Shopclues is fake company.
I place order for kids teblate300 on 2 week ago but product not received and website show product delivered i called to customer support but no anyone responding me he told me that our team call u within 48 hours but i call 2 time but no anyone responding me
This is my first time and last time

Hen i call up that courier person they say that shopclues person don't know actually from where the product is coming from so they give any date so don't trust on them. So don't know whom to trust.

2nd thing iwas told that once's you will receive new phone one executive will come from our side withing next 3 working days. But after 15days also no one had came. And when i call customer care they tell we are taking your request and will execute soon.

So i would like to know when will that person will come.

    Shopclues.com — Received 01 set of Sandals instead of pair of shoes on Mar 30, 2016
    my order no 88766080 & received shipment with no awb no s[protected] & the same issue intimated to customer care [protected] & I returned the product. I want to lodge an complaint of Customer Harassment and also fraud.

    Another order no 88179180 was received on march 26, 2016 where instead of pair of black gloves they delivered a red pair to me.

    This is utter nonsense customer service i want to lodge a case at consumer court please help me doing that from my beside . I need an action against shopclues for fake products and wrong products on delivery always.

    I need my compensation for wasting my time and fraud.

    Solve the issue soon.

        This is regarding my online shopping made with shopclues.

        I had booked a lloyd portable a/c with mail id: panchakshari.[protected]@gmail.com on 18th mar 16' with the only paid option. I had paid the amount of rs.25, 635.
        Got the mail on the booked status

        As this checkout option with proceeding on the payments can clearly justify, only with the stock availability.

        But after these many days of completion, suddenly got a mail on today i.E. 30th mar 16' confirming the below scene,

            On product page, the displayed price for the order is rs.625 & discount offered is rs.743. But they have charged me rs.743 for this order & given discount rs.625 only. This is totally inverse from the shown figures. I have send them page-11, page-22 & page-33 which shown price as rs.625 & discount as rs.743. I also send them page-44 which shows price as rs.743 & discount as rs.625. Thus, they have charged me rs.118 more than actual price. Please refund me excessively charged money at the earliest. I have filed ticket id: 6323108 on 02-03-16 at 10.17pm. I send reminder on 11-03-16 at 12.34pm & 14-03-16 at 11.40pm & 15-03-16 at 12:16pm & -03-16 at 06:16pm. But they replied regarding return policy. They also send me return policy. I again lodge complaint with ticket id: 6524085 on 26-3-16 at 6.16pm. But they again reply me on same line and informed that the return policy is expired.

            They don't look at the 4 screenshot send by me. In pictures -11, 22 & 33 they showed price rs.625 and very smartly they changed price to rs.743 in picture -44. They are ignoring this clear evidence. Please guide me how do i get my refund.

              I ordered a dress combo from this site however the product that came was totally different from what I had ordered... I requested refund immediately and it had been days until they came to collect the item, which was under my possession till then. After returning the item they showed that the refund will be completed by the expected date of 26 th of march. However its the end of 29 th of march today yet I didn't get my refund. Along with slow speed, sending wrong product, they are even harassing with my return request. I really think they should have the sense of responsibility towards their customer. Please help me solve this issue.

                I have purchased the Philiphs 48 inches LED TV vide order no.88809507 from Shop Clues.com and while ordering the product it was mentioned on the site that there is free installation of the product but after receiving the product Company is demanding further Rs.1300 plus Taxes for Installation and when filed the return request which is under the Shop clues policy It has been rejected.

                  Order No : 71910685 from ShopClues on October 2015 within 04 months I have been facing Problem; Problem is half portion of TV is getting Blur( getting Dark )and half portion Screen showing.

                  This is Very Annoying

                  By Repeatedly Chasing my Problem Issuse again and again No Body has visited my House to See my Complaint.

                  And the feedback what I got is
                  my Complaint has been Closed by saying it is internally Damage by Mishandled.

                  I don't agree that it is "internally damage due to mishandled".


                  No body has visited to my place for investigation, how can you say it was mishandled .

                  When there is no physical damage on screen.

                  Kindly arrange pickup immediately and provide resolution.

                  I am calling again and again for the resolution, it is very frustrating for me.

                  I have requested for return of one product with Order ID: 71910685 Samsung LED TV (1 Item) since feb 2016.Contacted Shopclues Several times regarding about my Issues. If you asked to customer care fellow to pass the phone to senior executive that unprofessional fellow simply tell wait we are passing the call to our senior person. Still no concrete solution am getting from them.

                  Its been Only 04 Months for my TV which i have purchased from Shopclues. Am having One Year Warranty in my TV but still they are not providing solution.

                  They are Saying go to near by Showroom and ask them.

                  How Pathetic is that.

                  And what answer am getting is my complaint is resolved.
                  Hw could they resolve the problem without sending any person to have the look on the Complaint.

                  ShopClues Director please have look on the Customer Problem.
                  If this kind of thing you will be doing with Customer you will be not happy in your life.

On tracking location of shipment was shown at berahampur (Odisha) whereas my address is a/17 budhijam orient colliery, brajrajnagar, jharsuguda pin number 768233. I waited up to 29.03.2016 this is purely forge and baseless.

                                I brought a smart phone from shopclues at 21 the march 2016.btvafter taken the packet from delivery boy it looked old, & box was wrapped by old frayed plastics.the phone did not work properly. The Right side of the screen does not work. From the starting date I saw that there have many contacts, photos in gallery, messenger chatting, many massage, game and all.after seeing that I under stood that it is second hand and I wanted to refunded my money. After that I gave return request at 22 the march& they assured me that with inhr48 hrs they will refund my moneys. BT 7days is left .after all they did not provide me any warranty card, any papers. So what will keep the second hand & not working pH?? Plz take the step about my pH.

                                  I have ordered the sofa set in online and I payed the amount of Rs.15, 000 but after a month I received a message stating that the sofa is cancelled due to non availability of the product from merchant side .
                                  Shop clues have requested to order the other sofa and promised to deliver the new product in very short period but again after 15 days to 20 days I have received a same message with same content " Order has been cancelled due to non availability of the product from the merchant side .

                                  I feel the website is pooling money from the people and using it .

Was 87771533 it was intimated to me that the items will be delivered up to 19.03.2016 by aramex.com. Tracking no. Is [protected]. On tracking location of shipment was shown at berahampur (Odisha) whereas my address is ccb/144 cisf comples nalco nagar distt. Angul pin code 759145. I waited up to 22.03.2016 when the item was not delivered to me i approached to costumer care of shopclues as well as arames.com but no suitable reply received. I regularly approaching both. Today costumer care of shopclues has intimated through sms that item has been delivered to you. On tracking the no. Aramex.com. Also showing that the item has been delivered to anil kumar pathak at berahampur. This is purely forge and baseless.

                                        The product has still not been delivered to me. After two weeks first they showed the shipment is delayed.
                                        Then when i started calling them they said it will be delivered. Then after sometime it showed in my app that the product is delivered.
                                        I have received many call from them asking whether the product is delivered when i say it's not delivered they immediately hung up. These people do not have a professional team and are cheating people. No one is doing anying. I don't know what i should do now. I want my refund.
