SIR, I had purchased 2 bottles of the above product a few weeks back for rs/2100
plus shipping charges, which i paid and took delivery.After a a day or two i casually examined the label, and was surprised to see that the price on the bottle'showed Rs 550/-on each bottle.I immediately called the customer care and
told them about the same and asked them for immediate refund of the extra charged Amt.or to send 2 more bottles to compensate .They asked me send the
details, which I did. So far i have not received any reply.Kindly see that my money
is returned or 2 more bottles sent at the earliest.

          ये ऑर्डर मैंने 13 फरवरी को किया था पर जब मुझे ये मिला मैंने इसको प्रयोग किया तो ये काम नहीं कर रहा था फिर मैंने इसकी कम्प्लेंट की पर shopclues वाले बोल रहे है ये वापस नहीं होगा हमने इसकी क्वालिटी चेक की थी । पर श्रीमान जी जब ये काम ही नहीं कर रहा है तो मै इसका क्या करूँ । या तो आप इसको रिप्लेस करा दे या मेरे रूपये मुझे वापस करा दे ।
          shopclues वाले नहीं सुन रहे मुझे बहुत परेशान कर रहे है आप मेरी मदद करे । मैंने तीन बार कम्प्लेंट की है कम्प्लेंट नो है

            ShopClues order 83356238. Experience - Are you kidding me?!!! The "brand" is a fraud. The seller is a cheat. ShopClues is peddling products from street vendors without taking any responsibility whatsoever. The experience goes like this - I see a Rs 10k 32 inch TV. Buy it. Reaches me on time. But wait. The TV does not turn on. A zillion phone calls to ShopClues gives me false reassurances. "Don't worry sir, it is covered by 10 day return policy". They keep saying this for 10 days. And one fine day, a joker from ShopClues cancels the request for return, I challenge them why. And I'm told that since it is a manufacturing defect, I have to take it to a Maser service centre. But wait! I ask him where's the nearest service centre. Maser apparently has none!!! So what solution does ShopClues have to offer?! "Don't worry sir". He just as well could have said " Don't worry sir. You are screwed." Anyways, 48 hours later my request for return is still showing as closed. I don't have any doubt what that means! It means that I am truly screwed - by a street vendor by the name of Maser (Arya) and by it's drug warlord ShopClues. I hope I'm the last one to be duped. Warning every potential buyer to keep this "brand" outside your radar.

              They people are totally fraud i hv purchased a watch of rs. 1600 and they hv sent 50 rs. Watch . Now when i called they r saying we will check will refund or exchange after 4 days now 1 week already passed and no response from their side pls do the needful second time this thing happend to me.

                Dear Sir,

                I have ordered the Stylish Leather Analog Watch of Rs.138 on 23.01.2016. As per timelines of the shopclues.com the final time for delivering the product was 05.02.2016. But the product was not delivered within the timelines. When I contacted the customer care they have registered a complaint no: 6161279 on 13.02.2016 for refund and asked for 48 hrs for resolution. But no response. Again when I contacted customer care they apologised and again they have registered another complaint no: 6161279 on 18.02.2016 and again asked for 48 hrs for resolution. Every time I contact customer care they are registering grievances but not refunding the amount and always asking for another 48hrs. This is pure cheating by the shopclues.com in open online market place Who promises for money back guarantee and I am fed up with this kind of behaviour from the shopclues executives. Please register a case against such a online frauds to create awareness among the common consumers.

                            I have placed on order for Samsung 40 inches TV on 2nd Feb 2016 and paid the cash through Online. The expected delivery date was 13th to 16th Feb 2016. Even after the TAT, I haven't received the product. I tried to track the Shipment number which they have provided in mail id (135719 for Beacon Surface and 7 horses) and its showing "No product available” and “Tracking ID is not correct”. I have raised the concern on 18th Feb 2016 and assured it will be reflected in another 48 hours and still its keep going on with the same response. Almost 25 days over after placing the order in their site.
                            Yesterday I got an email 23rd Feb 7:50 PM stating again the product has been shipped and at 23rd Feb 9:50 PM the product has been delivered to the Shipping address and 24th Feb 2016 got an email stating to rate the product, however I haven't received the product yet.
                            I have called them and now they are saying it's still under shipment. Really it's very frustrating and without delivering the product they are arguing with the customers.

                              My Name K.Nara hari I ordered Samsung LED in Shopclues ( Order No:[protected], Clues people sent me message about dispatch of my product through Beacon Surface courier service by Tracking no: 135122, but it is not traceable in web site of Beacon courier service web site (http://sevenhorses.in/api.html). upto this time i didn't my product, after so many calls suddenly they posted a status as Delivered though Beacon courier service.

                              In my home town Guntur there is no such a type of courier & Parcel services like Beacon Surface couriers, 7 horses couriers . But shop clues people telling that they deliver the product

                              with out having any courier points shopclues and Beacon surface courier people and give commitment of delivery and cheating the customers,

                              I raise a complaint about this issue with sop clues people Complaint ticket No: #6240621. but no response from those people

                                I bought from your website and you have mentioned 10 days return policy if product is not satisfied or damaged why the heck the merchant(Mitashi) called me to send a repairing guy. If your sending damaged peace to customer and the next i was asked return the item according to the policy. Why are making things so hard to customer this worst website i have used.

                                  Cheated their custumers. They take orders and after sometimes cancel the orders and after that price increases of same pròduct.
