Hello,

I had placed order for ovastar air cooled (3705) on 2nd of april but received 3714 model today, that to product in worst condition. No one can use that product.

Estimated delivery was on 12th of april but i didn't receive. Called customer care they gave a promised date on 15th april but i didn't receive the product. Again called on 16th april and spoke a person called rohith n he told he is the manager and he also promised that it would be delivered on the same day evening within 7p.M but i didn't receive. I found the number of transit i.E. Tci xps they told it will delivered n they were co-operative and delivered the product on the same. Tci xps was much better in dere customer service compared to shopclues.

Had a very bitter experience with shopclues. I never would suggest shopclues to anyone. You guys have irritated me to the core. Shame on ur part u troubling people so much.

Now i want to return this blady cooler and when i request for return they are tell that pick up is not dere for this address. What non sense when they can deliver it why can't they pick it up.

Seriously i no one can give customer service like amazon and flipkart.

Now kindly arrange for pick n replacement.

Hi,
I had registered complaint before regarding air cooler. ShopClues now replied, I hav received wrong product and damaged product I requested for return, they r telling me that there is no pick up for my address. When I called them, they are telling delivery is different courier partner n pick up us different partner so there is no pick up. If they had sent me proper product why should I return it. And product is in worst condition it is broken, fan us broken, no screws given, no swing. Horrible, no respect for my money. They don't give proper response to customer and they see everything to there comfort. I'm really fedup of them. Kindly take actions on them and please resolve my issue. It's my humble request kindly help me.

I cannot bare the courier charges. Shopclues refund courier amount upto 300rs in the form of cluesbucks. I can't take all these bull. Mistake is from dere side they hav resolve it. Kindly tell them arrange for pickup.

    I have ordered a samsung evo 32gb micro sd card class 10 online from shopclues.com. The sd card doesnot work at all. This shopping site has fooled me by giving me a damaged sd card. Iurgently need a replacement for the damaged one.
    How can a leading online shopping site do such a cheap work? I hope my problem will be solved soon or else i will have to take legal action against the company for selling defective products.

      Original order number[protected] dated 5th April 2016.

      The product was delivered by Rajkot Vendor but the product was open and the password was used by someone before. My escan renewal did not accept the password. It was a fraud by the vendor.

      Returned the product and asked for a refund. Instead of refund, they are sending the product again. They did not cancel the order again. New order number is 90136015.

      The shopclue customer service is horrible. Most of the time not reachable and does not reply to emails. SMS link gives an option to cancel the order but practically it did not happen even after trying 20 times. Called up their number and wasted a lot of money in STD call but they said can not cancel the order.

      How do I make a police complain about this.

        There are two issues :
        1) indoor unit is missing all together. Only outdoor unit has been delivered.
        2) outdoor unit is in damage condition in a corner position.
        For the product i booked the order (No:[protected] on 3rd april2016 with full payment and they delivered the half and damaged product on 12th april. After that i informed the concern dept. For the same and filled up a return replacement request as they guided me (Request no: 2776082).
        Presently i follow up them regularly but unfortunately they are not providing me any solution only telling me to wait for some day.
        You are requested to please guide me what to do now?

            Hi
            Recently i ordered microsoft windows 7 ultimate. Firstly the product was sent through a useless courier services who took 5 days to deliver after he received the goods. Secondly, they issued the product key for activation which turnout to be fake one. Windows web site failed to register the software resulting complete chaos and now I am unable to work properly. After complaining, they sent one more product key which again was fake. Now I am insisting for refund but no answer for my mails.
            Friends don't trust this people particularly electronics and software related things. They are completely bogus and not trustworthy. Don't fall pray for their low price offers. its completely fake and useless.

                Recent i have bought a keimi trimmer from shop.clue site. when i was used that product and found that was not charging. and i straightaways wrote a complaint to shop clues site. just want to ensure with QA team. Are you confirm the product is working no the all.aspects???

                u know the truth is i have not been used used a single time... really worst and frustrating me.

                            Hi. I gave an order on 1st april 2016. I should receive on 9th april.
                            I got another message that delay of delivery after 4-5 days on 8th april.
                            Hence 8+5= 13 april supposed to get my product. If a person will buy the product on 1th april and there is no guarantee or response from shop-clues side. still have no clue about the product its almost 20 days

                            Telling sorry for not delivering product in time is not the solution but customer satisfaction is needed for the company growth. If each individual are not aware of what they are doing, company will be shut down very soon.

                              My mobile name is reach opulent. I have bought it on 10th April 2016. I have given return request on 12th. But the response was very bad they were not talking properly and there was no tollfree number so we can talk properly my full balance were lost on call on that day. Till now I have lost 200 to250 rupees on talk time by talking them daily 4 to 5 times a day but they doesn't talk properly they are only saying that wait for 2 days 3 days and says to go for service center. Why I should go to service center if the mobile was looking old when we first saw it I was giving hanging from the first day the functions were not working properly it gets switch off automatically and the mobile was old like someone has use it previously and returned it and was then send to me there were scratches on the mobile then you should take proper action to this problem and plzzzz pickup my product and refund me as fast as you can take action regarding this problem and replyy me for my complaint...

                                  Hello,

                                  I had ordered an item with order number 88552333 on 20th march 2016 and cancelled on the same date due to some personal reason. I had follow-up several times for the refund with the shopclues. I also check with the respective bank. Bank person confirmed that the merchant not yet credited any money. Only the debit transaction is showing. The ref no is 05282966081001523559797.

                                  I just want to get my refund amount id inr 236. That's it.

                                    I order jeans combo on 3rd of April and made the payment online, My order Id is 89502747. I received the message on 4th April that my order is dispatch and the estimated date was 10-11th April however I was comfortable but after 10th and 11th till now I haven't got yet, I mailed these guys to tell me the status or if they have some problem with my address to reach me I mailed all the details which was quite sufficient to reach a stranger person after 1 day I got the response that they will forward my concern to the concerned courier partner and till now I haven't receive any single call any message from their side. I requested for refund however neither I received my order or nor refund, they are trying to contact me as well when I sent an email to them. I am very disappointed with the services, it was waste of money and waste of time. Still I would request them to take needful action otherwise they guys cannot survive.

                                    One of the representative by the name of Deepak called but he asked that you want refund ok we will refund your amount ideally the representative should ask to resolved the problem first and after that if the customer is still not get satisfied then they need to give the option for refund. Such a fake service. Please do forward to them this is not about the 600 or 700 hundred rupees its about what services you provided to the customer and why he/she is complaining you guyz need to listen the complain first Instead of listening me you are showing me your ego and you are disconnecting the call. This is not the way on which you are guys are going on.
                                    It is heights now they guy's closed my complaint and marked that as resolved they guy's haven't spoke with me clearly and they resolved my complaint
