My order no. is 79011573 at shopcluse's website. The product isn't delivered at given address. Estimate delivery date is 01/01/2016. I have complain many times in company customer care no. But my problem is not solved yet.

Company has delivered wrong product at home.and now they are not taking back this item giving silly excuse that they don't have reverse pick up in this city.
once they can send this wrong item by any courier company then they should arrange some courier company for picking his item.this is completely mistake of particular company .do needfull as soon as possible.

I have purchased one mobile from this company . It has manufacturing defect as said by xiomi service centre Vashi Mumbai .I want to return it but shopclues people is not responding us properly. Daily I am wasting my 100 Rs in talking to customercare

Ordered wallet and leather belt from shopclues, and got a very low quality cheap products which is of no use.

I bought Everpure 16 litre Unbreakable Non-Electric Water Purifier, received item with one missing item (on and off tap), as review from customers, shopclues is not good online shopping site for quality product and services.

After every failed promise to resolve issue in 24-48 hours gone 40 days,

Bought Product on : 6th dec.
Delivered on 14th :
Return Request for Replacement on 16th

Return reached shop-clues on 28th dec. and quality check done.

After weeks of metal harassment they refunded only 13999 by deducting 2000 without any communication.

When I reached them they say they have charged for accessories missing from a 15999 laptop (Which had no accessories except charger even that i had returned) .

They never communicated about the missing accessories on the day quality check was done but they tell me after making refund by deduction of 2000 exact after 15-20 days.

NOTE: THEY NEVER COMMUNICATED ME about the charge / missing accessories since the date it was delivered to them back and quality check was done.

And when i ask them about law and consumer rights they say go do whatever you want they encourage and challenge me to take action saying they have perfect legal team.

Hello am ankita as I ordered Jegging set of 2 fron ur shopclues..i got these products in very low quality Leggings Am so much disappointed by this product please give me cash back i dont want this product...

We always receive different products rather than ordered.

I have ordered a product from shopclues with order id 81266068 the product was supposed to be delivered by 18th jan 2016. Till date 25 jan i havent received the product and i was contacting customer care people from 19th jan and every time i was asked to wait for 48 hrs . Till now i havent received my product and despite customer support people speak as if though they dont have any mistake on their side.

I have ordered below items but it is not conformating. I can't open my account on shopclues so I can't input my order confirmation code please call me on this number [protected] to conformation.

1. 30 Dec 2016: I ordered a product online from Shopclue.

2. 30 Dec 2016: I received confirmation and ETA of 06 Jan 2016.

3. 06 Jan 2016: Since I didn't received it on 06 Jan 2016, so I raised a complaint of delay delivery.

4. 12 Jan 2016: I received a SMS stating it is delivered today. However, I was abroad on 12 Jan 2016, hence I forwarded this message to my family on whatsapp. My family confirmed that it is not delivered.

5. 14 Jan 2016: Product is delivered.

6. 14 Jan 2016: We found that product is completely damaged.

7. 15 Jan 2016: I raised a return request.

8. 15 Jan 2016: I received the message from shopclue on 15 Jan 2016: "Your request has been logged with ticket number 5861959".

9. 16 Jan 2016: I again received a message: "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Based on your concern, we would like to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your request, as you have reported the issue after 2 days of delivery. As per Shopclues policy complaint for damage, missing and empty parcel is accepted within 2 days of delivery. Therefore, we may not be able to fulfill your request as per our return policy."

10. Since then, I called customer care multiple times and provided them all information stating clearly that we returned product within 2 days. But shopclue is still not able to resolve the issue. There is no confirmation from Shopclue when to pick up damaged product and when to refund my money.


11. My Order no is: 80367147, Order date is 30 Dec 2015.

Nutshell, shopclue first delayed the delivery, then shipped the damaged product and now not returning product and not refunding my money.

My Order No . Order 80495629. One of the worst online shopping site. I had booked my order on 31 dec and on 5 of January i had received one call from Shopclues courier parner and he told me that he cant deliver my product on my address and i have received my item from courier counter . His talikg way was also so bad . After that i called shopclues executive and explain about courier guy . Then your executive committed m ethat he will deliver my product after few days. Again i had given n number of call but every time they were committing that they will deliver my product even i had raised my complaint here also but i have not received any healthy response and on 15th january i had received one call from Shopclues executive and they informed me that they cant delivered my product so initiating my refund. Now i have few question. If you are not capable then why do u commit . if you cant take any action then why were you asking for register complaint . And after 15 days only you get to know that you dont have that product .

Still didn't receive. Nearly 23 days time was over. I contacted with customer support from 8 days(Daily). They didn't give proper response for me. I checked my order status but It shows ''SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED''. But I didn't receive any product.

Worst Online Shopping site compare to other sites. Time waste, Money waste.Worst service, They sent poor quality products.
