I brought a smart phone from shopclues at 21 the march 2016.btvafter taken the packet from delivery boy it looked old, & box was wrapped by old frayed plastics.the phone did not work properly. The Right side of the screen does not work. From the starting date I saw that there have many contacts, photos in gallery, messenger chatting, many massage, game and all.after seeing that I under stood that it is second hand and I wanted to refunded my money. After that I gave return request at 22 the march& they assured me that with inhr48 hrs they will refund my moneys. BT 7days is left .after all they did not provide me any warranty card, any papers. So what will keep the second hand & not working pH?? Plz take the step about my pH.

The product has still not been delivered to me. After two weeks first they showed the shipment is delayed.
Then when i started calling them they said it will be delivered. Then after sometime it showed in my app that the product is delivered.
I have received many call from them asking whether the product is delivered when i say it's not delivered they immediately hung up. These people do not have a professional team and are cheating people. No one is doing anying. I don't know what i should do now. I want my refund.

Order no[protected], return request - 2654268. I bought a stand fan under this order and upon receiving a broken product when i raised return request, shop clues (Sc) did not arrange pick up request. They advised me to send the product back to delhi office arranging courier myself stating max courier cost cost re-reimbursable as rs. 300. I took courier estimation of the product from dtdc and it will cost rs 1100. Why shall i pay from my pocket rs 800 where shopclues is responsible for this? Even after repeated request to shopclues to arrange pick up by them, they did not do anything. Now even they stopped replying to my queries. Hence i am raising complaint in consumer forum hoping some positive resolution. I want shopclues to take back the product with their courier arrangement and refund the full amount. Thanks in advance.

I placed an order for a wireless laptop mouse on March 10th - order number 87714337. This was delivered on 20th. When I opened the consignment, I was shocked to see that the product is a used one with scratches, stains and in a non-working condition. Image attached. I immediately raised a return and refund request. I was told that a courier will come and pick up the product from me. On 23rd when the courier person who came to pick it up, refused to take the product back since they pick up only defective products. I re-raised the issue with Shopclues who once again said in the 48 hours they will revert with a response. On 25th when I called Shopclues to check reg this, I was shocked to hear that I refused to return the product to the courier person, whereas the reality is nobody even came to pick it up. Since then I have been following up and there is no resolution in sight. Like me several others have been cheated by Shopclues by not refunding the money. Sir I ordered a memory card with discount so i paid for a order and that's confirm because saw much discount on selected product but now they cancel i want that product in that price if they are showing the price its there responsibility to manage otherwise close the company there cheating so many people's i want your help and solve although they gimme refund but i don't want that i want my ordered product

I was ordered 2 no.S of lenovo 10400mah power bank (White) on 11 march 2016 in shopclues.I was received on 18 march 2016.I opened the courier it is only 1 lenovo 10400mah power bank (White) is there in box. And it is not working properly. Then i was return same product which is i received on same date(18 march 2016).There is no response and reply from shopclues.I have photo proofs which is i was received . 10 days gone away.No response here.

There is 2 issues now i am facing now.

1). I want to return this product and refund my money immediately
2).Take an action on merchant this type of missing products delivering to customers .

Product is not authentic. Despite of making several complaints, company is not ready to take any action. Everytime, I have to call and check for complaint status and there is no correspondence from shopclues. Finally they have denied my complaint. Moreover, this product is available at 1700 at othr websites, I paid 2399 for same which is not authentic. Please look into the matter.

I have order a Shoeniverse mens blue causal loafers 1 pair size of 8 number cod order no. 87881976. The mention order received on 22.03.16 but after opening the parcel I come to know that the received shoe and order is different in size and co lour. I have order 8 number size of sky blue co lour but you have sent me 9 number size shoe navy blue co lour.

It's not working. You must take back or help me to run the watch.

You will lose more and more customers if you cheat customers by selling defective products.

Sir i want to return my order because it is not satisfactory ! As you give the information regarding, the product is not seems like that! The customer care agent is very rudely towards me ! And is not able to resolve my problem! Sir at least give the orignal image of the product .this is the first time when i ordered from this site ! I faced the worst experience your site is seriously the worst one! You are not been able to resolve the problems of your customers ! I want my money back at any condition!

I have request for the return for my phone. Its been a week & I haven't got any response from them. When I call customer care they just tell that I will get the response in 48 hours. However I have not got any response.

I ordered Triple Action Hair Tonic Order No.87463483 on 7th March by paying Rs.575/- on line through Internet Banking.
The delivery was promised on 14th March through Innovex Courier Courier tracking No.2341394
Till date I have not received the shipment. The e-commerce company and courier have not provided any satisfactory answers.
shopclues is cheating the customers and not providing any answer through their call centre.

I placed one order no 79128429 i am not available once i came i oen the parcel and trioed to use that vaccum cleaner once i start wire is going to heat very badly and then one voice came and product not working this is just like a toy and dont knwo which type of seller they have i am very dissatisfy please do not place any order for the electronics from shop clues

[protected] Order Date - 14 March 2016. Order Not yet received. Too much delay . Got a message that it will be delayed by 3-4 more days.
[protected] Order Date - 19 March 2016. Got a message that it has been shipped. But later got a message that it will be delayed by 3-4 more days.

Not happy with the order delivery. Too much of delay. I would like to cancel all the undelivered orders.

I was ordered (Order No.[protected] a Samsung Galaxy J5 phone in shopclues.com on dated: 9th March 2016 and they given maximum delivery date 16th March but after few days they extended the delivery date 19th March 2016. On 21st March 2016 when I ask about my order they told me that your ordered product on transit and given me a outside Indian Carrier company (DELDPRONTO) phone no. which is situated in Mexico.

On today they send SMS that given refund on 3rd April 2016. How can I hold so much days ? This is a totally fraud firm which was mentally harassed me. I want my money immediate basis with 25% late fee.

Not only two but about to one week is over. What a great cheating style. They just simply sent another consignment number of DTDC to make me fool and put the amount in your pocket. I asked detail to Mohit Gwalior who received the item. Now I have no interest in either your item or Shopclus just return back my amount.
