When i checked spy pen hd camera it's not capturing any vedio and photo's. Please change my product. Or resolve issue regarding vedio and images recording.I shallbe very thankful to yoy for this act of kindness

I ordered 5 in 1 air sofa cum bed air lounge inflatable[protected] on 28 jan but it was cancelled due to some issue with merchant then they generate new order on 10 feb which is 5 in 1 air sofa cum bed air lounge inflatable[protected] but now it's air pump is not working so i want to return it. The order which i placed have 6 months warranty but shopclue didn't give me the any specs confirmation of the new merchant product.
I call'd them from so many days and when executive pick my call and said that we will forward your call to senior level and after a long hold the call was disconnected automatically no answer from them.
I email them also but also no response.
I want to take a strict action against these type of fraud companies.

On 03.04 2016 I paid money and purchased a Air cooler at the cost of Rs.7998 .But after 13 days it was delivered in damaged condition .I sought return and refund of amount .But they wanted photos of the damaged product.That also I sent .They wanted time.But again they said they need some more photos.I refused as my money is locked up for more than 15 days.I sent mail to take back the damaged product and return of my money.But they are simply keeping quite with out any reply inspite of my repeated mails .Unfair trade practice and deficiency of service on their part is not taken care of.

My friend purchased one tv (Sony) from shopclues.com & company assured to send delivery on 19th of april-2016. For the product he paid rs 26591/-
His order no is 89944503 through carrier beacon surface. But still no delivery is there. Pl do needful in favour of him.

Used product has been delivered . Product contains scratches . Small part of the product is broken . Low quality steel is been in the product . Packing is old and torn from all edges . Product contains blunt blades . Product colour is dull and contains black muddy patches on it . Worst product . Please replaces the product or give cash back as soon as possible.

On 04.04.16 i have ordered a rasna fruit plus 200 gms (Pack of 2- assorted flavours)

I ordered samsung 55" inch tv on 7th april 2016. Estimated delievry date was 18 april. But i still doesn't recieved my product. I m unable to track my order. Tracking details are not proper. Shopclues shows product arrived at uttarpradesh. Bt i m living in maharashtra.. On sevenhorses.In site they shows that product is arrived in maharashtra on 11th of april . Bt still i dosen't got it... I m scared by seeing lots of bad reviews. Bcs i purchached led tv for 90000 rupees.
They showed the beacon surface is courior service.. I m totally confused now.

I placed an order in shopclues.com on 20/03/2016 with order number 88575749 for universal white adapter with usb cable.I got wrong product and i placed a return request but the money has not been returned from shop clues.I have sent all the details regarding the bank account and screen shots of my bank account .Please help me regarding this iissue. And i got a call from shop clues on 17/04/2016 with the number [protected] from shop clues stating that u will receive money in next five minutes.

I have provided all the account details.At that time 1500 rupees has been debited from my account.The executives told that u will get a refund of 1500 and 182 rupees to ur account in 24 hours .I haven't received the amount till now. Please take action on this.

My bank account statement is showing that 1500 rupees has been debited for paytm.

Hello,

I had placed order for ovastar air cooled (3705) on 2nd of april but received 3714 model today, that to product in worst condition. No one can use that product.

Estimated delivery was on 12th of april but i didn't receive. Called customer care they gave a promised date on 15th april but i didn't receive the product. Again called on 16th april and spoke a person called rohith n he told he is the manager and he also promised that it would be delivered on the same day evening within 7p.M but i didn't receive. I found the number of transit i.E. Tci xps they told it will delivered n they were co-operative and delivered the product on the same. Tci xps was much better in dere customer service compared to shopclues.

Had a very bitter experience with shopclues. I never would suggest shopclues to anyone. You guys have irritated me to the core. Shame on ur part u troubling people so much.

Now i want to return this blady cooler and when i request for return they are tell that pick up is not dere for this address. What non sense when they can deliver it why can't they pick it up.

Seriously i no one can give customer service like amazon and flipkart.

Now kindly arrange for pick n replacement.
