    Sir, i buyed a power bank from this site and it was delivered on 6th dec 2015 and from that day i kept making a request for return of it as it was not in a working condition.Almost three times i have made a return request and they are saying that it will be returned but they are not taking it back.
    ShopClues.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Buddy you are not going to get any positive genuine response from shop clues the customer care will respond to your mail as if you will get the return or replacement and if you return the product both the returned product and you money will vanish further more your phone calls to the customer care will only add up as additional cost and this whole exercise will work against you / stress you
    My friend it happened to me and you know what I did I reordered the same product but this time COD / Cash on Delivery when the order came I gave the delivery man some money to open the pack and I removed the item and replaced it with bar soap and returned the order asking him to report as "item not collected" now let shop clues have a bath with the soap stinking people that they are

          I have ordered puri maker order no.[protected]n 17/12/2015 in shop clues through credit card, then on 29/12/2015 i received a courier through professional couriers . after receiving the parcel i was shock to see that the box was empty no puri maker filled with therm o foam & immediately i spoke to shop clues customer care on 29/12/15 and informed the issue of empty box though customer care & mail and he told me to wait for 48 hrs to cross checkup and raised a complaint id 5644869, from then i am keeping following up regularly. they daily extends for 48 hrs & they doesn't tell me when the problem would be solved and found no action taken till today . I found feel that empty box couriered knowingly because the bill for the product which kept inside clearly says the weight of the box mentioned is 0.5 kg.( how can a puri maker be 0.5 kg) which the image is attached below for your reference. Also i am attaching you the images of the empty box Kindly resolve the issue and take necessary action . mistakes may happen but i really felt bad for bad customer service till today i doesn't received a call from customer for issue happened and very negligent in taking action to resole the issue.

            I ordered a memory foam neck pillow from shopclues as I have cervical problem, the product arrived was wrong, even after filing 3 return requests they have been continuously declining the return request. Such a poor service not even ready to exchange the product.

                I made a purchase of Acer laptop from ShopClues.com . I received the package on 4th Jan 2016 and on 5th Jan itself, I raised the replacement request with ShopClues.com as the laptop was faulty. The battery of the laptop doesn't charge or work. I called up ShopClues customer care 3 times and placed my feedback online but no response from ShopClues. Later, I get a message from them that the return has been declined and now I need to contact Acer support myself. I received the mail from ShopClues that I am 100% secure under Buyer Protection Rights. What a perfect example of Buyer protection and the complaint was raised in a day and the window period of return is 10 days as per their site. Please have this issue reported with ShopClues as this is a clear case of fraud and cheating on ShopClues end.                         I placed an order with shopclues on 30th December 2015 and selected the mode of payment as cash care, the amount of 4188 got deducted and all procedures of emi was done by cash care team appropriately, but Shopclues is not confirming the order neither they are ready to give me the exact status of the order. and their customer service is soo poor that they are not even able to handle the concern properly. I called to their customer service department pathetic service. They just put me on hold for like 22 minutes then disconnected the call. There customer service pathetic to the core for a single revert they require 48 hours. Today its 8th of January till now there is no update of my order my money got deducted i have bank details for the same. i will sue these buggers. if they will not provide me the solution within 24 hours.

                              They have declines the return request without any reason. The product I had purchase @Rs 2098 and the product they delivered of ~Rs500 only.
                              I have contacted them several time, each time they are telling they will come back within 2-3 days. But after 12day they are simply telling that return request is declined without any reason.

                                This is regarding the Order Number 78824899 which was placed on 20th Dec. I received the order on 28th Dec. The order which i received was incomplete. I received half of the items of the product and without which the product was completely useless. i request for return on same day itself (28th Dec 2015). Since then i am continuously calling the shopclues.com to pickup the product and now it has been more than 2 weeks, they are just giving me 48 hours timeline and cancels the pickup without any proper reason. They falsely says that pickup was attempted and was cancelled by Buyer which is not the case as i didn't received any call from Shopclues/Courier Department since the date i requested for return. I am not seeing any way out from this. Please help me to refund the money (698) spent on this product.
