I have purchased AC of Lloyd 1 ton 3 star on 1st April when I purchased AC they assure to give warranty for 5 year but when I received AC and I have call to customer care support of Lloyd then they refused to give any kind of warranty for online purchasing and when I contact to shopclue customer care executive they ask for job card. When I asked him to cancel my order but they refused though I want cancel my order within 5 days. So I would like to lawsuit on shopclue and Lloyd for mental harrasement. Because online they only give surity but my problem not solved still. And I want also reverse pickup but they denied for same so plz kindly help me to sort out this problem

    I had buy the double bedsheet online from shopclues.com which is defective product bad quality product and even colour change product which i had purchase .Now i want to return this product but there is no option for return also in shopclues website also i had call many times too there customer care but they are also not taking my return request today is the 7th day when product deliver.My humble request too all please dont buy anything from shopclues.com and please help me as soon as possible because only 3 day left for return as per there 10 day return policy.

          I have brought a new product (Formal gents pant) from shopclues by paying online. They sent me girls pant to my address. When i called for support, they said to wait for 10 days. After 10 days i again called shopclues, they replied no return for ordered product. Support is poor . They dont know how to treat customers. They never sent me the ordered product and when i asked they are saying they never send refund any product, they cheated me. Please dont buy anything from shopclues. Shopclues dont have email support. Dont have toll free. Totally fake

            I had ordered for a sofa cum bed (With order number[protected] which was to be delivered by april 05-09. The order amounted to rs 12498.00, which was taken in advance.
            We received a message from shopclue on date: 18.03.2016 stating “hi! Your shopclues order 87858146 for fabhomedecor - ariana wooden frame sofa .. Might get delayed due to unforseen issues on the seller end. We are following with the seller to ship the order at the earliest.”.
            Following this we received a message on 28.03.2016 stating “hi! Your shopclues order 87858146 for fabhomedecor - ariana wooden frame sofa .. Is delayed. We will notify you of order cancellation in 48 hours, if we fail to fulfill it through another merchant. We regret for the inconvenience caused. For order updates.”
            Following which we received a message on 29.03.2016 stating “hi! Your order 87858146 for fabhomedecor - ariana wooden frame sofa .. Has been cancelled as merchant could not dispatch it in time. We have initiated the refund of amount 12498.00 which will be processed by 29/03/16.”
            And another message stating “hi! We have processed the refund for your shopclues order 87858146 for fabhomedecor - ariana wooden frame sofa .. And the amount will reflect in your account by 03/04/16.”
            Please familiarise me if this is right as per laws. We have paid shopclues money for a piece of furniture, for which the company is enjoying the rate of interest and returning the actual amount stating that the furniture is not available with them. Why do they commit on something that they are not able to accomplish and play around with general public’s money. If they were unsure of the delivery they should have kept an option for cash on delivery, but this option was not available for this piece of sofa cum bed. I would be happy to file a complaint againt the company for such an attitude towards customer and would appreciate if a strict action is taken on this.

                I regret to inform that i had been asked by the courier dtdc courier and cargo ltd. ( kannur) to come to their office and collect the above order.
                I fail to understand why a courier company did not deliver at my door step.A shipping cost of rs.15/- was charged in my order. Kindly note they refused to deliver at the door step.Also my house is only four kms. From dtdc office.
                Today i was forced to go to their office of dtdc by auto rickshaw up and down incurring an additional expenditure of rs.100/-.I fail to understand when the product is sold at rs.99/- a shipping charge of rs.15/- whether it is worth buying such products through net by paying additional transportation charge
                Request someone to intervene and ensure the refund of my unnecessary expenditure,
                This kind of publicity will have adverse impact on such companies.
                I once again request the concerned authorities that i get my refund of auto rickshaw fare.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I had booked an order via shopclues dated 16/03/2016 through order no 88321421 and same has been informed the delivered through gatti courier service with pod no[protected] on 21/03/2016.

                    I had received a call from local gatti office on 25/03/2016 that my parcel has been reached at ambikapur and come to our office to collect but i denied to collect at their office reason being i had paid courier service at my communication address.

                    After comlpaining at both shopclues and gatti, they assured me that you are not supposed to come for collecting the parcel and they will arrange the delivery.

                    On 03/04/2016 they are updating that i had refused of the delivery but i don't.

                    Note: 03/04/2016 is sunday and i had mentioned my office address at delivered address than and 03/04/2016 is sunday than how i will refused on given date.

                    Request you to kindly intervenue and make a note for the shop clue as well as courier partner who are playing with customers after receiving the charge and not deliver the order against the parcel.

                    Company not resolved till date. I got a mail from company mail ID on date 08/04/2016 that they are liasing with logistic team for delivery of product with delay of 2-3 days otherwise refund the amount. But in another side they does not want to change the logistic team because already told that they do not want to deliver the parcel at mentioned address because already said that they wants to collect by me.

                        I had ordered a perfume on 27 Jan 16, order number 83851061 . Received a fake product which was returned on 4 Feb 2016, return order no 2602604 for which i requested a refund of Rs 618 .But till date i have not received a refund after several mail requests and number of calls to customer care .I have spent more than Rs 100 on calls to customer care.
                        They are luring the customers with down to earth prices and selling fake products especially fragrances.

                          Order # 86960688. Order date 2nd march, 2016
                          I purchased samsung 32j4303 81 cm (32 inches) led hd ready smart tv. When i turned on the tv, i got lines on right side of the screen. I called up shopclues and complained about same, they asked for pictures. I sent the pictures. After that the tv is not turning on. I called multiple times and updated same but none phone executive mentioned in their logs. I talked to escalation team on 5th april, 2016. He informed me that the issue is still mentioned as lines on screen. I am really not sure what is going on and whether there is anyone responsible sitting there to take pain and resolve my issue.

                              Code: 84504524 merch ref: led6 vide order id 88665162 dated 21 mar 2016 at 1:58pm from shopclues.com and already done the payment of rs. 20, 273 through sbi net banking dtd 21 mar 2016.

                              I have not received the order but on the website (www.shopclues.com) against my order id 88665162, the status is showing that order is delivered with following shipment details where origin and delivered place is not mentioned.
                              Shipping information this order is shipped via beacon surface . The tracking number for this shipment is 139813. To track this package goto http://7horses.Co.In/ and enter the tracking number shown above.
                              The provided website for tracking is showing shipment is showing domain expired. How one can track the details

                              I got the call from shopclues dtd 6/apr/2016 from +[protected] number and the representative just asked did you receive the product, i said no then the phone was cut.

                              Neither i have got the product nor i have got the refund of my paid amt. I.E rs. 20, 273 dtd 21 mar 16.

                              I have also done complaints on shopclues.com customer support with following ticket nos but till date no response i have received :-

                                    Hope you guys are well, but i am not, because of your horrible customer support and stock management with entire team.

                                    I talked with your customer care, i think it had benn recorded, please check it. I was waiting and waiting for response from customer care executive and team lead of customar care, as i was not satisfied with their response, so generally i wanted to talk with manager, but it was not happen on that time, but the team lead assure me, he would call back within few hours of my calling and within this time he should talk with his senior or manager to solve my problem.

                                    (I am using e-commerce o buy product from 2007 onwars, and this is the first time i have been received foolish, unmanaged, disqualified team).

                                    So my question is that:

                                    1. What the hell of customer care doing, if they don't have the ability to solve the problem?
                                    2. Team lead assured me, he should discuss with his manager and would be back in few hours by calling me. Then why i have not received any call. So manager is not responsible to solve customer issues.
                                    3. Today only i received the sms that, my money will be return will take 10 days. My q is that, in your policies, i did not find out, any 10 days policy to return my money, where product is cancelled by shopclues itself. (So shopclues are cheating with customer).
                                    4. If the product was not available from the marchent, then why was it confirmed and was in processing? Does your stock management team working well?
                                    5. Why are you utilizing my money in market, where you can't deliver a product even after confirmation?


                                    I want my all queries to be cleared within a day and don't stay idel.

                                      they rejected my return when i try to get rid of fake product, and they leave no other option, it is my first order on ShopClues, even the reason for rejection not mentioned, . how the hell can shopclues cancel a return request, and what is the reason for cancelling is not mentioned.

                                        I am Vaasuki from maruthi layout bangalore. I had ordered for vibrating slimming belt few days back n got it delivered 22 march 2016. But it was fake product, it did not have a box or menu book or warranty card or anything. And more over it didnt even work. Thus i need a cash back for the product or else need exchange. We need value for our money, we dont grow it in trees. If no action is taken by you, ill file a case on shopclues to consumer court.
