Hi. I gave an order on 4th april 2016. I should receive on 8th april friday.
I got another message that delay of delivery after 4-5 days on 8th april.
Hence 8+5= 13 april supposed to get my product. If a person will buy the product on 4th april and there is no guarantee or response from shop-clues side.

Telling sorry for not delivering product in time is not the solution but customer satisfaction is needed for the company growth. If each individual are not aware of what they are doing, company will be shut down very soon.

"thanks for patience" word not needed for customer satisfaction.

I have order a cotton mosquito net and paid 258 rs. Against delivery. But they cheated me. Product duplicate and faded color. When i calling custcare they are making a fool. And tell me hamare paas jo producct hoga vohi denge. Us samay ye hi available tha. Track no. Del10987761 order no. 89708855

We have ordered 6 lg 22inch led monitors on 8th april 2016 and we have done payment through credit card. On that day they promised to deliver this product on 22nd april 2016. After 3 days on 12th april 2016 they are telling that they can not fullfill our order on 22nd april they require more time and they telling that if we cancel this order also we will get our money after 15 working days. While booking they dint mentioned that its out oif stock. Even we checked for this product on 12th april still its showing that its available. Its fraud. My order number 89772756

I have ordered a furnish living foam sofa c bed, code: 86066309, merch ref: sofa bed-53 of prize rs. 4999/- with order number 87477418 on date 07/03/2016. I got mail on 11/03/2016 regarding cancellation of my order stated "we regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your order 87477418 and therefore, it has been cancelled." i checked availability of same product at website by same merchant with raised prize. Then i ordered a different prodeuct "furnish living foam sofa cum bed code: 86064906, merch ref: sofa bed-51 of prize rs. 4800/- on 12/03/2016. Expected shipment date was 22-23 march-2016. I got a mail on 21/03/2016 stated "your order 87860308 has been shipped and your tracking details as given below :
Carrier name: dtdc
Tracking number: z85095839
Expected delivery date : sat 26 march."
I got a mail as well massage on mobile on 28/03/2016 stated " your order 87860308 has been successfully delivered at the mentioned shipping address."
Actually i did not received any product at my home at all till date. Then i contacted to customer service by phone call as well by mail many times. They still sending massages like your product has been delivered at mentioned address. Then i requested to provide me pod ( proof of delivery) on 05/04/2016. There after they replied and told me that with in 7 days they provide me proof of delivery. I definitely not received any product as i ordered till date. Please take strict action regarding such kind of fraud done by any person concern with shopclues.com or dtdc .

It was received faulty when i register complain in shopclues.com, they provided me to get the amount returned as a buck in same account in shopclues to purchase another charger, then i reordered another samsung charger with order number - order 89688530

Same is received to me by today on 12 april 2016, when checked found faulty again, now i am very frustrated to such damn service by shopclues because the another charger i received by 10 days, i want my money back to my bank account with immediate effect, i have been cheated by shopclues.com twice in 15 days.
Please take the action on shopclues.com with immediate effect.

Order number[protected] purchased through shopclues and i have attempted 7 times to return the product due to defect in the product and shopclues is not ready to take it back its a "craftliva new latest designer heavy beige partywear gown (Qty:1)" the defect ensures that it is low on quality and worthless of the money i paid. I need the product to be returned as a consumer i cannot be sold defective products and made to pay for it.

I placed an order of ganesh chawki on 27 march 2016 my no 89059526 is. The delivery date was 4 april 2016. We received a message from shop clue that we there is a delay of four or five days in the order. But i did't receive my order till date. I made a call at the costumer care no which was mentioned on shop clue site. The no is[protected]. But it seems to be unavailable. I am unsatisfied with the dealing of shop clue and had a very bad experience. I want my money back and in future i will not place any order..

I have purchased AC of Lloyd 1 ton 3 star on 1st April when I purchased AC they assure to give warranty for 5 year but when I received AC and I have call to customer care support of Lloyd then they refused to give any kind of warranty for online purchasing and when I contact to shopclue customer care executive they ask for job card. When I asked him to cancel my order but they refused though I want cancel my order within 5 days. So I would like to lawsuit on shopclue and Lloyd for mental harrasement. Because online they only give surity but my problem not solved still. And I want also reverse pickup but they denied for same so plz kindly help me to sort out this problem

I had buy the double bedsheet online from shopclues.com which is defective product bad quality product and even colour change product which i had purchase .Now i want to return this product but there is no option for return also in shopclues website also i had call many times too there customer care but they are also not taking my return request today is the 7th day when product deliver.My humble request too all please dont buy anything from shopclues.com and please help me as soon as possible because only 3 day left for return as per there 10 day return policy.

I have brought a new product (Formal gents pant) from shopclues by paying online. They sent me girls pant to my address. When i called for support, they said to wait for 10 days. After 10 days i again called shopclues, they replied no return for ordered product. Support is poor . They dont know how to treat customers. They never sent me the ordered product and when i asked they are saying they never send refund any product, they cheated me. Please dont buy anything from shopclues. Shopclues dont have email support. Dont have toll free. Totally fake

I had ordered for a sofa cum bed (With order number[protected] which was to be delivered by april 05-09. The order amounted to rs 12498.00, which was taken in advance.
We received a message from shopclue on date: 18.03.2016 stating “hi! Your shopclues order 87858146 for fabhomedecor - ariana wooden frame sofa .. Might get delayed due to unforseen issues on the seller end. We are following with the seller to ship the order at the earliest.”.
Following this we received a message on 28.03.2016 stating “hi! Your shopclues order 87858146 for fabhomedecor - ariana wooden frame sofa .. Is delayed. We will notify you of order cancellation in 48 hours, if we fail to fulfill it through another merchant. We regret for the inconvenience caused. For order updates.”
Following which we received a message on 29.03.2016 stating “hi! Your order 87858146 for fabhomedecor - ariana wooden frame sofa .. Has been cancelled as merchant could not dispatch it in time. We have initiated the refund of amount 12498.00 which will be processed by 29/03/16.”
And another message stating “hi! We have processed the refund for your shopclues order 87858146 for fabhomedecor - ariana wooden frame sofa .. And the amount will reflect in your account by 03/04/16.”
Please familiarise me if this is right as per laws. We have paid shopclues money for a piece of furniture, for which the company is enjoying the rate of interest and returning the actual amount stating that the furniture is not available with them. Why do they commit on something that they are not able to accomplish and play around with general public’s money. If they were unsure of the delivery they should have kept an option for cash on delivery, but this option was not available for this piece of sofa cum bed. I would be happy to file a complaint againt the company for such an attitude towards customer and would appreciate if a strict action is taken on this.

I have order for brio 3w, 5w, 8w led bulb. (Order no.[protected]got courier and found that the product was different brand h-lite very poor quality. When i called the str contact no. They not pic the phone. I want my money back or replace the product.

I regret to inform that i had been asked by the courier dtdc courier and cargo ltd. ( kannur) to come to their office and collect the above order.
I fail to understand why a courier company did not deliver at my door step.A shipping cost of rs.15/- was charged in my order. Kindly note they refused to deliver at the door step.Also my house is only four kms. From dtdc office.
Today i was forced to go to their office of dtdc by auto rickshaw up and down incurring an additional expenditure of rs.100/-.I fail to understand when the product is sold at rs.99/- a shipping charge of rs.15/- whether it is worth buying such products through net by paying additional transportation charge
Request someone to intervene and ensure the refund of my unnecessary expenditure,
This kind of publicity will have adverse impact on such companies.
I once again request the concerned authorities that i get my refund of auto rickshaw fare.

I have purchased a Phillips trimmer and omg key chain but both are very cheep quality shopclues only make fool to customers all products are very cheep quality I faced 3 to 4 times same thing in picture product seen different and after getting all product r very cheep, I am totally dissatisfied with shopclues and suggest to others don't purchased on shopclues it's totally fake.

Dear sir/madam,

I had booked an order via shopclues dated 16/03/2016 through order no 88321421 and same has been informed the delivered through gatti courier service with pod no[protected] on 21/03/2016.

I had received a call from local gatti office on 25/03/2016 that my parcel has been reached at ambikapur and come to our office to collect but i denied to collect at their office reason being i had paid courier service at my communication address.

After comlpaining at both shopclues and gatti, they assured me that you are not supposed to come for collecting the parcel and they will arrange the delivery.

On 03/04/2016 they are updating that i had refused of the delivery but i don't.

Note: 03/04/2016 is sunday and i had mentioned my office address at delivered address than and 03/04/2016 is sunday than how i will refused on given date.

Request you to kindly intervenue and make a note for the shop clue as well as courier partner who are playing with customers after receiving the charge and not deliver the order against the parcel.
