I have purchased one Travel bag through Shop clues.com vide order No.: 82009465 dated 14 Jan 2016 for Rs.999/- only received on 18 Jan 2016 by Aramax Courier. When I opened the product the product shown at Site having two side pockets and one big pocket at front side but the product received by me is only have one pocket in front and beside this quality of bag is said to be Italian leather but the product deliver is Rackseen made. I have booked Nail Art kit (order no:[protected] from Shopclues on 31st Dec 2015. So far I have not received the product and status in the Shopclues says that, the product is delivered and asking for feedback. How come this can happen, without delivering the product, the status shows as delivered and asking for feedback.

Request you to please deliver the product as soon as possible or refund my money back.
