they rejected my return when i try to get rid of fake product, and they leave no other option, it is my first order on ShopClues, even the reason for rejection not mentioned, . how the hell can shopclues cancel a return request, and what is the reason for cancelling is not mentioned.

I am Vaasuki from maruthi layout bangalore. I had ordered for vibrating slimming belt few days back n got it delivered 22 march 2016. But it was fake product, it did not have a box or menu book or warranty card or anything. And more over it didnt even work. Thus i need a cash back for the product or else need exchange. We need value for our money, we dont grow it in trees. If no action is taken by you, ill file a case on shopclues to consumer court.

I have booked a hand made swing chair Order Id .88097161 online with shopclues on Mar. 14, 2016 and paid Rs 458. Shopclues confirmed the order and provided the shipping details (Courier Name: India Post - Registered-BJW Tracking Number: cl3156878IN Track your Shipment: To track this package goto http://www.indiapost.gov.in/ and enter the tracking number shown above. ). This Tracking number never worked for me. I complained with shopclues and merchant. After 15 days, they changed the status that my order was delivered. I do not know where and whom they have delivered it. Simply they ticket raised and still no response from them.

In spite of daily follow ups, Whirlpool 1.2 Ton 5 Star Split AC - 3D Cool Platinum V - Silver Split AC not delivered yet at my residence.

Every time your call center teams are giving 48 Hrs time to wait since 25th March but neither AC delivered nor return my money.

Every day Shopclues executives are making false promise that shopclues will deliver AC by today since last 9 days but all shopclues teams are making false promises.

Shopclues is Big Cheater & Fraud, company is doing fraud with all customers. I will take legal action against shopclues CEO & MD for doing this 420 with consumers if not taken urgent action.

I bought the ac for my 78 yrs old father who is suffering from illness & high bp as recommended by his doctor and every day i am making him false promise that shopclues will deliver ac by today since last 9 days but all shopclues teams are making false promises.

Shopclues is big cheater & fraud, company is doing fraud with all poor indian citizens and i will further approach to file fir & consumer case in patna high court against ceo & md of shopclues to protect rest of indian citizens like me.

I bought a wall clock - plaza pendulun - 29 in brown colour dtd. 14/10/2015. it is not giving correrct time . I changed cell also but I think its defected. pls let me know wheather you replace it or not? its order # 71395310. I request u to kindly replace it at the earliest.

I have order items from shopclues (order number 88825152 &[protected], but shopclues use such USELESS courier service who NEVER deliver that product on time even thay take delivery charge.
I call to customer care, they have raise a high priority ticket and told that they will solve the issue within 48 hours.
BUT 1 week passed they have not deliver that product, I call them again and blasted nicely, they connect the call to there manager, i blasted that Manager as well, Very Badly, again they told we will delivered that product within 48 hour.
After 3 days again i call, they connect my call to Manager. they repeat same word SHAMELESS Manager.
15 days pass away still i have NOT received my product.

Friend do not order any item from SHOPCLUES. its a waste of time waste of money, WORST Websites for online shopping.

This was my first order (Order code[protected] looking at the celebrities vouching for this on national tv, i thought they would at least have some credibility, but they surpassed all possible parameters of dismal performance and poor customer service convincingly, some details in line here :

1) received product is used one with oil leaking from the copper wires provided
2) plates which is used to hang the indoor unit to the wall isnt provided
3) daikin team refused to fit the used unit without these plates
4) vendor empanelment wasnt done properly, anuj trading co. The said vendor with mobile number [protected] is not available and if you try and reach this guy some hawker on the street picks up the phone who doesnt understand english.
5) no after delivery installation follow up or assistance
6) zero coordination within the team, while they were reporting delay, i had to confirm the receipt of the consignment and then 5-10messages mails came on to confirm the product delivery...

Anyway with this poor customer service, god bless you shopclues, this was the first and last transaction, will nevva come back.

I orderd a redmi note 4g from shopclues.com
By my credit card and day after tomorrow i decided not to buy this product.
For cancellation of this product i called their customer care centre and they said that " no issue sir when delivery will come to your place just simply say that i dont want it now and we will refund your deducted amount!
As they said i did exactly!
But now they are not refunding my money even they deducted 2extra installments!
Now i will not prefer or shop anytime in my whole life from shopclues

Even after repeated mails and telephone calls no response. If telephone to [protected], they keep us waiting for long time without giving any answer.
They even don't care to call me back or give me a satisfactory answer. Even after the due date of delivery they don't even care

we have ordered this item on march 2nd 2016, it has not delivered till now . Already debited the amount against this item . Since one month daily receiving message stating that item is shipped. on repeated follow up with customer care rep finally shipped the item, where as product is not delivered so far but received text that product is delivered . When calling to M/S shopclue now they started saying lie that item has been delivered and email has been sent to us for the same i.e. item has been delivered whereas fact is that neither the product has been delivered nor money refunded to us.

Code: 87368253, m/s shopclue sent us under sized shoe, upon writing to them for under sized shoe, they take back shoes from us by giving wrong committment that money would be returned. Now neither shoe replacement has been provided till date nor it's money has been refunded to us. When calling to m/s shopclue now they started saying lie that shoe has been delivered and email has been sent to us for the same i.E. Shoe has been delivered whereas fact is that neither shoe has been delivered nor money refunded to us.

I bought window curtains from shopclues.com, as I received the product I realized that product was not up to the mark and was completely different from the product shown in the website. The description they wrote in website isn't fulfilling. So I just tried to raise a ticket for a 'Request Return', in accordance with it they denied without any specific reason. Soon after I tried to call customer care to whom I got know that they don't get product return if customer has a quality issues, as well they are not accepting the product if its quality isn't what we expect.

I am so many times i will call your customer care representative for refund of my money but any person not solve my problem, my registered yahoo mail id is : [protected]@yahoo.com still it is not working so i have not login in this mail id so plz tell me any other option refund my money. Your customer care representative speak in phone my money send to clues burg account but i am not purchase any item in feature so my money send to my sbi bank account.

2.5 kg x 4 pc & 3 kg x 4 pc, 2 pc dumbbell rods with locks, 3 feet curl bar with locks, gym gloves

in this 2 pc dumbbell rods with locks is missing . i contact customer care many times but there is no response.

I did not get any product and status showing order was deliverd

Maine reebok ki watch shopclues se magaya tha lekit watch mujhe band condition me mili or duplicate watch mili reebok .isliye maine ise returns ki request kiya but mujhe shopchues se koi good responce nhi mila or maine 5-6 bar ise lautane ki request kr chuka baut but aaj tak returns nhi hui watch mujhe 25.03, 2016 ko mili lekin aaj 01.04.2016 tak.maine 5-6 time complain kiya lekin koi responce nhi mila .

I've ordered videocon 1.5 ton 5 star split ac (Avsd55.Wv2/ wv1-mda ) ac in shopclues, but i've received different model avsz55.Wv1 and the outsplit of the ac was damaged due to poor packing of shopclues. As discussed with shopclues team, i've got the product repaired and the service certer guy and the total repair cost was rs.5260, but shopclues gave me only rs.300.

Fist of all i got a damaged product and different model ac. Even though i accepted to keep the product as shopclues was ready to pay the repair bill amount. I've sent mails multiple times, with the scanned copy of the repair bill. But there is no response from them. Please refund the rest of the money.
