Booked two pieces of the headset but EMPTY BOX received and I am regularly mailing them and contacting them to rectify this mistake done by them but they are not responding properly. shopclue is cheating peoples and i request any possible authorities ban that site . i dont mind for the loss that i have had but BAN this cheaters. I can even provide the proof how they cheated.

I did a great mistake ordering goods from shopclues website. I had ordered two tshirts from shopclues. I was notified that I would receive them on[protected]. I got a call from the courier person. Since I wasn't able to pick the call, I called back thrice exactly after 10 minutes. And I received a message telling, the delivery was not possible because the consignee was not available! I don't understand what's happening. This was the status of one of the tshirts. The other tshirt was supposed to be delivered today. I didn't receive it. I have called up the customer care of xpressbees four times since[protected]. They are not responding nor are they delivering my product. I had ordered a pair of shoes yesterday from shopclues and I want to cancel the order at any cost. The customer care number 91 [protected] is not working too. I don't understand how they started an E-commerce website when there's no access for customers to contact for support. Its ridiculous. I'll make sure I will never order anything from shopclues ever again. Please help me get my money refunded.

Hi, I purchased an LED TV from shopclues.com for 14000 INR and find its not an indian based product and no service from samsung india has offered . The product quality is also not good too, so i placed a return order to pick up that product but it took more than a month for me to make the return order approved and spent a lots of money for phone calls to customer care and for sending mails (sent more than 25 mails). Now finally after 5 weeks of fight they approved the request and they are telling that return should be sent at my own risk which is not actually expected to be happen. please make the return pick up to be happened from their end and help me to get my money back soon.

Shopclues order number 75305539 date 10 nov 15. payment done through netbanking order still not received even after 36 days. company giving false commitments and fake reports regarding the order.

I have not yet received my order and I have got an email and SMS saying your order has been delivered. The courier guy called me a couple of times and lied that there was no one in my office which cannot be true as my office has 24X7 guards who accept parcels regularly. When I told him that I have received and email and SMS from ShopClues saying your order has been delivered, he said it must be a mistake. I will not order anything from Shopclues hence forth. Very upset.
