22thgiving me defective piece at the same time i will return the parcel to courier boy on 29-Oct-2015 after that i will provide all the necessary details like • Bank Account number • Account Holder Name • Bank IFSC Code • Contact Number after so many foll up and conversation with shopclues call center i am getting only excuse like we are regrade for inconvenience we will process your request and you will receive your money in 6 to 7 working day. this think happen more than 5 times still i am not getting my money back. even though they committed your money will transfer to bank account. i 've cross check with my bank but there are not a single transaction name of shopclues my order date is 22-Oct-2015 still i am waiting for my refund money. a waiting for your response Aamir Bisalpurwala +[protected]

Sir i had done the order in 24th desember, 2015 on shopcluse my order n.m is 79539562 and 79539558 my A/c [protected] and refrence n.m is ESBI[protected] I have bank statment which show that payment had been done to shopcluse of Rs 139 and shopcluse executive saying me that we had not recive any payment . They saying that billdesk is mediater between customer and shopcluse So i request you to see in this matter and solve the problem as soon as possible Thank you

I had placed an order for Minions Merry Christmas Ceramic Mug Qty was 2 but i had received only 1 mug instead of 2 though on the box it was mentioned that the qty was 2. when i actually opened it the qty was only 1. I called up on the number - [protected] which was provided on the box & the person who answered the call agreed that the box had only 1 qty in it & the 2nd would be delivered by Monday i.e 28th December. But i am yet to receive the pending qty. Since i did not receive the same till today i had called up the customer. For which the customer care blatantly denied helping saying that thats none of heir fault. i should have escalated the complaint on that very day. I should i raise a query if i was promised over the phone that i would be receiving the pending qty soon. Is Shopclues running a nexus with the Courier companies to cheat customers? Pathetic experience buying from you'll. i have been an avid online buyer. i would definitely discourage people from buying from your site.

Ordered a bike cover... Cover was stupidly crafted... Teared from many places so... So I tried to return it... I ordered it before 1 month... Still after returning I didn't got my Complete money... I tried callin them many times they... Said yes we have forward the request dont worry you will get you money soon... I did it more than. 9 times still they didn't returned my money back... Don't know what should I do now... They use to sell fake products... I got fake earphones which cost 900 Rs... And now after returning that earphones I got my money stuck at cluesbuck... So I have to purchase something... Any they selling stupid stuffs... Either broken damaged used or fake... Sick of this scam site...

I am writing this mail, after continuously trying to get some solution against my Sony smart Watch purchase from Acetel linkers pvt ltd via online SHOPCLUES.COM for more than 2 months. Attached is the money receipt for reference. Also find below the mail communication. I have not received any feedback. I have tried to contact Sony, they are saying the product is not genuine and they cant help in the case. Sony Service centers have rejected to accept the same for any service. I am left with no other ways to approach the Consumer Forum, go for legal action and claim compensation for the pain and harassment for the above product. Its hardly been 6 months of the product purchase and its not working in a proper way. A big black spot has appeared in the middle of the screen, which might be a LCD problem.I M ALSO ATTACH WITH INVOICE & DAMAGED WATCH Hope you understand the situation and get back to me for solution.

I bought a Samsung 9000 mah power bank ( Order no :[protected]. It is completely faulty . No smartphone is getting charged by it. Moreover the cord provided with it is of MI. I requested a return ( ticket number 5605324 ). But now they say that the merchant did not approve of the return. I received the product in tampered condition. First of all you people deliver faulty products and then refuse to initiate any return. Please look into the matter fast !

But they credited the 350 clubucks on 17/12/2015 (there is no intimation to me about the credit) and within 24hours on 18/12/2015 they remove the 350 cluebucks telling me that it expired. This is pure fraud. So stay away from this company who sells 3rd class products and using all means to cheat the customers. Their customer support is awful just like their 3rd class products. This is to inform you that I had ordered a manvaa classical designer dress and due to its bad quality I had returned it for a refund . the delivery guy picked up the product from my residence on 10th December 2015 . I have place Kaff 4 burner cook top order to Shop clues on 5th Dec'15 & same arrived on 16th Dec'15 that too after i have personally requested the courier team. But When we open the box we find product is in damaged condition & i have filled return request on 17th Dec'15 with in 2 days as per Shop clues return policy. But there was no firm reply from shop clues till 23rd Dec'15& also no confirmation was there confirming delivery of prodcut & when i speak to Rayazudin (Senior customer care executive at shop clues) on 23rd dec he told we only entertain return when after our site shows product delievered so, once again filed return request on 23rd Dec'15 till date no call from shop clues side & no return pick was there. Today 26th Dec'15 when i contacted shop clues team they again told me to wait for some more time as merchant has not replied on there request till date Kindly support me in getting my money back Reagrds, Saket

Dear sir, I have place the order with shopclues on 23rd of november of rs 4699 product is Asus fonepad 7 3g calling tab .I have received through courier Delhivery surface on 30th of november.After i have open the package and check it But sim card 1 slot is not working so i requested to shopclues for return pick up but no proper responce form shop slues after keep calling customer care finally return taken through Nuvo EX reverse pickup on[protected], After 2 days the product reached ware house of shopclues and then quality check also done its reach merchant also, But no matter about REFUND process i have updated my Federal bank a/c details to do the refund, I almost i have contacted more then 10-15 times when ever i call them they tel sorry for inconvenience we will revert back with in 48 hours, all are false commitment for shop clues, So kindly do the needful and get back my refund .
