I have placed order on shopclue on 5th or march but till date of 22nd march not received item. When try to track shipment on mentioned delivery service it is not even responding/allowing. Register complaint on shopclue no response. When find no from google and called response is embarrassing. track No [protected]. Order No 87203975.

My Order No 87131033 for spy pen under combined order no. 87131029 vide Track No. P[protected] was schedule despatced to me on 13 March 2016. But till date the same has not been delivered to me. I had gone personally to their Okhla Office at 91 DSIDC Sheds but they are unable to trace my packet. They are telling all type of stories that they will deliver it in 1-2 days time but I know its of no use when the packet is untraceable. I then contacted Mr Mukesh their Area Manager, he says that he will tell me in a day or two.
Now I request Shopclues to intervene in this and arrange to deliver my item to me.

One of the most worst online shopping site ever, having tieup with even worst courier service. its more than 10 days that I ordered a pendrive and it has not been delivered even when it has reached the courier office 2 days ago. when I called them they said that they may or may not come. The delivery man doesnt have a mobile number to call and they operate from a landline number.

I have ordered for a Combo of Quilted Carpet & 3 Mats (Blu) using shopclues.com and the order ID is 87721519...The order was placed 15 days ago and received very late without any intimation of the expected delivery date or time. On opening the consignment, it was found that the Item which ordered was not in the packet and in its place I received 01 double bedsheet and 02 pillow covers of orange colour which I never ordered.
I would like to return my packet and want to get refund of my money.

With the above mentioned details, I already requested for wrong quantity received, but no suitable response getting from the customer care team. The panel is not taken the images and somehow i already submitted but still they are asking me for the images.

Please look into the matter and refund my money.

For last 4 weeks i am working on this issue. I've received wrong product on 18th Feb and on same day i contacted Shopclue and they raised ticket for the same 6221249.
I have Provided all information, but there is no response from Shopclue side. This Monday (7th March) i spoked with queries team (His name was Tharoon)He said that he will contact me after checking with the vendor to know why wrong product was delivered and still I'm waiting for his call. Even though my order was cancelled but how shopClue can deliver different product and why there is no response for this issue from Shopclue side? Every time when i contact they say that they will check with vendor and will come back almost 3 weeks completed with no resolution. This is how Shopclue deals with customer?

Query incharge Tharoon he is handling the case for last 2 1/2 weeks and still they ask me to wait for 1 week

I'm using e-bay and Amazon and not even single time i faced this issue

I had ordered one no of Sukkhi Trendy Gold Plated Australian Diamond Stone Studded Necklace Set against order no[protected].
According to picture their are three type of items here
1 no of necklace
02 no of ear rings
and 01 no of maang tika

but i had received only 1 no of necklace &02 no of ear rings... where is mang tika?? another thing is that the quality of the product is not also gud... either you refund for that or you provide the full material of the set with good quality material...

I am ordering the products in shopclues with order number 88097017 i have not geeting the products show in the website i am getting the different products with low quality i dont want to wear its not usefull to wear i put the retutn request but shopclues rejected my return request take action refunded my money

Had ordered a 12lbs optimum nutrition serious mass tub. But instead received optimum nutrition whey protein of 5lbs in damaged condition. The seller I purchased from was fitness fuel Delhi, but inside the box, another seller from Bangalore is listed on the receipt. The invoice inside and outside the box are different. I weighed the product and found it to be less than 3lbs. This is gross negligence on ur part. The customer care keeps telling me that it will be resolved, but my return status still says that "more information is required". I have paid RS.5000 for it and will not keep quiet.

Sir I was requesting you from over 10 days for refund my money into my bank account from shopclues buck . But I was upload my bank detail but everytime you customer care representative say your bank details was not uploaded. What can I do. And customer care representative is also lie to customer they will not send a ticket number to my email id.

I had placed order for 2 white shirts online. This was supposed to be delivered on 3-Mar-2016 but after complaining, the same was delivered on 12-Mar-2016. The delivery status was updated on 13-Mar-2016. I found that they had sent me 2 used, old, dirty, torn shirt instead of new fresh product. I had immediately called the customer care on 11-Mar-2016 for the return of the product. They had sent me a link by email and also by sms. Later every time the customer care over phone could not find any return request and had sent me the same email and sms. Later I learnt that the return button was not activated. Finally the return request could be filed on 16-Mar-2016. Every time I updated my query on the portal I received standard reply : "This is to inform you that your concern is being taken care of in another ticket number. Hence, to avoid further confusion and miss-communication, we are closing this duplicate ticket. You will soon be contacted regarding further proceedings". I had to communicate many times (may be over 50 times) over mail but all in vain, every time I received the aforesaid standard reply.
Today, 21-Mar-2016 I again called the customer care and a lady said that since I have selected "quality" as my reason for the return and since the refund request was raised beyond 2 days the refund will not be possible. I have communicated or expressed my dissatisfaction since 11-Mar-2016, the day I received the product, but now they have come up with a new clause. They do not have an appropriate return reason in the drop down where I could select the next best option when they are selling used old dirty torn products. I have kept the bill, packing as sent to me.
Request your kind intervention to save guard the interest of the innocent consumers who pay first and place order online based on complete faith that we will receive product what we see online. Request you to please help so that I may get my money back.

I have odder one product Sansui U42 white on[protected] and received an message your product is shipped via professional courier on[protected] and the Tracking Number: GGN70250264. While checking the tracking no in http://www.tpcind...om web site it shows (We are sorry ! Your consignment status request could not be processed). So on[protected] I raise a ticket in shopclues.com and received a call from professional courier office 3 times & asked me the product is delivered or not, I said no. On[protected] I received an SMS Your order 86767594 has been successfully delivered. So I contacted my local professional courier office in Trivandrum and they checked fro 4th to[protected] shipment details and informed me they don’t received the product of consignment no GGN70250264 still they are also unable to track the details. So I again raise the ticket against this in shop clues and some one called & emailed and informed (We regret for the delay in addressing your concern. As our courier partner has confirmed that your order has been delivered to your shipping address. Based on your feedback, we will coordinate with courier partner and arrange the proof of delivery (POD), which will be sent to you within next 7 business days.). But I didnt received the product yet. First time i am facing such type of issue so kindly guide me what action can be taken.

I had ordered OnePlus mobile.from Shopclues. It was told as Factory refurbished.

Found that this is a second hand and extensively used mobile with dent marks, rub cleaning marks, dirty camera eye, shineless old front.

Requested return within 15 minutes of its receipt on 5th March 2016.

When no action, called Shop Clues on 11th March 2016. They said they want some photographs. Sent 6 photographs immediately. Promised that action be taken in 48 hrs! Again no action.

Contacted Shop Clues on 18th March 2016. Found no action. Again promised action in 48 hrs!

Contacted Shop Clues on 19th March 2016. Found no action. Again promised action in 48 hrs!
