I am a loyal and regular customer of shop clues but now i find myself cheated . I ordered shine gas lighter combo on 04/02/16, my order was not delivered till 11/02/16 and i recd. A mail from shopclues on 11/02/16 that my order 84745314 has been delayed due to non-availability of the product with the merchant.
I opted for order cancellation, but shopclues cheated me -- the order was reordered without my choice---and order was automatically changed to some local vendor for my combo lighters --instead of “shine” combo lighters, i wanted shine brand lighters which i ordered not any other local lighters, inspite of my opting cancellation--on delayed and non available product.
On 14/02/16 i receirved a manipulated email from shopclues of automatic reordering a different local product --my original order was “shine” gas lighter --shine brand was automatically removed and changed to no name--any local lighter combo.
Now on 18/02/16---shopclues sent me wrong product --some local vodafone brand of lighter--i cannot keep --wrong product--after 2 weeks of my original “shine” combo gas lighters.

i would suggest “shop clues” not to cheat customers and indulge in small gains at the cost of customers who trust shop clues ---if the product ordered is not available with the seller—“shop clues” should immediately inform customer and refund the advance amount--instead “shop clues” played game with me--- after keeping me waited for 2 weeks --delivered wrong product, local infereior quality to oblige their sellers .
Kindly note i have purchased thousands of rupees products from “shop clues”---and it cheated me like this. I have not even opened the packing of local manupulately delivered item and put a return request on the same day it was delivered to me.
I would request “shop clues” to immediately refund me my advance amount ( without any further delay, you have already wasted my 2 weeks, if the product is not available with the seller--you should not post that product on your website.
