Hello i have ordered 2 air conditioners from shopclues, because they offerd a discount for "panasonic cs-kc18rky2 split ac (1.5 ton, 5 star rating, white)
Code: 87783216" with order id: 90744824 and 90734081, it is for the price rs.31, 889 each, and made the payment with my debit card, after few days they said product is not available we will send voltas ac for you, and i asked them if you didn't have the product availability why you listed in your website, my money is blocked with you, and they said no we will not refund wait 10 days more if it is available then we will send other wise we will refund,

They are cheaters they offered discount and taken money from me, and they said product not available but they are selling the same product in their website for more price here: http://www.shopclues.com/panasonic-cs-kc18rky2-split-ac-15-ton-5-star-rating-whi...
And they are trying to send me the cheapest voltas ac,

Every time i called them they are telling product is not available, and why they are selling same product with same id?

For taking money from some more consumers, this is a big scam, they will take orders for this product and they offers cheapest one with another low class brand and they test our patience, if we will not ready to get in their trap they will refund our money after so many days.

Really worst experiance i have got from shopping with shopclues.

Please Note. Till date you have not provided TAX INVOICE for this purchase, which I have been asking since April 11th 2016
you are all so lethargic and clueless in this matter, meanwhile my money Rs. 25000 is stuck with you and your are enjoying. You have received my payment and holding it for 30 days, and i have broken product which you refuse to take back. I was not told by anyone that I am responsible for returning the product if delivered broken or damaged condition. THIS PURE CHEATING CONSUMER. Refund my Money and take your sweet time on taking back your damaged product. why should I suffer for a damaged / broken product which I have no use.


I am fed up and planning on approaching CRDF consumer forum court to get HELP on this.

I feel that you are just prolonging this so you keep my MONEY and I get stuck your your broken AC

Dear Nickey
I received your mail on No reverse pick up from your company. The AC ( Air Conditioner ) returning to your office in New Delhi has to be arranged from my side. Can you once again check if any pick up is there from Cochin Kerala. I was shocked to see the amount Rs. 300 in maximum you would refund for returning AC to Clues Network (P) Limited, at New Delhi - 110061
Thereafter I tried calling you and got Sahil from your office online. He asked me to get a quote on courier charges and he would get it approved. I went to office of Gati to inquire the rates. The cost for sending the AC unit to New Delhi is Rs. 2750. Kindly approve this amount and revert back, so I can send the AC to you. This is taking too long. I have received the ac on Apr 11 and the same day I had reported the damage, and till date the same not collected and my money not refunded.
Also Please Note : I do not want any CLUESBUCK, or any other type of credit, ONLY Money back
Please keep in mind, I am returning this product because it was received in damaged condition. I could not use it. now I am put through a lot of trouble for returning the same. I need you to refund the total amount that I paid Rs. 24, 589 plus the courier charges of RS. 2750 = Total Rs. 27, 339
Please Note : Courier team is asking for following documents for them to accept the AC and to send through courier
1- Form 8 F Kerala Commercial taxes 2- Original Tax Invoice

      I had booked the product code[protected] for oricom footwear through shopclues.com by making advance payment on credit card. But the product delivered was honda skr brand and not oricom brand.Accordingly, i had booked the product replacement vide request no-6718981 dated 26.04.2016 to get the product that is shown in the picture.But no action has since been taken till today.Further on regular basis i am intimating the customer support of shop clues for product replacement.
      Pl do the needful to replace with the original booked product.

          I order the htc mobile phone and order number for the same was 89581746 and same was delivered me. Unfortunately i open that product after 2 days and i shocked, i saw that mobile battery ​was missing in accessories. I wrote email to customer care and requested for replace the product, same was rejected from your end due two 2 days replace policy.

          After 10 days now my mobile phone was not in working condition and from the same unable to call single calls, i am using reliance cdma sim and i think that their is problem with reliance network and i went to reliance web world to solve problem but they checked and replied that this phone is defective some hardware or software problem in the same, after hearing this think it was defective phone.

          I feel very shame that i purchased this product from shopcluse and facing this type of problems. 1st battery was missed and 2nd mobile was defective.

          I requesting you to look in this matter and replace the same. I[censored]nable to replace the same than i have option to file suit against you in the consumer court for selling defective product, cheating with customer, & harassment and your are liable for cost and consequences for the same.

            Order no. 89934362 for 5 pcs non-stick induction safe cookware but it is not induction base because of there is no induction plate at the bottom of the cookware set. It is plane cookware set . Pls. Replace this set and send induction base 5 pcs non-stick cookware. It is very light cookware set. It is not strong, it is normal cookware set. Pls. Again request you, send induction base 5 pcs non-stick cookware set.

                  It is very worst experience with shop clues that delivery has not been performed even after 15 days of booking
                  and the most pitiful thing is that it (delivery) has been confirmed by the shop clues by sms and email. Even clue bucks has been
                  alloted by the shop clues. I have already registered a complain with customer care two days before yesterdays but still no reply, no action
                  has been taken. It is the worst experience I ever had with any on line company. Pls. take the action otherwise I have no option except
                  to take this matter to consumer court.

                    I had booked the product Code[protected] for Oricom Foot Wear by payment of Rs 399/- in advance through Credit Card.The product booked was White and Black and no name has been written on the body of the footwear. But on receipt of the product I find that the product is of White and Blue colour .The soul of the article is very thin guage.The name Honda and SKR has been on each side of the product even if on the soul.I had requested to change the product to deliver the original product booked 2 days back.But no step has been taken by the company.

                          I ordered a sony bluetooth headphone online, when i got this stuff it was working properly, after couple of month it stuck, then i went to sony service center they asked me for bill and i have shown invoice, they replied this is not valid they are not our seller.                             I have ordered a labtop-hp-notebook 15-ac-122tu i3 5th gen 4gb ram/ 1tb hdd dos (Silver) from shopclues.com on 13-april-2016 vide order no[protected], product was delivered on 21-april, 2016 with sl. No-cnd60432f9, product model no-n8m18pa as per shopclue.com. As it is a dos mechine, while going for installation of operating system on 23-april, it have shown no hard disk. Immediately hp customer care was informed vide case no-[protected], and shopclue.com was informed with request to extend return time to another two days. On 25-april-2016, hp engineer has opened the labtop infront of me to see that hard disk is missing and some screw was missing. Photo was taken. Immediately shopclue.com was contacted who advised to return the same online process which was done. On[protected] i was informed online that return request was declined as part missing policy have to be informed within two days. But it is a defective labtop which can’t be used without hard disk which has 10 day return policy. By seeing a labtop, can you tell me that which internal part was missing? So it is a defective labtop rather than a missing parts. Pl help me to get a replacement.

                            I have picked up the courier from courier office. At the time of pickup the outer white polythene cover was intact without any opening sign (Photo-2 and 3). You can still see that initial glue paste is still intact. After cut opening the outer white poly pack, i found the cartoon box is wrapped inside polythene bubble wrapper as seen in photo-4 and 5. The inside cartoon was open and only sealed by celluloid tape as in 6, 7, 8 and 9. After opening the cartoon, i have seen the labtop wrapped on transparent polythene inside a thermo coal as in photo-14 and 15. I have tried to install the operating system, but it was time and again showing “no hard disk”. So i have decided to call hp engineer on saturday 23rd april. Hp engineer has come on monday, 25th april. The first interpretation of hp engineer was that some body has opened the labtop as there was gap between black and silver casing as given in photo-12 and 13. Then he tried to open the labtop from bottom. He was surprise to see that one screw was missing from bottom (Photo-10 and 11), this was highlighted by hp engineer in its report photo-1. Photo was taken jointly by hp engineer and me. Then he have open the bottom casing to see that hdd was missing (Photo-16 & 17) taken jointly. Job report was written by hp engineer.

                                  I was planning to buy a ac from your valuable online store. But i was not confirmed, so i havn't completed my purchase.
                                  After Some time i got a call from Mr. Vishal Sharma, He has given me two discount vouchers worth Rs.350 each and assured me for free installation.
                                  After That i have placed my order.

                                  When delivery was completed, Panasonic people are asking for Rs.1000 for installation.

                                  When i called customer care, Mr. Alok your representative relied nothing satisfactorily, moreover, refused to lodge complaint, even after keeping me on hold for 25 mins.

                                  Next day, samething was done by two more executives, Mr. AAKassh and Deepak Kumar.

                                  Whether we can't even complain after buying things from Shopclues.

                                  Just let me know its a selling or fraud.
