My order no 76091506 had reached the courier office near to my home on Nov 27 but they didn't deliver it. I have given multiple complaints to customer care of shopclues and Professional courier but no effective action was taken. After 25 days of waiting I went to courier office and found my parcel covered with dust and torn opened! Please see the photos

    Hi, I bought a smartphone from ShopClues.I recvd the phone on12/12/15.when I opean packaging, the mobile box was unsealed and my free 8GB memory card was not in the box.then, when I started the phone it was not working properly it was a defective product.so I submit the return request successfully by received confirming mail/SMS.After 4 days I recive a massage from shopcluse that my return reqst is decline.when I contact customer support team the no. Is invalid. Kindly look in to the matter and return the product and refund my money by the shopcluse.

            They hv cheated ..First when i contacted regarding the clues buck issue to their customer care agent, they told me that u will not receive d clues bucks fr no proper reason while it clearly showed while ordering tht on order completion u will receive 1050 clues buck(which can be reedemed later)...I called thm 100 times bt they did not add to my account...Suddenly one day they added it to my account and removed after 5 days without informing me...Later whn i came to know, i contacted them once again and they said tht cluesbucks will be added within 24 hrs again and apologized fr d inconvenience...When nt added after even 48 hrs i contacted thm nd nw they r saying tht we cannot add clues bucks...More thn 200 Rs have been wasted on my phn bill. Order No.[protected] The attached email clearly shows tht they have replied with the promise of addition of clues bucks on 15th dec. again bt actually it was nt added into my account... .

              I had ordered two numbers of iDeals Premium Aroma Diffuser With Aroma Oil And Tealight (Code: 966506) and received the order today, only to find both the items broken to pieces. I have never had such a terrible experience in my entire history of rigorous online shopping from any other website till date. If they were selling fragile items then they should have known how to pack them as well. Very very disappointing. I need a refund!

But the product delevered to me was totally different. I messaged to the number given by shopcles and get replied from Shopclues that my order is no longer eligible for return. Now I just want to know what about my money I spent?

                  I bought a smartphone from shopcluse on 12-12-15.i recieved the item it was unsealed and free 8gb memory card not in the box.however when the mobile was starting it was not working properly.it is a defective item.I request to return the item on[protected].and after 4 days later why this return item is decline.when I reviveed the defective item, next day I submit my return request successfully.also the customer care no is invalid.

                      We had ordered mouse for computer systems 15 in number from shopclues under the order number 75976041 the same was reported defective at the earliest as the quality was low. we reported to the customer care for the return of the material and cancellation of the order and refund of the amount the same is not complied with. whenever we call the customer support they take a time of 48 hour but take no action we are now helpless with the situation and seeking for immediate response for our complaint.

                        Hi, Using Shopclues website, I have done online shopping for a product on 29th Nov 2015. According to the update from the order details on the website, the product should have been delivered by max 5th Dec 2015. However, I have no clue where the product is. I tried contacting Shopclues but the customer care is a nightmare... Then decided to register complaint on their email ids and every time I email asking about the status...they have just responded "as per the updates from courier company.. product will be delivered in 4 to 5 days... This response I have received for 3 times in last 15 days... The company shopclues even doesn't have the seller information's listed/shared to the buyers. Now, As a buyer I am completely clueless on the product status... as the company SHOPCLUES -- It proved that the customer after shopping will be clueless. Sir, why they had sent damaged peace? Actually my neighbor has collected the stove, so i thought it will be conditioned peace only. When i was opened at that time only informed and written mail also. Now i want return the same but they are not taking any response. If it is damaged in transit - why that nobe is not working? If damaged in transit it will be bend and glass will be damaged.                                   Shopclues as always is going worst day by day from the time they started as an online selling website. Recently they came up with a foul play with one promotion which they named "100% cashback offer - Independence Day Sale"
                                  1] 100% cashback in form of cluebucks from 11th to 15th Aug 2015
                                  2] Minimum cart value Rs. 690
                                  3] Max. cashback of 1000 cluebucks

                                  I placed and order (Order number[protected] on 13th August 2015 worth Rs. 1056.

                                  One of the sellers of Shopclues cancelled products which were supposed to be delivered by him and because of this he brought my order value below Rs. 690. Now its not my fault that seller of shopclues cancelled order, as sellers are managed by shopclues and not me. If one seller cancels order, its for shopclues to get it delivered by another seller.

                                  I placed my order with shopclues, so any cancelleation from shopclues end or seller end, as its not cancelled from my end, this turns out to be shopclues fault and customer cannot be penalized by not getting the promotion benefit because of shopclues and its seller fault.

                                  I raised complaint/ticket and exchanged around 30 mails with Shopclues customer support starting 20th August 2015 till date, but they just act as deaf ears to customer. Shopclues customer support just keep replying with template response and sometimes does not even reply. I asked for arranging a manager callback, which they have not arranged from 2 months now.

                                  Overall, they are cheating customers wherein they themselves cancel part of order so that customer order value goes below promotion min value and they end up paying no benefit to customer. TYhey acheieve to lure customers, and then make a fool out of them where customer is just on loosing end.


                                  COMPENSATION
                                  Shopclues wasted my time and effort and caused me huge harassment from last 4 months. They must compensate by giving me complete 1000 cluebucks for my order and also compensate for harassment caused to me.

                                        On 7/12/2015 i ordered CatBird Women Black Loafer 157.On 12/12/15 i received the product but not the same product which i ordered this was the totally different product from which i ordered.Then i have request for return and refunds my money.On 15/12/15 they approved but not yet refund my money.Today they send me a mail that my area is not serviceable for courier pick up.But all the courier company came my address and delivered the product.Even they send me different product from different couriers and they all delivered the product to me.And another thing i have purchased Sparkk Premium Single Bed Mink Blanket 2 different model they send wrong product with defective piece.For that i also made refunds request but the merchant reject my request.This way shopclues cheated their customers.Please take some legal action against them.
