This is my order number of shopclues 74868839 i had ordered this product on ghar lao diwali contest as per my order i would get cluebucks of rs 709 and my order was rs 1181 and product was dell stereo bluetooth headset plz refund my balance of rs 709...And give me 5 days validity after receiving cluebucks as per the policy of shopclues plz tell shopclues to give me my rs 709 cluebucks more than 1 month passes no response from shopclues

I have multiple complaints against shopclues and i request for strong reaction and compensation. I purchased Skybags strolley for Rs.3, 899 viz order 75038017 on 08 Nov 2015 at 04:05 PM after i found that i will get 1050 cluebucks in Ghar Lao Diwali sale. And when they did not credit them, i wrote multiple emails to them inquiring it.Also since they sent unsigned warranty plus they had packed my strolley without a bubble wrap and directly, i inquired about that also. And even today i am awaiting their response. Then without any idea, or information or response to queries, they expired my 927 cluebucks (1 bucks=1 Rupee) in 5 days when this is what their website says: Clues Bucks have an expiry date, which means that they will not be available after a fixed time period: Transaction Clues Bucks that you earn as part of a prepaid order expire after 120 days from the date of issuance Refund ClueBucks which are awarded as part of a payment refund have no expiry date Awards & Other Clues Bucks that you might win in contests on our social media sites or as any other reward expire after 180 days And even after contacting them again and again they did not help me. one of their customer services lied to me and sent this email: ... They have not even replied about warranty or packaging. Importantly they have not done it and even after i called them and wrote again on [protected]@shopclues.com, there has been no reply.

I lodged an issue to shopcleus on same day. Ticket ID: 5213529: In this ticket ID, I had asked for new cell phone or compensate the loss of my cell phone due to malfunction battery. In the other hand, shop clues merchant had canceled my order due to, reason, product unavailability. Then shop clues transfer my order to another merchant on 26-Nov-2015 Order ID: 76549707 Order Date: 27-Nov-2015 I rejected this product and not accept. Shop Claus asked me to send defective product pics and product packing label. I had sent the pics on 28-Nov-2015. I regularly asked to shop clues to cancel my order and compensate my cell phone loss. but no body is responding to me. Defective product receive against Order ID: 76094411 is with me with its original packing. Please help me out, No body is responding on my cell phone issue.

Dear Shopclues my one problem not yet solved by you and another order just received a minute ago of hosiery track pant, and the product is crap no other words can be used such a product total crap, its your or your seller fault whocs fault is this no customer will be happy with such product

Hi I am shukraraj patil. I purchased an micromac yuphoria yu5010 mobile from shopclues on 5-11-15 order id: 74614079. I got default mobile from shopclues on 17-11-15. There is voice issue in mobile next person can't get the volume of any call. Than i request to replaced the mobile But they can't response to me & suggest me to go service center. I submitted mobile to borivali service center, but they also take 30 days for replacement.

I have ordered Sony headset on 5Nov 2015 and the order number is 74691695.I paid full amount from my card.I don't received the product and raised a complaint.complaint number is5109386.I have spoken to customers care so many times.I have mail proof as well.they are saying that product is delivered.still date I didn't receive the product.now they are sending mail product has been delivered.

The mobile karbon A11* which is of 2999. Actually the handset configuration & The handset are not mtaching... Actual size of mobile is 4.3 Inches, but in your given configuration it is 4inches.. Which is actually wrong ! The processor is dual core bt in your given configuration its 1ghz cpu.. No dual core ! So plz make it correct... I m confused whether to buy this product or not.

I shop the product from Shop clues, but several times i get the product either wrong in color, or wrong in size, or totally different items. for the current product about which i become panic that is the Jacket & Mens Stylish Blazer (Designer)Assorted" just because when i asked for return about the product they say that there is no pic up facility from your PIN code. When they can deliver then why not they are receiving the product. and if they dispatch correct product why will i asked for return. They wrote on site that "Original Product May different from Images, Due to different Lots, Thats why Product Cheap, But Quality is good, We are fully responsible about quality but do not complaint regarding colors. Today i am complaint about refund of my phone mi redmi note 4g. after that some body called me on phone by number [protected] . he is asked my all things that is on my debit card after that he sended OTP that was requested by him. he asked that OTP is this necessary. i think it is a fake caller who want to hack my bank account PIN code om prakash ph no.[protected]

I place a order on 3 Dec 2015 the track I'd is 77169922 till now I didn't get my shipment but I got a mail from company like its already delivered I enquired in shop clues customer care trice but they didn't give a proper solution

HI i had bought product under deepwali offer and got 1050 clusebuck in my account .but when i order using these shopcluesbugs all the product got return back to origin . so many reminder mail send to product reorder the same.they send back cluesbucks and next day it is showing expire .it is totally cheated the customer . I have bought a 10400mah Power Bank of rupees 530 from shopclues, com. They delivered the product on 30 November 2015. The product was defective. product is not working. I put a complaint to them but still they did not take any action.
