This was my order number 75249629 product name was dell headphone amount was rs 1181 i had ordered this product in diwali ghar lao contest and 15 days has been passed still shopclues has not refunded my diwali ghar lao contest...I had mailed them many time an d call also... But no response from shopclues... Plz refund my balance of rs 709 in cluebucks form i m waiting to the reply of shopclues

If i order above rs 1400 then i will get rs 1050 75% cash back now i had ordered this 15 days has been passed also still shopclues is not refunding my cashback return cluebucks of rs 1050... This is my order number 74886363 my product name lg dvd writer my product amount is rs 1492 and amount should recive rs 1050 as diwali ghar lao contest shopclues has not refund my amount yet...Everytime i calling helpline number just keeping call on hold and taking too much time and after worse callis disconnnected due to balance over from me plz refund my balance of rs 1050...I need my money to shop another product... ORDER NUMBER 74884002 I had ordered one router on diwali ghar lao contest that time shopclues was telling me i[censored] order this product then u will receive rs 643 product amount was rs 1072 product name was tp link router cluebucks should receive rs 643 and amount has not intiated for cluebucks... Everytime i m checking frustrate from shopclues promise i will never buy from shopclues... I was getting rs 643 that is why i had oordered that product plz refund my balance of rs 643 urgent

They didn't delivered it to me and when i checked for status it shown me that is already delivered to me... :( Mostly whenever i order something from shopclues, the courier boy came after calling on my phone but for this one, no one called me and no idea where is my product disappeared..!! And nobody serious about this issue when i called to shopclues. They gave me dates and dates but not return any of my money which i paid by net banking. Wher i called to shopclues's care, they didn't hear and connect my call with another person who was also frustrated by shopclues's after sale service, we both fought with each other and at the end of our conversation we knew that we both are customer... it was very disgusting moment of my life with shopping with shopclues... Received a duplicate product.When asked to return the seller closed the return ticket.. When i called the seller they told me that it would be returned within 3-4days But now it's been 3 and a half month.. But not returned yet. When i call them "Om enterprise" the seller now they dont receive my phone the product was named to be"100% genuine apple iphone 5s earphone" but its duplicate.. I want help.. Hoping the needful at the earliest..

My order no. is 77683924. I had bought this product on 8th December and paid online. The product was not shipped to me and one day on 19th December i received a email stating that the product was delivered to my shipping address. i wrote a number of emails to the company but they have only one reply that the product has been delivered. As a buyer i feel cheated because i had paid in advance. I feel my money is gone. Even though i asked the company to send me some proof of acknowledgement, they are not sending me. If i have taken the product i must have signed somewhere while receiving the product, why they are not sending me copy of that signed received copy. Guys if you do not want to go through this kind of harassment DO NOT SHOP THROUGH SHOPCLUES.

Sir, i orderd a watch from shopclues online with cash on delivery but after delevery i found that watch is not working & that is not branded which i had orderd. Than i request for return than he told that amount will be refunded within 8 days but after 8 days co. refused for refund. So please help me.

Dear team, Pls refund my money in my account. I don’t need the low category of material and product is duplicate. and why showing Return Request Closed. Dear sir, i had booked FANCY & FOLDABLE MULTI LAYER SKY BLUE COLOUR STORAGE SHELF RACK WARDROBE ALMIRAH Code: 72881572 Merch Ref: SRW3000146 on 4 december 2015. product delivered to me on 9 december 2015. product is of poor quality and incomplet. i requested to return the same after 3 days of recieving this product. but shopclues denied to replace the same. telling that missing product can be replace on within 48 hour of delivery of product, but their return policy is of 7 days. kindly help me to solve this

I placed a Order no. 76600064 on dated 27.11.2015 for Strontium 16GB POLLEX USB DRIVE . On 07.12.2015 I complaint at shopclues regarding non delivery of product and Mr Nitesh from shopclues told me wait for delivery. My request with shopclues has been logged with ticket number 5397573. (Pi-1) On 08.12.15 I recieved a SMS from Book my Packet the courier firm on my registered mobile no regarding successful delivery of product. I was shocked how is it possible. Then again on same day I called at Shopclues customer care and told them the whole incidence. and next day I recieved mail from Shopcluesregarding delivery of product confirmation by their corier partner i.e. Book my Packet.com (Pic-2). Then I mailed Shopclues for sending me the pic/ image of the page in which courier boy got my signature on recieving (Pic-3). From that day to today I Called shopclues custmer care regularly and also mailed severally but every time they are assuring me of resolving the issue in next 24-48 Hours but till date I was not supplied the product and didnt even got a call from shopclues regarding any progress. I have ordered a "Microsoft Windows 8.1 Professional genuine disk with license key" of order ID[protected] from shopclues on 8 dec 2015. I have got this product on 12 dec 2015 and paid Rs.2538/- in cash. But i get to know that, this product is not genuine. Sir, i have bought a led television from shopclue online. they have delivered a item which was imported(as per shopclue). but the serial no on tv screen and on cabinet are different. which means tv was locally assembled. i have asked to shopclue to changed it then they offered me 500/- and after 10 days 2000/- rupees. but product is not original and might be from gray market. also item received was loose i.e. not company sealed. i have sent all photographs to shopclue.they are asking to send tv and then they give back either refund or replacement. but i belongs to airforce. my senior are telling to ask for replacement first because u are not sure whethere they send u same or same type product by pasting same no. steaker . also bill is not having sl no.of tv. i am sending u all communications copy, photo graph and bill copy. kindly help me and try to give me genuine product or sufficient compensation... gk gautam

My order number is 77023867. My product not delivered yet now . Promise date was 12 December 2015. Whenever i speaking customer care they told me just wait 48 hrs . But it is more than 5 time. First they have given me wrong tracking number. Then wrong destination. I dont know when it will solve . I asked them either delivered my product or returned my money . But they always said just wait 48 hrs .
