Currently Shop Clues Intentionally Denied the RETURN again and again by Replying "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Based on your concern, we have investigated the matter with our courier partner as well as with our merchant and found that same and complete product has been delivered to you in seal packed condition after proper quality check. Therefore, we may not be able to process your request further." After my logical reply (The reply is " 1.Courier partner have no role to check the quality of the product. They ship the product which was shipped by consignor/merchant. They do not check the product. That is none of their business. 2. Merchant always want to sale the product. Also want to avoid RETURN. Please accept the RETURN and check my issue which is correct or not (by Shop Clues Agent). If I raised the incorrect issue then you cancel the RETURN, then I will not interrupt further...") shopclues give the SAME reply. NOTE that No RETURN is available on this product. Main Complain is ShopClues does not declare officially that there is no return option available...

Shop clues has delivered the wrong product, this is been the regular case from shop clues - We had paid 50 Rupees and They delivered the Wrong product

Sir, I have ordered a Sony xperia e from shopclues.com on 8th January 2016 with order no. 81313110., after 2 days I've got a message from the ShopClues.com that your delivery of order is delayed because unavailability of the product with the merchant, than i've requested to provide me the product as soon as possible. Than yesterday on 16th January 2016 around 1:30 p.m. i've got the delivery of the product. When I opened the packaged i've got that the mobile box is badly rolled with the ShopClues tagged tape, and the seal of the box was already broken or broken because of removal of the tape I don't know, because of the tape the box also got damaged and the box of mobile is looking old than i've turned the mobile on when I used this mobile i've got so much leg when I try to turn on camera, it takes too much time, and when I try to turn on WiFi i've got a message on screen that an error has occur and they don't even provided me a screen guard and back cover with it than I initiated a return request for the product with the website for return the product and provide me the refunds. And today i've got a message in my returns section that the return request is rejected by the merchant, sir I am so much fed up because of them they don't even gave a e-mail that my request for return is rejected by the merchant and shopcles.com have a policy of returns if a consumer initiates a request in 24hours of delivery. But i've requested the return request after approx 2-3 hours of delivery and ShopClues.com refused to take returns and provide me the refunds.

Hi, I ordered a LET watch order id : 81130429. I have not received the product but got a mail and message that the product is delivered. in my shop clues login also I can see it is marked as delivered.

First they message me you will get the Jackets in 5 to 7 working Days. After 7 days they message me the Jackets are not in stock now we have cancel your order and we will return your money in 20 Days. This is the Fake Selling Site they not send any goods to any customers. From my Experience for this Website this is the Fake website. This ShopClues.com Website is Fake I want both Jackets...

I ordered MI 4i and received it two days back and product seems to be so lagy and it doubt that it is a used product or it has quality issues. So i raised a return request but shopclue had declined my return request. pleas help me in refunding my money back by taking this product.

I order a dumbell set from from shopclues on 30th December, 2015 (Oreder ID:[protected] and the product is shipped through safexpress.com (tracking no.[protected]. The shipment was untraceable for a long time and i raised the issue with shopclues. Then they updated the consignment number after a couple of days. One lady customer support called me up a 4-5 days back asking me whether i had received the consignment or not. I clearly told her that the consignment is not delivered to me till date and that i had went to safexpress branch at my city to inquire about the consignment and that the product is still located at the merchants city and it is yet to be shipped. she hang up the phone telling me that she will update me again. But surprisingly the next day i received an sms from shopclues telling me that the consignment was delivered to me. I raised a complain again, two days back, that the consignment is untraceable and yet to be delivered to me back. since them no one has replied any of my emails or given me any update. They are cheating the customers with fake sells

I have buy a product from shopclues, whoes photo on site os of standard size, they have not mention the size but when i got tht that is of very small size. am saying them to take it back, and give of standard size, but but they are nt ready for the same. from last 10 days they are cheating me everyday Please help Regards Narender Mehta [protected]

I have ordered samsung LED tv on Dec 31st 2015 in shopclues expected delivery date is 11th Jan later they changed to 15th jan still i havent received item, I am unable to track the staus of the product, i have called helpdesk somany time i did nt get any help fron them, they had wasted my festival holidays i regret by ordering in shopclues

It has been cheated by the company to the customer by giving the duplicate product, the quality of the product is too worst, within 1 week the stiches are out of the bag, the zip of the bag is too low class quality . not at all satisfied with the company . want back the return payment. cheaters..

Hi Sir, I purchase the products from shopclues.com. I have ordered 2 different products with multiple quantities here is order id[protected], 80433712. They simply cheating by sending the only 1 product with 1 quantity and saying that your returned date was completed. so we can't help on this. Please do favor to get back my products. i am having bill and every thing with me

I have seen an promotional email from shopclues, saying 100% cashback on limited products in form of cluesbucks, i have confirmed all terms and conditions from their customer support center, after that i have ordered 3 items with order id: 80561892, 80561641, 80561425. After too many calls to shopclues and emails, they have confirmed that they will not give cashback and they will not return this item, the support guys are [censored], they are like machines, "maafi chahunga asuvidha k liye" they don't know any other line then this. They declined return request, and saying that product was not in offer, but you can see the snapshot shared with this message clearly mentioned with the order "100 percent cashback" they are fooling people.

I had purchased car Charger, Shoplcues has delivered with 4 peas and later I purchased Bed sheet Rate has mentioned 372 but the qulity is not even 80 Rupees, Glows No one can use this, all happen 1 Month back, due to there promised quality one after another - if some one want to buy a Qulity product please do not select shop clues.

I have purchase a face powder of rs. 299 (shown in site) at rs 1 (in offer) but when I get the product in hand the Mrp is written rs. 40 in it. And also the product was fully damaged. I also ordered a HICKS OVAL THERMOMERTER worth rs. 175 showing...at rs 1 but the written mrp in product is rs. 65 and I got others company product also...pls help

On 24/12/2015, i ordered a mobile(panasonic P 55) online from shopclues.com (order no.[protected] and i paid for the mobile through debit card during the order process. On 06/01/2016 i got a message from shopclues that the product has been delivered but i have not received any such product on that date. So, after that i called shopclues customer care and complained them about the issue, they told me that i will get a solution from them within 48hrs, bit i didn't get any solution. So i again called them and told them about the issue, then they told me that they jave confirmed from the courier partner that the delivery has been done and they will send me proof of delivery within 10days. So, this is the story. I have paid for the product and have not received the product yet, but the company says that the delivery has been done . So, please help me with the issue.
