When the complain is given on the customer care, I required the bill they said if you have any problem in future you can contact to us but without the bill the product is been selling the shopclues illegally. And even I have complain that I was taken the product by checking the 3 led bulb of 3watts each, but as per the customer care executive it is only bulb, which is incorrect. While placing the order I have taken the screen shot of the payment confirmation page which I have attached herewith the highlighted box of the product image which is misleading to the consumer. If the complain is not been resolved here, I will make sure that the shopclues will be charge a penalty for not issuing a bill as per the MRP Act, and mis guiding the consumer.

Shopclues web site scammed me. They have not yet delivered my product.it has been more than one month now i have not received my product.not even m getting any response from any one.i suggest to everyone whenever shopcluesis giving offer please don't purchase any thing they just want money.they are are scammers. It's a matter of big shame that after a number of complaints and requests, Shopclues is not updating the address to which the product can be shipped and is redirecting again and again towards the refund. Firstly, I've ordered Asus Zenbook UX305LA-FB055T Laptop (Core i7 5th Gen/8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 10) vide order number 80633137 and even made the payment for it. When I've odered the product Shopclues's Delivery PIN checking box said the product can be shipped to PIN 700075 by 12th of JAN. Now Shopclues has increased the price of the same product by 17, 000 bucks and also cancelled my ordered product stating that it cannot be delivered at the address while they said earlier that delivery can be possible. When I had talk with the customer support regarding this, they said that it's not it their hand to cancel the refund process while the voicemail said that if the product's shipping address is changed to a valid one, it can be shipped and accordingly I have given a valid address as well of PIN 700032 and a customer support officer told that it can be dispatched in this address. So, if it can be dispatched to the address why is Shopclues playing pranks with the customers and saying that you'll get the refund after 30 hours. I need the product. Not the refund money. SHOPCLUES stop this sort of TRICKS in BUSSINESS else you won;t last long. Playing with customers money and trust will pay you back badly. MIND IT. I need the product and that's it. By HOOK ot by CROOK I need the product by 12th JAN which is the date of delivery.

I've ordered 8 gb pendrive on ShopClues but received damaged pendrive in the sealed package. when i contact ShopClues customer support they told me to contact sandisk customer support but in the pendrive strictly written warranty not subject to damage. I have multiple complaints against shopclues and i request for strong reaction and compensation. I purchased Skybags strolley for Rs.3, 899 viz order 75038017 on 08 Nov 2015 at 04:05 PM after i found that i will get 1050 cluebucks in Ghar Lao Diwali sale. And when they did not credit them, i wrote multiple emails to them inquiring it.Also since they sent unsigned warranty plus they had packed my strolley without a bubble wrap and directly, i inquired about that also. And even today i am awaiting their response.
