This site is one of the worst site. Don't buy anything from this site. First they never sell good quality product and second their courier service is worst. I am still waiting my order as they are saying that it has been received . These people are not showing any proof of delivery. One month has been crossed but still they are not giving me proper feedback and my money also. need to ban such site.
I have lost my money and time also.

Shop clues sells cheap /fake copies of original products .

It make fool out of customers! It lures customers saying it sells
Products at the lowest price.. But the fact is the products are replica of original
Products ... Not the actual brands

I ordered 2 cand of f1 aerosol spray paint 450ml (Order no.[protected]

When i recieved the product...
1 - the product is not real .. Its a copyof original f1 spray paint.
2. The quantity is 250 gms including the can weight where as the original can has 450 ml
Of paint quantity.
The return options is mot even appearing in order to return the product ..

This is not the first time in experienced it .
1st time i end up odering 5-6 products which were delivered and thought its only a co-inscedence that
One of the product (Combo of 3 original aire bra/sports bra) was found as fake
Multiutility multi chopper vegetable cutter was broken ...


But now i am sure to declare that shop clues is not worth trusting
I lost faith isn shopclues and releaized that i waisted all my money ..


I still expect shopclues to take the products back and compensate the loss done.

I ordered a pair of deodorants of Ferrari from Shopclues on 23rd January, 2016, I received the product on 28/01/2016 but the product was not genuine.

The product I received was duplicate & it contain the logo & brand of Ferrari under the name Ferarri.

Now I want the original product as I expected within the same price which I already paid.

Not received prepaid order.

I ordered on Shopclue antivirus product Bitdefender on 12 Jan 2016 and paid through my debit card, got mail Estimated date of delivery 21 Jan 2016. Today is 30 Jan 2016, not received product. They gave me tracking number [protected] with courier name "Other." I started complaining after 21st Jan to their Customer Care plus on mail to their support website. They just gave assurance saying "AAPKI PURI SAHAYATA KI JAYEGI." They are not giving me my refund or my product. Just taken my hard-earned money. I complained 8 times on their Customer Care number and each time I got only ticket number and nothing else. I complained 26 times on their support website, nothing happened. I got impression that never ever shop on online shop who don't have cash on delivery option and don't buy anything on Shopclue EVEN IF IT IS FREE. Very bad service. Feeling harassed. They are looters who just want to rob your money. Never ever shop at Shopclue if you don't want to lose your peace. I want money back. Can anybody help me, suggest me how to fight back till I get that hard earned money. Any suggestion or any help greatly appreciated. Order number is 81728514. Anyways, anyone know any courier company with name "OTHERS" and how to track above given tracking number. Please help me recover my money. Paid through debit card. They have clue of orders, no clue of money paid to them, no clue of customer care, no clue of anything...just they opened their shop to loot people. This was my first and last order to them...Very very bad and pathetic experience...Never ever shop on their shop...Never expect delivery, not on estimated date of delivery and never in lifetime I think...I want my money back...Please help me...I am not going to leave them...Any suggestion or any help, pls.

This is a worst online shopping, I better suggest no one to use this, I bought axe gold temptation body spray, but it is a fake one not good, and this shopclues is cheating people with their offers .

I have made an consumer Complaint against Shopclues who is not giving any response for my return of the product yesterday on whose I have recieved a confirmation mail also.
Today I have recieved a call from mobile NO. [protected] asking for my debit card details. He informed me that he is calling from Shop clues and company is refunding the amount and after 2-3 days product will taken back from Home. I have given my debit card details on whom I have recieved the OTP in my mobile for online transaction.
I beilieve on the name of Shoplcues somebody is making honk calls and getting information from consumer for cheating them or else as I have made complaint against Shop Clues they are making some honk calls?
kindly look into the matter.

I have booked a Set of Spoons (6 Nos.) which is not reached to me till date. Order was made on 31.12.2015. I have purchased so many other items on the same day, all are received by me one by one but Set of Spoons is not reached to me. I have paid the whole amount and delivery charges as well, well in advance at the time of booking. Please help me to find the same.

I booked Samsung 40 inches TV on 7th January 2016 through shopclues. Till today not yet received my product, expected delivery date was 18th Jan. No transit details, repeated calls to customer care, no response about the delivery. Very poor online shopping. Can't track my shipment. Plz do help me to receive my order, the amount has been paid through debit card.

I have procured a Wet Grinder through Shopclues on Cash on Delivery basis. I have received the product on 08.01.2016 which was damaged (one of its plastic part) by which the product is not working.
When I have complaint the same to the Vendor from where the Shopclues has sent the Product that vendor told me to do the needful Service at my end. Then, I have made complaint on Shopclues.com online and till today they have not take any action. I have even thought that if this product will get return then by the refunded amount I will procured the other product which may be costlier than this. But Shopclues is asking for
1) Image of outer box with shipping label pasted and clearly visible.
2) Image of inner packaging and box.
3) Image of product clearly showing the damaged part / section.
Sir/Madam, kindly help me out to resolve this issue. I am unable to get any resolution for this. Also, I am not able to use the product.

I bought "Sony Bravia KDL-40R55C 40 Inches Smart Full HD LED Television" from "shopclues.com" and then refused the delivery of the order due to wrong product. As per their policy we can get refund in first 10 days but they are not processing refund for this huge amount. They are cheaters and I'm going to launch an FIR against shopclues.com.

On 4th Jan 2016 I have order a product of Rs 42k. At the end after bank payment it showed error on shopclues website. I tried another 3 times and ended in loosing money 4 times in my credit card.
Somehow was able to cancel 2 orders and accepted 1 delivered product.
Now my problem started on 4th order.

1. Order is not yet delivered.
2. Order cant be tracked as the tracking details provided are invalid.
3. Amount is deducted by credit card and bill got generated.
4. Rs 500 was fined by bank as over-usage due to shopclues worst technical design.
5. Customer care will tell 48hours and close the ticket saying we will resolve soon.
6. Till date I have spent Rs 300 calling customer care and their supervisor and their manager on regullary followups. yet no use.

I logged the complaint regarding the refund the amount still didnot get any information so please find the result as soon as possible my complaint number is 5962209

Samsung LED is delivered without any accessories. No power cable, no mounting kit, no remote control, no cables, no speakers. Order[protected]. I informed them within 10 days. They closed my case. No one is responding. Already sent more than 50 emails, called multiple times. But, no answer.

Its very cheap company. I will go to consumer court and will update daily if issue is not resolved by Friday.
