I Ordered One Pair Of Sandals . But I was not Satisfying With That Product. I Wanted To Cancel That order but there was no action.Then The Product was dispatched so thought that i'll return after this delivery .but there was not showing the Return Option.

I buy few products from this site its cloths & mobile accessories. They show different product on their site or send totally different or damaged products. or its product delivery is also worst they don't delivered product on their promise date. I request you to please concern with this problems so nobody can weast their money again.

Sir my order no.86350557.retan request no.2668272. my order Intex power HD mobile. delivery date on 01/03/16. iam packing open inside old micromax mobile. with in after 10 min iam wrong mobile delivery on return compliant. iam already upto today 10 times compliant in Custmer support any replay. please replace mobile or refund money my account

Product should be replaced by shopclues.com & since the product is purchased from shopclues, com they are solely responsible for relacement/refund on my purchase...

My refund request is also been denied..

Comment: need a replacement of same mobile phone...Defect in front camera...Showing some vertical lines when the front camera is on/while clicking photos..Also these vertical lines are seen in the final images when the images are clicked...

Code: 81987170, 10th march 2016 i placed above item through Mysmartprice.com website with shipping charge. Mysmsart price websites is shows that buy one get one offer with free shipping. shopclues collected shipping charge with total amount of Rs. 309. after i called customer care no. they told we are did not mention free shipping, which website? i told above website name ok sir my self asking buy one get one offer is there are not? they told no. Which website the mention buy 1 get 1 offer? i told all the details. they are not accept. after that i suddenly i dont want that products, immediately cancel my order. kindly give the possible solution. i have the all the proofs.

I used to regularly order products from shopclues.com, on 6th March 2016 I had ordered a T-shirt (Afylish V-Neck White Printed T-Shirt) from shopclues.com, a payment of Rs. 195/- had been made through SBI net banking, reference no: CCADC1DYQ682IG0BPKSBH8.

The consignment was shipped on 9th March 2016 through Delhivery courier, since then I have been tracking the status of my order, it was shipped from Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. Yesterday 10th March 2016, when I checked the status of consignment, the status displayed on the website was "Held for duty/taxes" Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu.

Immediately I logged in to my shopclues.com account & wrote a mail to their customer care inquiring about the status of my consignment; what the status means (Held for duty/taxes), the ticket number generated was 6390979, I didn't receive any reply from them till today, so again I decided to update my complaint by providing them a snapshot of the status displayed by the courier company, now their reply is awaited.

I didn't expect this from shopclues.com as I had regularly made purchases from them till date without any issue, but this was the first time I faced some sort of bad experience with them, they need to look into this matter & sort it out as soon as possible before they loose my trust in them.

I will keep on doing followup & update my complaint here, till I receive my consignment delivered from them.

During tracking order no 86952548we read that consignee that we are out of station which is wrong delivery. Man calls you want order or not and then asked adress I give correct adress but still they didn't

I ordered "college girl cotton camisoles" on the date of 6th march 2016, at "shopclues.com". It had been delivered today(10th march).
But, instead of ordered product, that is 'college girl cotton camisoles' their is a white colored 'kurta-pajama'.

Hai..i ordered a pair of globalite shoes on shopclues.com on 13/02/2016and prepaid the amount of RS.310 on the same day as there was no cash on delivery option avaliable. and i have cancelled it the next day for some reasons. then i requested for the refund .it was intiated on 17/02/2016. and was told that it would be credited by 7-15 days. bt still today i.e 9/03/2016 i havent received no amount in my sbi account . i have checked at atm bt no amt. is credited. i hv called the customer care people and they have given me a 23 digit refund reference number.
now i want to know how would this number be useful to get back my money.
