I am disappointed with shopclue of damaged to the shopclue courier partner "GATI kwe", My Order ID : 89391322, ( Symphony 12 Liter Diet 12i Air Cooler White (with Remote) error, please contact ShopClues Customer Service at Customer Support". Contacted Customer care by Mail/Call. numerous times but to no avail the issue persist. I call, standard response I get "We will get back to you in 24/48 hrs"...i want to change this product or give me my money back because this product was working properly. so pls do it fast whatever ur process. regards Rajanikanth Komakula Call : [protected] hyd.

I had registered complaint before regarding air cooler. ShopClues now replied, I hav received wrong product and damaged product I requested for return, they r telling me that there is no pick up for my address. When I called them, they are telling delivery is different courier partner n pick up us different partner so there is no pick up. If they had sent me proper product why should I return it. And product is in worst condition it is broken, fan us broken, no screws given, no swing. Horrible, no respect for my money. They don't give proper response to customer and they see everything to there comfort. I'm really fedup of them. Kindly take actions on them and please resolve my issue. It's my humble request kindly help me.
