I had purchased samsung Tv 40h5100 from shopclues with order no 27940249 and the product was returned for replacement on 16november due to manufacturing defects. Shopclues since 16november giving excuses that they waiting for merchant feedback to process further. They have product in stock but still they say wait for further 2days plz help me

Order NO[protected], Shop Clues REFUND ID-8176834, Order Date-10/12/15 Before order i called and ask if i can get the delivery at my location and they said yes, there was no COD option so i paid online debit card. after two days i got email that due to service unavailability i my order is been cancelled and i will get refund. i pain in Two minuets and they will refund me in next 15 Days. i got email refund initiated and it will show in my account next 7to9 working days. but between that days i called several time to know how long time it will take to show in my account, they only say please wait till 22nd December after that i called on 24 Today to know why i never got money yet. so the supervisor says we had proceed for refund on 13th and you would had to get the money. but now if it is not showing in to my account i have to be send them my Bank Statement to show them i am not lying and i never got money in reality. now the banks are close for 4 days and they are telling me to send the statement which not possible till 28 December. and also when i ask why i never got my money till yet and how much more time it will take more they have no answer they are only telling please wait but they are not giving any particulate date when i can get my money back. also the supervisor said we did our procedure now it may the problem from your bank, but while i ask my bank there are not pending balance from anywhere i am doing transaction so easily with my bank so why only the problem with there transaction, it is so simple they are just plying around because they are not gonna refund. they have no answer for anything even they are blaming my bank. i have to ask is there any LAW in our India who can stop these cheaters. i need my money back even i lost so much mobile balance while calling them as they dont have any Toll FREE number and also they are not transferring my call to the supervisor they are putting me on hold at least 15 to 25 minuets.

Hi, I order Lifebuoy Natural Hand Wash 215Ml - INR 169 from shopclues on 20/12/15. The MRP on product i received is 69. The are cheating people. They state more price and give discount on that which is a clear case of fraud. My order number for shopclues is 78786350

It have a holes in right side of shoes and the shol is not fixed properly its just not properly fit by the boby of the shoes

Sir, i ordered 'SALT BROWN SHOES" from shopclues.com on MRP 369 with online payment( including shipping charge Rs.20) vide order no.73186834 on date 24.10.2015. and i was submited a complain against company in indian consumer complain forum. and i trying to contact from company last 2 month. today i received a phone call from shopclues company, regarding a submited complain but i am not SATISFY from company answer. Company are Told me ! 1. we have can't give you compensation. 2. we have can't give you 'SALT BROWN SHOES" in MRP 369( including shipping charge Rs.20). Now if you want purchases a 'SALT BROWN SHOES" you can purchases a product as a new customer in our deal Rate. why? all is company fault. please give me justice

I have made a request to return the soup set for providing me better quality. but they deny to return the product. I have ordered a backpack (Laptop Bag - Backpack - Black Red Color Unisex Bags (QTY:1)) from Shopclues.com on 15 Dec 2015, 07:14 PM (Order No.[protected], which had specifications of 1) 4 Pockets, 2) 18 inch size, but the delivered item (Delivered on last Sunday) had 1) only 2 pockets, 2) 16 inch size. When I asked for a return, they rejected the return, and they have no chat facility to talk further about the matter. Please help...

I buyed one wireless cctv camera worth Rs. 1799 on shopclues on 15 Dec. Order no[protected].The same was delivered on 22nd Dec. through Innovex courier, delivery Boy named Nehal Soni. When I received the courier it weighed almost nil, on it, it was written as 0.5 kg. So I opened the box n found as empty box, there was no product in it.

I had bought a product from shopclues that is screen protector of mobile on 16dec 2015 and my delivery date is 23 dec 2015. but on 22 dec 2015 a message came from shopclues that my order is cancelled due to product is untracable. when I talked to customer care they misguided me that this cancellation policy is mentioned on site but that is not mentioned on site I checked it. My complain is regarding this they sell the product in low price and when we pay for the product they use our money for their personal use for some days and after that they return our money. My point is that when I ordered the product & it is got cancelled by the Shopclues due to lost of product they inform us & and they take our permission for cancellation or either they can took more time to deliver the same product. They are returning money because whatever we bought on site the cost of that product is for time period after that the product rate is increased. And then they deliver the same product in high price which is also a case of "FRAUD". So I beg you that please take some serious action against these site & If any support is needed than I will fully support you.
