I have ordered a Philips home theatre on 21 January 2016 and the order number is 82679308 and courier beacon surface tracking number 133156 . I paid for the product through net banking and promised date of delivery is 6 February 2016 . still I hadn't receive the product and also I am unable to track the order, it is showing 'record not found'. I don't know what to do.

I ordered a red Georgette embroidered dress material. But they delivered a completely different one. Order no. 84180625. I mailed them but they did not respond. Worst shopping site ever. Ask them to respond as soon as possible.

I have ordered for Voltas 155CY 1.2 Ton Split AC. I have paid the amount. You have also informed that Split AC was shipped through Beacon Surface with tracking number 134049. Consignment reached M/s. Kranti Transport, Tanuku on 08-02-16. But, Consignee name was wrongly written as "Srikanth, Tanuku instead of "K.V.S.D.Sasikanth, Tanuku. It was booked by M/s. Excel Cargo Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. Kranti Transport Consignment Number 37073 Dt.06-02-16 from Hyderabad to Tanuku. Transporter (Kranti Transport, Tanuku) refused to deliver the consignment to me as it was booked to "Srikanth, Tanuku" instead of "K.V.S.D.Sasikanth, Tanuku. Please contact the transporter and arrange to deliver the consignment to me immediately.

I ordered LG refrigerator(Model: GL-M292Rpzl 258L ) on 8th Jan 2016 with the order number 81349408. At the time the expected delivery date is 23 Jan - 25 Jan 2016. The shipment carrier name shown is Beacon Surface with the tracking number 132529 with the website URL "http://7horses.co.in". This site shown no data for the tracking number.

I have raised many complaint tickets to shopclues, but no proper response. When ever i call customer care who say we have raised this issue with courier partner and we are waiting.

I do not know whether the courier company and the details provided against my order are true.

Today(8th Feb), still now did not get the product. I do not know when will i get the many back if i cancel the order.

Please help me.

I have ordered 2 items in shopclues, bloody one i they have ordered double bedsheets but send me a dirty quality items which is different from shown & return option not provided, second item also i orders 2 usb data cables they send me a car mobile charger, may be they r blind mfns, worst e commerce site plz ban this site

Costomers suffer from this fraud things

Last month i ordered a helmet with isi mark with order id :# 84487086. today i got the broken product and the helmet does not contains any isi mark . they delayed me to send the product then they cheated, me by sending broken helmet and the product quality is worst.the product is not as per the discription, .

I have booked brio led bulb combo with order no. 83166852 as on 24.01.16
As per your message you assure us to reach our product as on 3 feb 2016.
You again send us a message that the product is handed over to courier partner profsnl -bjw with tracking no.ggn 70233185.
But when we are entering it says sorry no information.
Neither you nor your courier services informed us for the delay with any genuine reason.
This is really a bad experience o[censored]s to shop on shopclues.
If you are interested in customer services please look in the matter and inform me about my product.

I ordered ear phones by paying through Net Banking, But Shopclues didn't deliver the product and On one day they are saying it is delayed, another day it is ready and product will be delivered.
The other day it may be cancelled due to non availability of stock and amount will be refunded.
They are simply cheating customers by showing low prices, but they are not making delivery till date

1) I ordered a pair of Sunglass on 26/01/2016 on 11.23 pm. Through your
website, Details as follows:

c) Price: Rs.240.00 (COD, Free Shipping and delivery within 7-9 days)

2) But when it is delivered to me on 04/02/2016, I found a belt and a card
holder inside the box instead of the ordered product (a pair of Sunglass) and the
COD charge was Rs.269/- instead of Rs.240/-. It means Rs.29 extra charge taken
from me.
3) You charged me more and deliver the wrong product which has disappointed
me a lot.
4) Contacting your customer care I was advised to mail you on the link shared
along with the attachment of Outer Image of Box with shipping label, Inner Image
of the box and Image of the actual product delivered. Please find attachments of
this all.
5) Your delivered goods has been kept as it is, please arrange to replace and
exchange the same with the product actually ordered immediately without any delay
and also arrange to refund the difference amount immediately.
6) Please do needful.

I ordered a 48 inch LED TV from Shopclues.com on 24 Jan 16 at cost of Rs 60, 824.00. I paid the money using my credit card and payment was successful. I got a confirmation about my order and was informed that the item would be delivered by 30 Jan 16. Since the item was not delivered till 30 Jan 16, I registred a complaint with the customer support desk of shopclues.com on 31 Jan 16. Subsequently I continued to complain about non delivery of the product till 6 Feb 16. On 6 Feb 16, the website reported that the item has been delivered. Since I had not received the item, I oncer again, reported the matter regarding non delivery of the item to shopclues.com on 6 Feb 16. I was told to now wait for 7 more working days to get the proof of delivery from the courier. Thus I have paid the money for the item and i have not received the delivery of the item till date. The response of the firm has been very disheartening and I am not sure whether i will receive the item from the firm.

On 22JAN 2016 I had order washing machine from #Shopclues but still I have not received it till now. called customer care several times just same reply I gets that is we will update in next 48 hour.

Today I had given a call to customer care regarding my product delivery. that guy on call again told me to wait till 48 hours. each and every time i am giving call i gets the same reply. So many money i had spent on call but still i have not received the order.

This Shopclues people are fooling me each and every day and not delivering my product. Also i had asked to cancel the product and return my money but for that also they are not ready and telling me ur product couldnot be cancelled.

Please help me to get my money or product to me.

I have booked Samsung40j5100, 40inches full hd on 18th january and i have paid Rs 24, 990 on the same day. Ordered no.82399533. on 21st january i received the message that the product is sent through courier Beacon surface tracing no132977. But till now i have not received the product and i called the toll free no. of shopclues many times, but no proper information.
I request you to kindly look into the issue and let me know the details and exactly delivey immediatly. Otherwise, i would like to cancel the order and it may not be good for your organisation.

On 22/01/2016 i buy a nova trimmer and when i check it and i found that this trimmer is not charging so i request to return this order to SHOPCLUES and after some time this site show that return request close.

My oreder No81714821 not yet delivered, It's paid. When I track the courier as per your referance GGN70224290. It shows in transit from Bangalore to chitradurga.
But not delivered or updated last 20 days. Why? and What legal action should I do to claim the amount?

It is requested that i have placed an order no 83203662 on 24 jan 2016 and estimated time of reaching was 2nd feb 2016. But till date the order has not been received. It is also informed that there is no updation of status of deliver and company is not in position to tell the next actual date of delivery. They Have Given Order On 2nd Feb. Helmet But They Given Wrong Delivery They Have Send On Mobile Mobile Packed On The Box On Helmet, They Have Stick Invoice And Mention Ed The Helmet Invoice.

Order no:80773808 a damaged magic mop was received on 12.01.2016. It was returned on 18.01.2016. Daily I used to call to the customer care and ask for a solution.But it is of no use. Now I need a QUALITY product. PLEASE REPLACE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.It is already a month.
