I orderd a samsung phone on 21 feb 16, but company(shopclues) sent me a duplicate Chinese phone. After that i called to costumer care as well but i didn't get any positive reply till today.I hope you will take action on this.Thanks.

Dear Sir, I have ordered one item ( order no.85273178 dated 11/2/2016) from shopclues . com but company cancelled myorder and refund process was done ( refund id 9204454 ) showing Expected Date of Refund to Show in my account is 22/2/2016. But the refunded amount not reflected in my account till now. Please look into the matter to solve the problem.

Last three purchase from shopclues, All are defective and cheap quality. I really disagree and Service after delivery is so poor. I don't prefer shopclues at all.

I had place a order for mobile "Lenovo k3 Note" on 16 February, 2016 to shopclues.com ( Order ID :[protected]. with COD facility. I received the product on 25 Feb, 2016.
But found that the received product is not performing well, like there was a network problem from first day itself. And then I request for "return "the product on shopclues site, I got a reply : Request is decline - kindly contact service center.

While I visit the service center and the mobile was diagnosed by technician, he found that the mobile had a motherboard problem, he told me that it need to repair and will take 15 days atleast.

When I had paid for a mobile why should i again wait for next 15 days just because the seller had send me the faulty piece.

I have allready complain on 26/02/2016 at 3.00 pm, but not revert me regarding this matter, please solve my problem...

Today I got a call from shopclues they told me ur area is not serviceable for pickup. its a very ridicules. when u deliver that address what is problem to pick.
i have no alter net address and no time for return self. i told u give me my nearest area curior address or mobile no i will hand over there but they not ready to give any courior no or address. and they sent me mail with address for reverse sent ny self with address they sent one mobile no [protected] this coming alwayes switch off. this a frodge company i suggest all people dont purchase from them.

On 17th feb 2016, I have ordered for electronic insect and pest control machine code no: 86572764.

My order no. was confirmed via order no.85791433 & Dispatch via delhiery-surface tracking no. S[protected]
on 18th Feb'16, which was expected to be deliverd before 27th feb'16.

since i have not received the material i have complaint on their help line no.[protected], first they did not regd.
the complaint saying need to call after 48 hrs of expected delivery schedule.

On 1st mar'16 when i called they regd. the compaint with no. 6310151 and cofirm resolution within 48 hrs.
surprise to my knowledge when i called up today (3rd) they are still clueless, executive are giving all crap.
Requested many a time for their seniors but all vain.
Need my items to be delivered asap. kindly assist.

I had ordered LG USB Adapter Charger + Data Cable for LG Nexus 5 online for shopclues.com on dated 10/02/2016 payment of 390. The order was cancelled because the product was not reached to me and refund processed. They inform me the expected Date of Refund to Show in my account is 24 Feb 2016. As the refund was not created to my account, i had inquired. They had the same one reply that expected Date of Refund is 24 Feb 2016(10days old reply). I can't understand where is the problem. Please solve this.

I posted a complain for shopclues and a person naming Arun Kumar calls me and asks full details of bank accounts and different cards . He was asking my CVV numbar and even OTP which i received. He was saying that he will refund my money but at the time of otp, i received the otp to pay rs5000 to MPESA.
This person was cheating me in the name of refund, but actually he wanted to debit rs 5000 from my account. I didnt shared my otp with him.I received call from this number [protected]. i request you to take strict action against him.

Shopclues.com make customers fool.they charge prepaid & give me old used broken shoes .I told him 12 time for my money back but they do nothing

I purchased a camera from Shopclues and when I received this camera is open box, used old camera and it's bill is also fake. In bill color is black but it's actually purple. Its clarity is very low. I am a loyal and regular customer of shop clues but now i find myself cheated . I ordered shine gas lighter combo on 04/02/16, my order was not delivered till 11/02/16 and i recd. A mail from shopclues on 11/02/16 that my order 84745314 has been delayed due to non-availability of the product with the merchant.
I opted for order cancellation, but shopclues cheated me -- the order was reordered without my choice---and order was automatically changed to some local vendor for my combo lighters --instead of “shine” combo lighters, i wanted shine brand lighters which i ordered not any other local lighters, inspite of my opting cancellation--on delayed and non available product.
On 14/02/16 i receirved a manipulated email from shopclues of automatic reordering a different local product --my original order was “shine” gas lighter --shine brand was automatically removed and changed to no name--any local lighter combo.
Now on 18/02/16---shopclues sent me wrong product --some local vodafone brand of lighter--i cannot keep --wrong product--after 2 weeks of my original “shine” combo gas lighters.

i would suggest “shop clues” not to cheat customers and indulge in small gains at the cost of customers who trust shop clues ---if the product ordered is not available with the seller—“shop clues” should immediately inform customer and refund the advance amount--instead “shop clues” played game with me--- after keeping me waited for 2 weeks --delivered wrong product, local infereior quality to oblige their sellers .
Kindly note i have purchased thousands of rupees products from “shop clues”---and it cheated me like this. I have not even opened the packing of local manupulately delivered item and put a return request on the same day it was delivered to me.

I would request “shop clues” to immediately refund me my advance amount ( without any further delay, you have already wasted my 2 weeks, if the product is not available with the seller--you should not post that product on your website.

Buy two battery but received one battery.say Currier boy -he say complain send company .so i complain to you.please urgent solved this problem...

Shopclues.com site mention that they sell only genuine company products and not the assembled one which makes the buyer to feel safe that what they are buying is genuine without understanding the trap.

I have placed order on 24.01.201 which has become a nightmare.

The order (Order No.[protected] suppose to be delivered on 03.02.2016 but not delivered tracking number what they have provided was not showing any results I registered complaint through their website on 04.02.2016. Next day i.e. on 05.06.2016 I received a response mail stating “As per latest update from courier, the order will be delivered to me within 4-5 business days. I didn’t receive any status update even after 5days, so I decided to contact shopclues customer care number[protected] on 12.06.2016 and the executive has confirmed that the product will be delivered within 2 days once again contacted the number on 15.06.2016 asked them to refund my money as they are not delivering the product. The executive informed me that when the product has to get delivered and I have to refuse to accept and the product should return to origin to initiate refund process (I didn’t understand the logic my complaint is I am not getting the product you can see what is the solution I received) When I asked him when the product gets delivered he said before end of the day. I waited once again no show I contacted customer care number 16.06.2016 where I have been asked to wait for another 2 days. Finally on 18.02.2106 it got delivered When we asked the person to unbox it to check he refused. When we unbox the TV we are shocked to see the TV’s LED is broken, I immediately contacted shopclues customer care and informed the same. I have been asked to take photograph of the same and send it to them.

Once again the follow up started, I registered complaint on 18.02.2016 where I got response that within 48 hrs I will be given with the solution. With repeated follow up with them I received mail response on 22.02.2016 stating they require another set of photograph (the same what I have send earlier here they have asked for the polythene wrap which was not part of the packing I received). I have informed the same later no response from them inspite of I repeatedly following it up with the customer care. On 25.02.2016 when I contacted them I told them that the entire transaction seems like a scam. The same day it got approved for return and I received a mail stating their logistic partner will be contacting us to pick up the product.

I misunderstood that this ends but it continued on 25.02.2016 I received a mail from them that they don’t have the pick up service for the pincode and asked us to courier it back to the address mentioned on the mail with two conditions

01. The refund/replacement process will be initiated once the product clears the quality check.
02. The courier charges MAY get refund as clues bucks with a maximum of Rs.300.

I have paid in full Rs.26, 990 (site don’t allow the buyer for cash on deliver for such products) + Rs.699 as shipping charges, and still chasing them to get my money back.

Beware of this site.
