Return request RESUBMITTED Dear Sir, Please refer to the previous conversation, where i mentioned regarding return of the order no. 78809995. In this regard i have to mention following problems, i am facing with this product : Firstly, As i don't feel the actual colour appealing so i requested for return. I think that the words mentioned in the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION is very misguiding. You are mentioning regarding the best quality products of Franco Leon there, but you have neither mentioned any word regrading the product specifically nor you mentioned any clarification. I previously forgot to mention regarding its manufacturing year which is Feb, 2015. this is almost one year old shoe product, i think for the leather shoe one year period after manufacturing is very long period. Kindly look into this matter. I am attaching the picture of the box with this mail for your ready reference. Also there is a small hole in the left pair of the shoes. I am also attaching the picture of the product depicting the flaw in your product. Kindly look into above three issues and initiate return of my money in this regard as soon as possible. My first question for comp. when you advertise a branded company products in our website but when you delivered that products was not matched as per your advertisement (Specially the quality of products) products was totally duplicate and so chief materials. In company advertisement shown HP Brand but products is totally different. I have ordered Micromax Canvas Juice 2 AQ5001 Silver 8GB Rom, 2GB RAM and order number is 77268349 Today dated 11 Dec’15 I have received the courier at 3PM time and Rushikesh Mob number [protected] from courier person of Express-bees. Because of hurry he gave me the courier & left right away, I have checked & found ‘piece of ROCK & headphone’ in box instead of ‘Mobile & other accessories’. immediately I had called to the courier person and informed the same, I got response from him that, ‘I have done my work’ and he disconnected the call, after that i called to shopclues customer care & raised complaint but still they are not giving me refund back. please help me...

Hello Sir/Mam, This is to your kind information that I purchased a salt black nubuck loafer size IND 4 merchant Ref: ARJF0005 on 29/12/2015. & prefer no.#80107309. After mentioning my shoe number 4IND, they sent me shoe number 6, though, on their slip paper they mentioned 4IND. After calling on customer care services, nobody received my calls. After sending SMS, they sent me SMS not to be returned. Sir/Mam, it is not correct that you are sending any products without bothering to customer's requirements. kindly make the solution so that I can get the compensation. Hope for the best from you. Dear Shopclues, Very unhappy shopping on Shopclues..I have ordered 3 White 3 Watt LED Bulb of 3 sets i.e. 9 bulbs, bearing Order Number (24 Dec 2015, 07:33 PM) 79532019 on 31st December 2015, I have received the product by ecom express courier...Shocked ... when i open the Parcel, It is very shocking that I have received only 3 bulbs, i.e. 1 set instead of 9 Bulbs i, e. 3 sets.. I ask shopclues, How can you send less quantity products instead of actual order placed.. Request you to please send me the original quantity which i ordered bearing the order Number 79532019 which i have the full payment.. I have done so many online shopping with other e commerce websites, but they never disappointed me...First Time ordered with shopclues, shopclues gave me Shock and full of disappointment on 31st December, spoiled my new year celebrations... Dear Sir/Madam, I had total more than Rs. 302 shopclues bugs in my shopclues account than why it is showing only Rs. 100 Bugs. & on 20th Nov 152 bugs have been deducted twice from my account even it has no expiry date. today i just though of shopping in shopclues and facing this worst problem. Than whats the use of shopclues bugs if i cant use when i need ? if this is in your policy than kindly refund me the same in my bank. I have ordered 2 items where 1st was roti maker & 2nd was wooden skimmer. while ordering the products, there was some issue of transaction failure and therefore multiple orders had placed. (3 times) I contacted to shopclues customer care and ask for solution - He guided me to not accept the product then product will be returned by same courier. I did same as he guided. I took one of them product package and rest 2 package was returned by same courier. One product package which I kept was having faulty roti maker, therefore I kept wooden skimmer and again as per guidance of customer care I returned the roti maker by courier (own money used). It Means I have returned all of 3 roti maker and 2 wooden skimmer. I got refund of one product but two transactions are still pending. Chhavi womans casual pink handbag on dtd. 01/01/2016 but it was in torn condition so I refused to accept the bag, I have clicked some photographs of that package which are attached, may be the parcel was hit by bluedart persons vehicle. I Ordered htc desire 510 from shopclues.com but its not supporting the sim i sent many emails to company but they didnot take any action on my concern.they even didnot the cellphone.

Hi all, Today i received a call from your team member asking me that he can refund only 80 % of total amount. Which i am not ready for that doing such a cheap fraud with client & i was not satisfied with your product which has been returned. I am also from corporate company where more than 1800 employees working and they use shop clues. I will circulate below issue with our all team members, how you people become cheap & trying to deduct 20 % money from total gross. Just reply me that you people will not refund 100 % trust me i will highlight this issue in media partner will launch fir or ombudsman and will go to consumer court as well after getting your reply. I will surly share after sending defective or 2nd hand item you cheat your client. This is not email i am giving you last warning that i will go to any step for taking my 100 % money back. I will also highlight additional amount over and above actual cost in case if you do not refund 100 % money for harassment with me which i lost my mind money and time to chase you since more than 2 months. I will make all charge against you people as per law. I will complain in 48 hours at below address 1st step :- I know ever well both media partner it will take just few minutes to shoot email to them just waiting for your reply 1st if you resolve now! I have purchased dinner set from shopclues.com on[protected] estimated delivery was 14 when i used to contact with service center or email through they say you will receive product soon but after so many complaints my problem not solved. And suddenly i got message your product has deliver so i complain on consumer Court but again same thing happens with me. they call and say product is unavailable now. What should i do now it has been more then 20 days i have not received my product even they are not replying properly please help me to get my product my product id is[protected] why its showing me delivered on my shopclues app? In the name of giving products at rs.1, they trapped me into the offer and i purchased a digital clock...and then charged me Rs.49 as shipping charges...but even after that the delivered me a piece of cloth instead of the clock and when i lodged a complaint the rejected my return request saying "Based on your concern, we have investigated the matter with our courier partner as well as with our merchant and found that complete product has been delivered to you in seal packed condition after proper quality check. Therefore, we may not be able to process your request further." Fact of the matter is that just like me they are continuing this type of fraudulent activities with its customers. which is a concerning issue

Hi Sir, I have ordered 5 bed sheets on Shopclues.com and yesterday I received the courier cash on delivery with order no. 79170962. I have paid the full amount of Rs.1, 182/- which was for 5 products. But when I opened the courier, there was only 3 bedsheets in it and these three were also not the same that I have ordered. So, I requested for my refund of amount but the shopclues.com is denying by saying that "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Based on your concern, we have investigated the matter with our courier partner as well as with our merchant and found that same and complete product has been delivered to you in seal packed condition after proper quality check. I have Ordered "Leather Gloves" 22 Dec 2015 at shopclues but merchant cheated me and sent me cotton gloves.. I complained to customer Care.. but they are confusing me in rules and regulation..
