Dear sir,

I have all the conversation between me and shop clues members.Please sir try to give me back my printer or refund my money.From so many months they are troubling me i wasted so much money on mailing and calling them they are not even bother to call and inform. everytime i have to call them or mail.I want to teach them a lesson.Please help me out in this.please awaiting for your reply.

I ordered one Canon PIXMA MG2570S on 7th Nov.2015 Diwali offer from Shop Clues it is delivered to me on 16th Nov.2015 but when i opened and went to take a xerox a horrible sound started coming from that printer when i went to see why that sound is coming i came to know that one small inside ribbon from that printer is its lying down inside the printer. Please i want it to be replace with new one. Printer Details are as follows:- Order Date:-7/11/2015

On 20th Nov.2015 at around 8.04 pm i got a sms from you stating that my return request for order no.74855796 has been declined.I want to no what do you mean by that and why.

And on 21st Nov.2015 at around 8.19 AM you sent an email saying we are working on your return request.I really don't understand you people what game are playing.This type of service you are giving to the customers.
I had spoken with Canon people also Ritika from Canon on 16th Nov.2015 she told me to visit A.R.Computer Services in Vasco-Goa to repair my printer when i visited that place the owner told me he dont have any connection with shopclues and Canon you want to repair than you have to pay me 250 Rs.You people cannot provide me a good service centre whats a use buying from you this product.You are saying within 48 hrs you are going to solve my problem from 6 days i am back of you to repair or replace my product you people don't bother.Now last time i am asking you i want a strong statement from you.You people do the replacement or not.

    Products are not delivered sometimes, some products are low quality, on the whole it works ou t that you buy outside in a shop becuase you can check thoroughly

    also i recenlty participated in shopclues next big entrepreneur challenge, the rewards when i started the first round was 2000, 2nd round was 10000, and the finalists 50 lakhs

    this they changed after submitteing the 2nd round it got changed to 2000 store credits.

    i totally feel stpid that i took pains to make my bsuiness plan, only to be used by some of their team people, unfortunately India doesnt have the patent, or orginal idea concept, so i feel cheated by this company dont trust any online co. for that matter my request to readers/

      We always receive different products rather than ordered. Most of time we get defective products - we understand that those get returned but customer feel irritated and inconvenient. Products are NOT durable at all and we get very different products than what we see on website.

        Order I'd 81322661 from ShopClues they have given ad of 3 pin surge protector with indicator price Rs138/ but they have given just a 3 pin whose price is only Rs30/ when I claim for return they are telling more information needed where as I have given all information with snap shot of the product please help.

          I have purchased one Travel bag through Shop clues.com vide order No.: 82009465 dated 14 Jan 2016 for Rs.999/- only received on 18 Jan 2016 by Aramax Courier. When I opened the product the product shown at Site having two side pockets and one big pocket at front side but the product received by me is only have one pocket in front and beside this quality of bag is said to be Italian leather but the product deliver is Rackseen made. I opted for refund and talk to Mr. Sumit Kumar, Merchant support reg the matter he clearly says that colour of the same is same and the product made up from Italian leather too.

          He then clearly told as the product is same no refund will be initiate. I am here just to warn my friends kindly requested u all to stop purchasing from these fraud sites and beware for future purchases.

So far I have not received the product and status in the Shopclues says that, the product is delivered and asking for feedback. How come this can happen, without delivering the product, the status shows as delivered and asking for feedback.

            Request you to please deliver the product as soon as possible or refund my money back.

                  Sir, i purchased 9 items at shop clues paying rs1 +49=50 for each product from last sunday to dis saturday from shopclues..i purchased 2 wallet, 1belt, 1 tiffin, 1water video game, 1 acc.presure sandals, mega combo, , 5 games in card board and screw driver..sir quality of the products are very low but i wouldnt complain if the picture of wallet and belt and the products delivered to me would be same ..the pics were of costly items and the goods delievered to me are totally different..i tnk these wouldnt cost even 10 and the picture we were shown was quite nyc so its an urge to stop cheating people.. people are nt fools..mouth advt is the best advt and it will surely ruin ur site i[censored] dnt stop such malpractices, i have given a complained to jaago grahak jaago also..hope nobody else get cheated like me..we would buy at 1000 also after compairing prices bt showing 699 tag and beautiful wallet pic and belt and then sending 10 rs item ..it feels sad u r cheating ur customer bt remember my words u r cheating urself nt us

                    I bought mobile toolkit from shopclues.com. i made the payment by my debit card. and my order no is 76241508. company sent me invoice that it would deliever it on 3 dec 2015. but it was not delivered. i requested the company to refund my money. it sent me an invoice on 1st jan 2016 that i would get my money within 2 weeks. but i didnot receive the money yet. now i think shopclues has cheated me. please take proper action sothat i could the money back.

When i launch complaint about this matter my complaint closed after 2 days and response me that product description is same, so you cant change or return this product.                             I ordered 3 products from Shopclues.com on 7th January’16 with order ID as 81233370, 81233371 & 81233375. Two of them were delivered on 11th & 13th January’16 respectively but both of them were in damaged condition (Broken / Part missing). A request was raised telephonically and complaint registered. They provided me the link and asked me to register the complaint on their website. I followed the link and entered all the details, but the photo upload link was not working. I tried again on second day but again that was not working. I tried it many a times but there seems some problem with that link and without photos you will not be able to register your complain. I called them again on 18.01.16 and they simply refused that as 2 days has been passed from date of delivery, it cannot be replaced now. This is utterly nonsense on their part as I had raised the issue on the same day of delivery. I can see many complaints against them of the same nature. Please advice how to sue them. No worries of the legal cost involved. I wish that their founders Agarwal & Singh also use some brains while doing business. This way they would get bankrupt soon. Request all to NOT TO BUY through these fraud people.

                              On 6th Jan, 2016 I had placed on order for Optimum Nutrition 100 Whey Gold - Extreme Milk Chocolate 2 Lbs at Shopclues.com. Order Number 81112805. I paid for it online but shopclues.com did not process the order claiming it to be high risk. Assuming that money will be refunded to me, I re-ordered the same product on the same ID via cash on delivery. However, my account got debited of the amount of Rs 2848. I mailed shopclues.com the bank statement reflecting that and even attached an ID proof as demanded by them in a mail. Till date, there has been no reply from the company on this issue despite lodging an official complaint on your website, calling their customer support and repeatedly following up on mails.                                   Sir, I have ordered and paid online for the following two products:- 1) Weekly General knowledge Update-2016 2) Silicone kitchen cooking Basting Brush for applying butter, oil etc. I placed the order on 02.01.2016 but yet the products have not been received to this end. but in your website, on query, it is being seen that the products are already delivered.. how is it possible that I have not got the product but it is already showing that it is delivered to my address????? therefore, you are requested to take drastic measures regarding non-receipt of my products for which I have already made my payment.. How a brand like shopclues can deceive us like this???? if your product is not ready then please send me back my money to my account..please get me back ASAP.

                                    I had returned the product as it was not complete and the product was received at shopclues on 10 DEC 2015. I was informed that my refund would be processed with two weeks. I have not got any info about my refund inspite of my calls to the customer care number.

                                      Dear Concern, I had not received product from your side. Product is car decken charger and screw driver tester. My money is already deducted from my account. I have received message from your company side your cash back shall be processed in your citrus wallet within 1 working day as on 27 dec 2015. But when I talked your customer executive they said I can't help u. So, now I m complaining to you about customer helpline executive and your company service. Till the time I had not recieved the same product. So, request to you please track my order and re-send again as it is car decken charger, secrew driver tester and wallet. Please return my product otherwise I will sue against your company.
