I have brought a new product (Formal gents pant) from shopclues by paying online. They sent me girls pant to my address. When i called for support, they said to wait for 10 days. After 10 days i again called shopclues, they replied no return for ordered product. Support is poor . They dont know how to treat customers. They never sent me the ordered product and when i asked they are saying they never send refund any product, they cheated me....

they rejected my return when i try to get rid of fake product, and they leave no other option, it is my first order on ShopClues, even the reason for rejection not mentioned, . how the hell can shopclues cancel a return request, and what is the reason for cancelling is not mentioned....
