In the product specifications there was written it has a voltage meter which shows the current voltage but the product i recieved dont have such feature .
Shopclues is a big cheater and so i requested for a replacement or return but even for that they hav cancelled my return or replacement request
Shopclues is not a mall its online portal where they cheat there clients.
This was the 3rd and the last order on shopclues.

This is sajjad mohammad, i am not at all satisfied with your product because there is a problem with speaker which i can not able to hear the voice from caller, and the camera is not giving clear and 8 pixels snap.

I'm very sorry to this your company. I have order this product to give some body as a gift. Due to delay in supply of the ordered product and not traceable of the product in the Courier site, because o[censored]ncertainty, I have purchased some other product and given a gift to my friend. Now, I don't require your product and i'm going to return that product. Pls refund my amount as soon as you got the product return or you can inform the courier guy to cancel the delivery.

As a special request, at least you do this one as early as possible...

Hi, this is regarding my order number: 86824495 which is ordered on 29th feb'16 & the money was paid same date as per the company policy the expected date of that product was 9th march'16 & when i called the customer care on 9th asking about the status of my product they told that the promise date is 10th march'16 so wait till tomorrow. The order came on 10th but due to some issue it was not delivered to me, when I called that courier man he said there was name issue after that I confirmed the name he said he will deliver the product by tomorrow i.e. 11th march & now its been 6 days i didn't received that product. I called the customer care regarding this issue almost 4-5 time but all representatives have same answer that it is out for delivery will be delivered today or by tomorrow. Its heights..!! we are not that much free that we keep calling on daily basis just to know that status of our order. Its my very first order from "SHOP CLUES" with such a worst experience...!! Thanks to the company for wasting our time..!!

I have ordered "Samsung 40J5100 40" inch full HD TV" on 7th Feb, 2016 and i have received the product on 20 Feb which is a defective/not working. Immediately I have returned the product.
Now, ShopClues team received my order and still not initiated the refund amount for my order. Its almost more than 45 days initially ordered this product. Also, I neither utilized my order nor I got refund from ShopClues team.

I have been delivered a power bank samsung 20000mah from shopclues on 24.3.2016 and after that I found its a dead as well as different (as per looks).
Hence I raised this product to replace but still no positive action from their side. Also sales support is very worst. I sent mail & called them twice a day for following up but nothing happened.

I receive led tv (samsung 43j5100) as defective.I made a complain on 09.03.15 for refund to shopclues order no. 86249509.But till date we didn't received any call nor we recived our payment back.

I ordered for k decor 3D double bedsheet with 2 pillow covers
Code: 81927698 a week ago & I have received a shipment today.

I feel very surprised to see that the product which I received is entirely different from what I ordered & also it is not properly stitched & pillow covers are torn.

If you guys can't give out the quality why the hell you fool customers in providing offers. Charge more but at least deliver a better quality one.

I waited for one complete week to receive this faltu product.

Customers show interest on your products coz it's an Indian company. You guys are not worth to use that name.

Received empty parcel!!!

Instead of a memory card shopclues shared a memory (An empty parcel containing hints of memory card only on the invoice)!!!
Here is the shopclues-good for the pocket! But i wonder how could a website be good after eating up your money and send an empty box instead of actual parcel!!

On 8th of march when i did not receive the item, i enquired with courier service provider and shopclues as well. Since then i am getting shocks again and again!

Contacted professional couriers in delhi on 8th march and he did not reply the same day. Later he said “the item is delivered! You should contact with delivery boy!”

But delivered to whom? I did not receive the item. And why should i contact with your delivery boys? Why are you sitting there in office? Even though i contacted the delivery boy and he blows my mind telling he doesn’t call to the contact number provided by customers, why should he waste money in calling, no matter the shipment is delivered or not. He is only supposed to throw the item to said address. And he doesn’t need the signature acknowledgement either.
If the case is so, why the website of your courier service 'professional courier' shows that the item is delivered and acknowledged with signature!!!

Thereafter i sent many mails to professional couriers customer care. Their executive ms juli only writes once “the below shipment has been delivered on date 08/03/16 from our kmp branch”. And then no reply to my concerns ever.

Now after many days, i received an empty parcel at common parcel box where only unnecessary letters are dumped. The parcel was clearly fraudulently sealed with an empty torn box inside that. The delivery boy probably knew the fact and therefore did not delivered it in my hand.


Then i sent mails to shopclues customer support, and they also don’t bother to look into matter except a telephonic call once that too did not matter.

When i googled around, i found it is just another case that shopclues used to indulge in.

Now i am here with money lost and faith lost in shopclues.

I had never experienced that type of pathetic service. I don't know what their customer support department are doing? Now the only way for me is to go for consumer court to take a legal action against shopclues.com.

Hi sir, product order id[protected] is car cover order from shopclues.com and this product is under warranty now but the product is of a brand and receive random brand and it's defects with its stiching and quality therefore i want to replace with correct same product. Thank you
