          I order an induction from shopclues in ghar lao diwali sale offer and in this offer i m getting 1050 cluesbucks/rupees from shopclues as an cashback and according to shopclues terms and conditions cluesbucks are credited after15 days of delivery but in my case it is credited on 3 dec before 3 days of delivery i recieve and collect my item on 5 dec.and without reminding me they are expired in 5days so i therefore request to return my cluesbucks i was complaining from a month but getting nothing but assurance.

                        I purchased Samsung TV in shopclues with product id: 80675239 after few days of waiting..shopclues showing and saying product is delivered as a part to whom the shopclues handed the product for delivery by name beacon surface it showing no result for the tracker id.when I tracked it and even there is no customer support for the beacon. Hope Shopclues won't provide solution for me... please help me on the issue...

                            Hi Team,

                            my issue with order no[protected]

                            This is a 40 inch Samsung LED TV which I paid 24000 and Shipping charges. I got black spot on screen just after one month use and I had raised return request before two month for that and I have followed up several times on mail for the status of the request but every time I got replied that the courier service is not available to my Area for pickup where as I got delivery of the TV on same address. After 1.5 month Shopclues team had suggested me to repair the TV and share bill so they will repay me repair amount as unavailability of pickup service . As the TV is not covered with Samsung warranty I paid two time service charge to get the TV checked and ordered screen for this TV and shared the estimate bill copy to Shopclues team. More above disappointing me that after all done they are saying that they are arranging a pick up for the TV now again. Not a single day I am happy after purchased this product from Shopclues every time I was getting worry watching the big black spot on the tv screen .

                            This type of service unacceptable from Sophclues Team .

                                    OMG. From where shall I start. I had to order Blackberry Torch 2 9810 from shopclues against all my wishes coz Its only available on shopclues. Need it to access my official email while I'll be away on my vacation. But guess what, I receive a defective piece ( internet data wont work on the phone, well a known issue in Torch)and Shopclues is not ready to take the responsibility. I initiated a return/ refund request on 17th Jan 2016 online and called the Customer Care. I was advised that within 48hours, I will get a resolution. Guess What each day I call Shopclues, Send messages online. All I get to hear from the Customer care is 48 hours TAT each day. Do you even have any Buyers protection.? today I called and spoke to a manager - Anupama verma - It was so irritating to talk to her as in each of her sentences she was saying that she would help me, but all in Cain. I was not asked to wait for 3-4 days as merchant was not responding. are you kidding me!!! In this competitive world, where in Amazon, myntra, Jabong etc have no question asked return policy who would want to shop at shopclues knowing they just ridicule their customers. I doubt I will get any resolution now. Lost all hopes. Such companies must be banned and declared unethical. CEOs and leadership team must be arrested for fooling the people.
                                    later I spoke to Floor supervisor Kanahiya Lal- Guess what he said it takes 3-4 business days for us to share the outcome. I asked him from what day, to which he confidently said from the date you raise the request., I burst out laughing and explaining it to him to stop contradicting himself. I raised the refund request on 17th ( Sunday) so from 18th to 21st, its 4 business days already. What are you waiting for??

                                      For the first time i am dealing with Shopeclues and i am disappointed. The ordered item has reached damaged, and inspite of request being lodged the response received is pathetic. Everytime a new compliant no. is given but no resolution. Just wanted to bring to your notice why would any one deal with such company.

                                      Comment: There is a Crack on the lid. Need replacement urgently as need to gift Order Number: 80567472

                                      The piece was delivered to me on 6th January, I have contacted the team on 8th and also written to the support function. Within 2 days, however over weekend since I haven’t received any update again on 11th I have put a request.
                                      I donot see a delay at my end. All mails attached. This is the first time I am dealing with Shop Clues and your site is also not user friendly. Had to struggle whole day on 11th just to put a request on site.

                                      The piece was delivered to me on 6th January, I have contacted the team on 8th and also written to the support function. Within 2 days, however over weekend since I haven’t received any update again on 11th I have put a request.
                                      I donot see a delay at my end. All mails attached. This is the first time I am dealing with Shop Clues and your site is also not user friendly. Had to struggle whole day on 11th just to put a request on site.
                                      I am surprised on the rejection . Request you to consider the request. As mentioned in my mail I cannot gift a damaged piece.

                                        Hi sir i am mahaboob sharief i have orderd the Sony 40 inch 40R550C BRAVIA LED backlight TV with YouTube WIFi worth of 38, 500 with the order number of Code: 85181070, on 2 jan 2016 the product dilery date is 12 but the product has not deliverd i have contact with castumer care but they saying to wait till 48 hour but the product has not dileverd how many 48 hours should we wait plese help us sir
