Recently i bough a fitness watch from shopclues.com for rs.999/--. They really sold me a defective and useless watch which does not work. So i complained at once for return and refund. They replied but never took it back. E-mails are given below:

It's not working. You must take back or help me to run the watch.
You will lose more and more customers if you cheat customers by selling defective products.
