Hi,
This is with reference to my order no. 86581238 for mens blazer, i ordered this on 27/12/2016 and paid the same upfront with credit card. The expected time of the delivery was 4/3/2016. Till date i have not received the same and when i called the customer care they asked me to wait for 48 hrs again after 48 hrs i called up again i was asked to wait for 48 hrs.
Somehow the company is also unable to track the product also not ready to process the refund.

We shop online to get rid of the hassle now its like a headache.

Also the reputation of the company is dented with such issue.

Request you to resolve the same to the earliest.

2 months before I bought an iPhone 4s...two months working good but still phone is not switched on properly so I'm going to Apple store and customer service checked and told this mobile is duplicate apple phone so we have repaired this phone very difficult...so don't buy this site...it is

Im trying to place a order by using ur application. I have money on cluebucks 829 rupess. N i have to utilise that money. I[censored] cant take my order through cluebucks then kindly refund my 829 rupees.

I already paid for the product early by debit card but today it said "slight procurement delay from merchant" . Seriously, this was my first first product I ordered and already paid the money and also my worst experience on shopclues. After getting this product I will never buy anything from shopclues for this worst service.

Shopclues had granted me 249 buck points as it had delivered me a wrong product. Today, when I have visited the site to purchase an item I have identified that my Clue Bucks are not available.
Please, credit my shopclues bucks back else it would a case of cheating from your end.

This to inform you that i moloy chakraborty on 02/02/2016 i purchased a product htc desire 620g mobile hand set from online company shop clues online company price rs 10, 000/- i have paid by my credit card i have got a delivery the product on 16/02/2016 and i have inserted my sim card on 18/02/2016 so my activation date should be 18/02/2016, but the pathetic matter is my hand set from the day o[censored]npack charger is not working devise running slow and worst battery back up and touch is not so good so this is the proof that it is a pre used old phone i found but still i call and informed to shop clues but they are dis agree about my claim the refer to htc customer care and service center also so accordingly i called up to customer care and explained my problem to after cheeking out the hole problem by the imei no of my hand set the informed me it is pre-used hand set which shop clues delivered you, same thing also inform me from the service center executive of htc accordingly i called to customer care on 07/03/2016 they are disagree with it they are saying they have given brand new silpack unused phone and they suggested "we have loudge a complain with in 4 working days we will get back to you i asked is it 11/03/2016? I will get a response from you they said yes even the have send me a mail on 07/03/2016 that is " hello thank you for connecting sophocles.com your request has been logged in with ticket no 6355604 we have also sent an sms with ticket details please use this email or sms to check the updates we try our best to get back you with in 2 working days" but till today i did not receive any call sms on friday 11/02/2016 i have send a reminder mail on that trail mail but no response till now i have received.Now the htc customer care and service canter disagree to inform me the exact activation date of my hand set after so many humble request they are saying this is the confidential matter they cant inform to customer.So i ma a customer i have purchased the product but both of two companies are not bothering my problem about pre used phone about now my question why i will take second hand product? If it is second hand product why shop clues sold as a brand new product? And also why htc not informing me exact date, month and year of my product activation? And they are only saying it is not showing 18/02/2016 activation by imei no of my hand set so it is my humble request to your concern please look in to this matter and help me on this.

I have purchased a Sony Bravia 40W700C led HD Tv from Shopclues bearing order no.86800650 and the same has delivered to me on 11.03.2016. when i open the box, remote control, power adaptor n manual book was not available inside the box. I complain over phone to shopclues but they informe me to order online with lots of formalities.

I got copied Sony power bank only its not genuine it's not working good like a china made.only 10 min it's working I want my money back or I want original Sony power bank otherwise I put case against you contact me as soon as possible.in this shopclues totally waste no time keeping not original all are copied.

Since 10 days i have been contacting the authority of the company for the return request of a specific product but there is no response from the shopcules team

I have ordered 2 pairs of slippers & i have received only one many times i have given call to customer care executive of shop clues for the same and send the emails many times with all the details now i am not receiving any reply for them. i am attaching the images for only one item which i have received.

I Ordered One Pair Of Sandals . But I was not Satisfying With That Product. I Wanted To Cancel That order but there was no action.Then The Product was dispatched so thought that i'll return after this delivery .but there was not showing the Return Option.

I buy few products from this site its cloths & mobile accessories. They show different product on their site or send totally different or damaged products. or its product delivery is also worst they don't delivered product on their promise date. I request you to please concern with this problems so nobody can weast their money again.
