      I have ordered a Samsung power-bank having order no[protected]. But shop clues delivered a completely damaged product & old one also. Next day only I refunded that power-bank but they are not refunding my money.Five days before I intimate with shop clues customer care with No-[protected], they sent me confirmation that within 23rd February your money will be refund to your bank account as screen shot attached below.
      It is already 25 days completed but still they are telling process not initiated & our executive will email you once process will start .They are not conforming when I will get my money even 25 days completed & 5-6 times called also.Shop-clues teams are playing with customers.

              Dear concern,
              i ordered mesleep om wall clock with glass top from shopcluses ( #[protected], and received the parcel ( AWB No.[protected] dated 21/02/2016... but the clock that i have received is without the glass top and its one edge is also damaged. i called the customer care and their response is also not appreciating. i am looking for immediate replacement of same product as i ordered it with some expectation and plan. if i do not receive any prompt initiations and immediate replacement of my product from shopclues company side then i will certainly not hesitate to raise the issue in consumer forum.

              pls do needful asap.

                    On 24th jan 2016 we had ordered an lg refrigerator on shopclues.com they gave us last delivery date on 3-4 feb 2016, but we didn't receive delivery so we gave a call to them so they told us that till 8th feb, 2016 our order 83234532 will be delivered positively but on 8th, feb, 2016 we didn't received our product.
                    Then after I have called several times but they were saying that give us 48 hrs to deliver the, so we cooperate with them but they were saying regularly same answer. One day we said them that if they will not give our order so we will case on them in Consumer Forum, so on 17th feb 2016, we received their email that the product is delivered to our shipping address, but we have not received our order till now. they are giving fake message again and again that product is delivered. I'm very frustrated.

                    Updated by MILIND CHOUDHARY                     As per telephonic assurance from shopclues representative on 20.02.2016 it was assured that delivery of my product order no. 83234532 shall be made on 22.02.2016 positively. But the same has not been delivered as yet. It shows gross deficiency in service and unfaire trade practice on their part. for which they shall be held liable. This pls. note.
