On 24/12/2015, i ordered a mobile(panasonic P 55) online from shopclues.com (order no.[protected] and i paid for the mobile through debit card during the order process. On 06/01/2016 i got a message from shopclues that the product has been delivered but i have not received any such product on that date. So, after that i called shopclues customer care and complained them about the issue, they told me that i will get a solution from them within 48hrs, bit i didn't get any solution. So i again called them and told them about the issue, then they told me that they jave confirmed from the courier partner that the delivery has been done and they will send me proof of delivery within 10days. So, this is the story. I have paid for the product and have not received the product yet, but the company says that the delivery has been done . So, please help me with the issue.

      I had ordered Designer dazzling orange colour party wear Suit(fs1030) code 85220408.the order no was 81178333. But the product that was delivered to my door was different from the actual product, it was white colour anarkali.And when I requested for return the shopclue's customer employee told that it is not possible because the product you have been orgered was the offer one.Secondly the dress that I had ordered costs Rs 899 and the dress that I received does not even cost more than Rs500.

        My order no 74947102 is disappointed me about your customer care response and its actions on my issue ...poor response same thing ask several times ...and ask respond in 48hours from Dec 17_2015 ...I returned your broken chopper on dec12-2015 and your warehouse asked me 48hours to respond it for confirmation... And Indian post courier slip said article is delivered on 12_Dec_2015...after long period time your warehouse is not responde my mail and conversation... It is worst response ...so refund my cash on my account ...I sended Indian post courier slip ...

            On 04/01/2016, i ordered a shoe online from shopclues.com (order no.[protected] and i paid for the shoe through debit card during the order process. On 08/01/2016 i got a message from shopclues that the product has been delivered but i have not received any such product on that date. So, i went to the courier partners office (First Flight) and asked them whether any such product of such order number and tracking number has arrived at their place or not, they told me after checking their register that no such product has arrived at their place and they have not done any such delivery. So, after that i called shopclues customer care and complained them about the issue, they told me that i will get a solution from them within 48hrs, bit i didn't get any solution. So i again called them and told them about the issue, then they told me that they jave confirmed from the courier partner that the delivery has been done and they will send me proof of delivery within 10days. So, this is the story. I have paid for the product and have not received the product yet, but the company says that the delivery has been done and when i asked the courier partner they said no such product has arrived at their office. So, please help me with the issue.

                I purchase Samsung 40 inch Television from shopclues and the order number is 79444487. They gave me the delivery dt on 04 Jan but the product is not delivered to me till now. I spoke to Mr Rahul Pathak, senior of shopclues and even i lodged so many complaints to their customers care. They were making me fool. Please solve my problem and take strict action against shopclues. I m very thankful to you. I think consumer court is the last option for me. I already paid the money. Please refund my money back or delivered the product. I m waiting for your reply. Thanx

                          Hi I have ordered Samsung S4 I9500 LCD Display order Number is 80911017.Merchant delivered faulty product which i noticed after opening shipment. I didn't even used the product. I just packed it back immediately how it was and requested return. Merchant has rejected return requested. Reached Shop clues over phone and they are telling it is used so merchant has rejected the return. How can they judge themselves without knowing that i used product? I want my money back and product is in the same condition how i received. Expecting a faster resolution.

                            Trying to return the damaged product from the first minute of when I got the mobile with damaged screen and banded back. But the ShopClues app is unable to upload a single photo and without this the app is unable to accept the refund request. I have replyed them on their mail id but they didn't revert back. And now when I am calling them they are saying it's more than 2 days we can't refund. I need help I you can please help. I bought this mobile for my younger sister and now I can't afford it again.                             My friend it happened to me and you know what I did I reordered the same product but this time COD / Cash on Delivery when the oreder came gave the delivery man some money to open the pack and removed the item and replaced it with bar soap and returned the order asking him to report as "item not collected" now let shop clues have a bath with the soap stinking people that they are

                                    Received the product of Ambrane A7-3 G calling tablet on 25th December 2015 with 6 month warranty at 6.00 pm, After i opened the box, i put in charging due to dry and switch on it after 1 hr. It shows only white display some line, so i request shop clues for refund due to technical issue, but message received from Shop clues by mail to visit service center as it has warranty. I have updated them, there is no service center near by, so i again request them to refund or replace the product. But till today 11.01.2016, my problem is not yet solved, its still laying with me. Please help to sort out this issue.

                                      First they have give me completely damaged tv, after more than one month struggle they gave me the same TV in new packing, Now its not broken but technically its not working properly They Are making fool of their customers by giving one year seller warranty, I am calling on call centre of shopclues from last one month and they always tell me to wait for 48 hours and when I am waiting for 48 hours they are not giving me any solution and then again I am calling then again they are asking to wait for 48 hours, Now I am fade up with shopclues they are harassing and torturing from last three months now.
                                      Buddy you are not going to get any positive genuine response from shop clues the customer care will respond to your mail as if you will get the return or replacement and if you return the product both the returned product and you money will vanish further more your phone calls to the customer care will only add up as additional cost and this whole exercise will work against you / stress you

                                        Dear, I placed for Samsung LED TV(40J5100) 40” with the order id : 80231364 on 29/12/ 2015, 1.17 PM.I received the product on 31/12-2015 and I found it defective. I put on-line complaint on shop clues have filled a return request to refund my money or replays the led. My complaint # 5680794 & they had to reply 48 hrs as the mentioned but they not reply till . so I have request you please help me further process . Also please note I have call every day customer care three four time he told me wait 48 hour . but not response to till & today. I have call again customer care 5/1/15 they have asked to send the picture of led. please find attached picture & communication detail with shop clues customer care .
