I had bought a pair of brown boots from shopclues order no :85574502 .the boots which were sent were grey colour of a different company all together. On top of it they were defective .I had sent snaps of the boots revived to ur customer executive for return of the product.then a courier person came up and took the product back .after that I have been fighting with shopclues for my products refund .but haven't received it .everytime I call shopclues customer csre executive tell me will look into the matter n revert in48 hrs .many such 48 hrs have gone but haven't received my refund yet .I am very disappointed with shop clues for the second time . I want my refund back I think shopclues are cheater and only do faurds ...

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have order one Samsung 40" LED date on 22/02/2016 .Our order number 86181359, the model was 40J5100, We have received by courier on 08/03/2016 the outside wooden packing was good, but actual LED box old, LED panel broken and also board missing in the LED inside.Sir if the led panel is damage may be it is happen at the time of transportation, but the led box is old Board is missing how it is possible U people are purposely done this. We don't want Money to be Back i want brand new box Piece led to be delievered within 4 days This is not proper service. Kindly resolve the issue, Other wise we will go to media and consumer court.

And the amount which is done is debited in my account on 22/02/2016.

I've ordered a Samsung 40J5100 TV from Shoclues.com on March 3rd, 2016 and the same day I got a order confirmation mail from them. On the very next day i.e on March 4th, I also received a message mentioning that the product is packed and ready for dispatch. They also sent me an order tracking link. I checked the link on March 8th and a message was displayed mentioning that my order has been canceled by the merchant. I immediately called customer care but they could not help me. Customer care professional told me that the product is unavailable so we could not deliver it. He told me that Shopclues will refund my money.

Meanwhile I noticed that the price of TV has been increased. This may be one of the reasons for not delivering the product by Shopclues.

My point is that I don't want to get refund my money rather I want the same product from them.
Please help me in this regard.

I order 3 T-shirts and 2 shoes from Shopclues.com all together so that they won't charge much delivery charges. But, when my orders arrived, they took Rs. 50 extra from each of my 5 orders and also the product quality was very bad. I am very disappointed from this site. I request to take actions.

Showing the product as in stock when I presses place order it shows out of stock are we stupids to use this un necessary use less stupid trash app I want magnet spheres of 1399 rupees it shows in stock but when I press place order it shows out of stock this is the worst app pleasr dont mention india name in app history this is the n0 1 worst app made in india i[censored] can call me my number is [protected]

I ordered on 1st March, 2016 a Sony Ericsson Bluetooth Mw600 Hi Fi Wireless Headset with FM Radio (QTY:1) from Shopclues.com and I received the courier on 07-Mar-2016 by my uncle who was availed in my placed address and when I return from the office I received the pack kit and open the package then I had seen and shocked which was being fake, like toy I mean to say the wrong size, wrong color, defective [means how the toy can be worked (Not at all working even not able to switched on that all are fake buttons also) it's no bill has been available inside. Hence I want to return the order through return the product and to be refunded my money Rs.1439/- as early as possible please…

I ordered a Sony cybershot w830 camera from Shopclues.com when I received camera and open the package then I see camera is open box, used old camera and it's bill is also fake. In bill color is black but it's actually purple. Its clarity is very low. In this camera already 3 pics of any person that's are taken at October 2015. When I contact to customer care they registered my complaint and they asked wait 24 hrs but now they don't giving any response. I already shared 8 pics with Shopclues.com. Please call[protected]. I order first time slate casual shoe's but portal send me jungle boot kind of shoes i m not stisfy with portal survice portal show another things on site n send fully diffrent things and customer service is also bad..??

Ordered Samsung earphones from shop clues.com order no. 86470590 . Received it on 5th march 2016. But they were defective and not working.
Kindly replace the earphones or refund money.

I have received this product on 04-03-16 and I am writing issue with shopclues in following points:-

1- Firstly they havent updated recent delivery status on their website, So that they can easily deny for the return request by showing that product is IN transit still.,

2- They show good quality product and deliver Worst quality product. (happens with me two times)

3- They are giving useless excesses for returning the product and refunding the amount.

4- Shopclues customer care support not giving any positive response on concern.


They are Making fools of customers, Please take a strict Action against them.

One of the worst worst product which I ever seen. actually that is my first online shopping. after I seen that dress quality am really very upset. in that product no pant and dupatta in that dress then how can I wear my Salwar with out duppata and pant.really very disgusting and main thing the quality that is like a ration Saree quality like that only it is even ration Saree quality also will be good but this quality is very worst. if I stretch that dress means the dress will be tore like that only that quality is. contacted that customer support but still now there is no response from them.now that dress in dustbin only. irritating website#no response# worst quality # product will be missing. so pls guys don't buy

This people always take the order for anything and if we make the payment online then once the amount is deducted from the party's account thats it.we have to wait for a month or so for the parcel to receive or they cancel the order by themselves. company guys never place any order from here.
