I had placed an order on 08-Mar-2016 and paid the price in full, The order was supposed to be delivered on 14-Mar-2016 and it is still not delivered. I have contacted the Customer care twice and they responded stating concerned team will contact me within 48hrs and Ticket was allocated to me with Ticket ID# 6438166 on 16-Mar-2016, but till now no one from ShopClues team has contacted me and when i called customer care again the same response was provided. The shipment was sent via Last Mile Delivery Private Ltd India with website for tracking as "http://lmdelivery.in/about.html" i feel that the website is fake as the contact us details mentioned in the website are fake as the mail id provided on the website doesnot exist and also the phone no provided on website is o[censored]SA, no one are pickung up the phone on either no provided in the Website. So Kindly need your assistance to resolve the same. I feel that shopclues is trying to fool and cheat innocent customers.

I ordered Data Cable from ShopClues.com my order no is 87473421 as per the advertisement that buy 1 data cable and get 2 free. but after receiving the courier i received only 1 nos data cable. after complaining the dealer on phone twice he doesn't bother at all for what he has send. also the advertisement says the data cable can be used as for data transfer and charging but both is all fraud and fake as the data cable is not charging and not connecting to pc to transfer data. its all fake

i have placed and order on shopclues.com on 6 th march 2016, its order number was 87308946 and product was micromax joy x1850 mobile phone. it was a prepaid order and site was showing that it will be deliverd on 16 march.

on 8 th march i got sms that my order is ready for shipment and later after few hours i got again a new msg that my order is being dispatched and it will delivered on 14 march. but i did not get it on 14 march i make call on shopclue that i did not get my order. than there custmer representative said to me that it will be delivered till 16 march. but i did not get it on 16 march too. later on 18 march i got an email very early in morning the time was 3 a.m. the mail was from shopclue that my product is delievered.

i got shocked i make call to to shopclue custmer care they said they will verify the process and provide us the proof either thy will refund me the whole amount. its going to take two days and now today is the second day and day is just finished. but none of the executive tries to contact me.
please arrange a refund from shopclues.com and stop harrasing innocent custmer.

Im filing this complaint for this site is not delivering the product i paid for in right time which they have said...when i called then said shipment delay i waited for 4 days then also they are not taking necessary action..i asked for refund since i didnt got my item they are not doing any thing in that also i want my money back its online cheating i need to take necessary action for online cheating

I have buy samsung charger. I did not get original samsung charger instead of original samsung charger i got china duplicate charger

My order number was 88059756, which was delivered to me on 18.03.16 but the delivery confirmation message was not received by me till I consulted with customers care. On asking I also come to know that there is no return policy in shopclues.

Sir i have book an order of hand swing chair code no. 5343938 on online internet payment basis...So i have paid to them at the time of placing the order my order no. 87312617 dt 06th march which shows expected delivery before 15 - 18 march at dewas...
On 18th march i have received a mail showing successfully delivered at your end...But till today morning i, e 19 th morning i haven't received that courier or registered a/d...

I have written two mails to them indicating my problem...But no proper feedback i have received...

Sir pls help me out & get my money back or my order been delivered today itself...

On 15.03.16 i was ordered the asus zenfone wide order no 88217305 and i got a sms that it is confirmed, while i check the status it shows it is in process for the past three days then after that yesterday i contacted the customer care and ask my order really i was shocked that the order was cancelled due to their courier partner company not able to take for delivery and as i was booked through my friend's credit card he feared that the amount is going to refund or not hence i'm not satisfied with their service.

As i have ordered on mar 8, But no revert after that, I am frequently asking customer care via mail / call, But not revert from their side.

As i have paid the money. so no one will help me out regarding the same.

Completely no one take care about customer service.

Completely fake . fraud, , ...

I ordered carpet in shopclues at[protected], order Id no 85840538. but my order canceld by shopclues... i have requested lots of times but still there are not return my money... my time wasted by this issue... plese kindly acccepeped my complaint againist shopclues.

I have ordered a sony brevia 55 inch LED tv on 14th of march, which was in stock . The company has charged the money Rs80499 through credit card and confimed me the order. On 17th march I receved a e-mail that due to some unforseen circumstances the delay in processing and gave me option to press the button of " I am willing to accept the delivery by 28thmarch and 30th march". Both button were tried but could not be activated. Next day I enquired about the order from the customer support a lady Miss Richa was talking and wasted my 32 minuted without giving satisfactory reply. I was told that your order has been cancelled for the reason that item is not in stock, I told her the same item is still on your site and still in stocks and at the same price, which checked by her and found there. I told her to transfer my call to your senior, she kept me waiting for 22 minutes but could not get me to talk the senior. I presume that the company is involved in collecting money by such type of practice to use the customer money for 15-20 days and return them without any penulty. Now at this moment also item is shown in stock and the same price but company has cancelled the order without asking my option. Meaning therby the company is involved in malpractice.

I bought a power bank and it was so bad! It was so light weight and it was supposed to be a 10000 mah battery backup..it almost felt empty.. So I requested for the return and refund my money in cash.. But I instead got cluesbucks.. I don't want to shop with shopclues again and what should I do with these cluesbucks?

Many products i have purchased from shopclues but i don't know what happened to this order they have send me the product which not even wearable for a minute.
And then i use the return policy they directly said "return rejected" ( shopclues.Return request for your order[protected].
Shopclues team, look into this matter and pick it up asap and refund my money.

Most pathetic and horrible experience in my life - Shopclues.

I had ordered a Videocon Semi washing machine 6.0 Kg VS60A11 / VS60B11 Brand Warranty
Code: 84313061 from shopclues on 24 Feb 2016 having order no 86368069.
Shopclues team mentioned that they have handed over this product to Beacon Surface ( http://7horses.co.in/) on 4th March 2016 having tracking no 138195. The Expected delivery date of the product was Mon 7 Mar 2016, but my product is still undelivered and untraceable.
We tried to reach out to the assigned courier service via Email, Phone and website but nothing worked.

We dropped a mail to the courier company (7 horses logistics) so that we can at least get some confirmation or clue on the whereabouts of my product. But I was taken aback when the mail was not delivered due to nonexistent email ID.

The funniest part is that when I had a call with the shopclues customer care they mentioned that even they are also not able to trace the order. Really a big joke for shopclues.

Every time when I contact shopclues they ask me to wait for 48 hours and my product will be delivered. I have contacted shopclues.com customer support for at least 8 to 10 times but I never received a proper and definite answer.
We also ask shopclues.com customer support that if your team is not able to trace my product better you can cancel /return my order and I want my money back, than they mention that currently won’t be possible until unless the product is not delivered to customer.

The experience with shopclues is one of my worst in my life. I have also shopped from various other online shops but they provide superb service. I would recommend Shopclues to take some lessons from other online shopping sites and implement them as well.

I would recommend everyone not to go with Shopclues otherwise you might lose your product and hard-earned money as well.

I purchase the mobile. I receive the product.but seal is opened and product is also manufacturing defect product.so please rectify the problem.i recieved the product on 3febrauary2016. i also create return request on same day with proofs also.my order number is 84070432.they will send an email on 7feb2016 regarding that dont take delievery because seller cancel the product so please dont take delievery we are not responsible i[censored] take delevery .i already recieve the product on 3 feb 2016. i contacted with shopclues for 100s of times.finally i register a complaint. so please give the best judgement.

I have received a counterfeit product of HP from shopclues, and I ask them to return but no respond from there end .

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible .

I purchase a samsung headphone from shopclues, purchase date on[protected] and order on 86545757, Rs-168.but this headphone is notworking.I mail shopclues.com for refunding money, they want my bank details.I send mail on[protected] my bank detail.They told me money refund within one weak in my bank A/C.but they still did not refund my money in my bank A/C.

I have ordered V-Guard VG 400 Voltage Stabilizer (1.5 TR Air Conditioner) from shopclues.As per website order supposed to deliver on 11 march however i have not received the courier.
I have received the message and mail stating that the courier has been delivered. Not sure to whom they delivered the product.When i raised a complaint, shopclues team asked 7 days to investigate this issue and they don't have the contact no of courier company.Even I also couldn't find the corier contact number.This is literally surprising and shocking experience of my first order of shopclues.
As I bought stablizer for my new ac because of that my ac fitting is also on hold.
