04.2016 to get the product that is shown in the picture.But no action has since been taken till today.Further on regular basis i am intimating the customer support of shop clues for product replacement.
                                        Pl do the needful to replace with the original booked product.
