My Order No. is 84212288 for Handloomwala Cotton Double Bed Sheet wit...(and 15 more items) [Received the SMS] through the Courier - Aromex with Tracking No.[protected] for Rs.960/- paid on delivery received on 5.2.16. After opening the Packet it is found that there is only two bed sheets and four pilo covers instead of 4 (four) bed sheets ordered.

I have ordered pink suits at shopclues site but the product and color of suits is not ture which is shown in shopclues site . my order no is 84238191 so i returned the product but i not received the returned money till date . I want to full money back which i paid to shopclues. if shopclues not returned my full money than i complain to consumer court. my mobile no is [protected].

I ordered one saree from shopclues that was online. What the image they shown on the internet, didn't send the same product . Even what they have sent it is having a big hole means defective also. When I called them & told about the matter then they asked me to complete some process through internet, I am trying to process for the last two days, but the link is not working. Again I called them but another way they told me but none is working. They are not solving the problem, just passing the time ...
I mean to say untill - unless they didn't get the money, they are calling us, but when money is collected, then the worst response. Please take any action .

I have done order Samsung Samsung 32” ( model no Samsung LED 32J4003/FH4003/JH4003 32 HD LED Television, Code: 5907078 ) vide order no : 81160444 from #Shopclues but I have not received it till now. called customer care several times just same reply I gets that is we will update in next 24 to 48 hour.

18th to 20th January, 2016 was the delivery date. When I call customer care executive they told we will update in next 48 hour. Your orders tracking number is showing 131806 Courier partner's is Beacon Surface when their website search this tracking id :Website http://7horses.co.in/ result shown No information available . 1st February customer care executive call me and told 24 hours delivered your product and 3rd February, 2016 morning when called customer care executive he told “Product not Available” and this day Evening a msg sent my email id and phone “ Courier partner's confirmation has been received on delivery of your product” I have not received this product. But is not traceable and not delivered in the mentioned address.

I had placed an order with shopclues for 2 mink blankets. according to the description it was a double mink blanket. but when i had received it it was not as given in the description or do they look like the products in the picture they had given and it was not double mink. i had placed a return request and refund request but they decline.Then i sent them a mail saying that i shall submit this matter to consumer code then they agreed to my demands. But the courier people they had sent never came to pick it up. and when i called up asking for the location of the office so that i may drop it myself, they did not provide the details asked. Now my return request has been closed and i can't seem to get back to them. I feel they are doing this purposely both shopclues and the courie service. Now i want my money back at all cost.

On 28.12.2015 i got sms that my Order gets cancelled thru sms on my Mobile but to my surprise i received my order through courier on 31.12.2015. On 02.01.2016 i informed thru email and Landline No.[protected] of shopclues that the product i got are Dead on Arrival hence want to return. Then onwards after no response i continued to call and email to shopclues on my own cost almost everyday for my re-imbursement but all went in van. After many attempts they said that you call to merchant directly by visiting their website but i was not able to contact merchant and to my shock rep. of shopclues also were not able to contact merchant through their web portal. After lot of requests they provided me merchant Mob. No.[protected]. It was mental harassment to me as the mobile no. provided by Shopclues is not working and then i again called back and send several emails also that merchant No. provided by you is not working. But till date i received no response from Shopclues. Its mental harassment as a customer .
Hence i am lodging a complaint agaisnt Shopclues for supply of dead products, loss of time, money and mental harrasment to me.

I have ordered a Crazy (ISI) helmet by order No.83666566 on 29.1.2016. by Cash on Delivery for Rs.419/- with a condition of no return. Whereas I have received a Vector (Non ISI) broken/damaged helmet by order No.84487231 with tracking number [protected] shipped by Aramex on 4.2.2016 by Cash on Delivery. When I sent a SMS for return to [protected] . A reply message has received by me as " Hi. We are sorry, Your Order 84487231 is no longer Eligible for returns as it not Applicable under Buyer Protection Policy". Kindly do the needful action to refund the money with necessary legal action for cheating the public by ShopClues.com by various bogus offers.

They have cut the payment twice and processed twice,
I told to cancel 1 out of 2 order but they have processed to send

Secondly they have cancelled a order without asking me

I had purchased a nova folda ble hair dryer from shop clues .com & i received it on 9 january but after a day when i was setting up my hair it was quickly burn out flame and all the spring of hair dryer turn into red colour
And my hair dryer got burn from outside. The shopclues sent me a defected hair dryer and i hope that they will change it as quickly as possible.

I had ordered a product with order no.82810060 that consisted of 2 suborders, out of which i received only one.the official shopclues packaging was absent and only one of the suborders was there.after repeated complaints about it to the costumer care they failed to resolve the issue .

I have ordered dell laptop on 26 January 2016 it was delievered to me on 30 january and it was defective i complaint about this and they said that they will see in this matter and no action had been taken yet.

I bought 5 products in the Shopclues.com with 1 rupee offer. They showing a product for selling and sending the fake products. For example I ordered Robotic Magnetic LED watch. But they sent a worst digital watch. So the peoples should aware such a fraud websites.

I would like to inform u that this company is cheaters. Before few months this compnay assured me that they will refund my money through clue box amount of Rs 303 but nothhing happened so as they recieved this mount two times through clue box and through cash payment.. which I complainted at least 15 times repeatedly but they did not take any action and recentlly cheared me again by not delivering my items and comlaint no is 6038779. Plz take necessary action againt this fraud company.

Dosto maine 16 gb ka pen drive mangvaya tha.lekin jab maine order kiya tab vo scandisc compny ka nano pendrive tha.lekin 2/3 din ke bad mujhe company se phone aya ki vo nano pendrive upalapdh nahi hai to ham apako moserbare ka pen drive dete hai.to maine "yes" kiya.
ye order maine 20 jan ko kiya tha.lekin aaj ki date tak vo order mujh tak nahi pahucha.account se paise to cut bho ho gaye.kal unaka sms aya ki order return aa gaya.lekin mujhe kuch bhi call ya sms nahi aaya, kisi bhi currier company se.
mai hamesha online product mangavata hu lekin aaj tak koi bhi product return nahi gaya.lekin ye kaise gaya??????????

At the time of given order the picture was seen on the website and how I submitted the order.
But when I opened my order, I socked that I got a totally different order, which I hadn’t seen at the time of order.
I paid cash on delivery Rs.258/- in cash.
The Picture which was seen me at the time of giving order is attached here, but I don’t get similar product. The product which was I got was totally different.
I request you to take some action for this act, Please.
