I have ordered (table mate II) portable folding table from site on 13th November. and got delivery at 24th nov. But I found that there is wrong product delivered to me. instantly I mailed to Shopclues team but they didn't acknowledge the receipt of mail so I called them on customer care no. then the sent me link for registration of complaint but it didn't worked. that's why I called customer care again and Mr. Dharmendra logged complaint on behalf of me with wrong subject. he logged complaint as damaged product but actually it is wrong product delivered. And now they are saying that they cant refund money as I logged complaint within 10days of delivery of product as mentioned in clauses on website. they are saying that you should have logged complaint from phone within 2 days which is contradictory with website clauses.

In online marketing Vox mobile show that whatsapp will be available when I buy this set. I purchased this Mobile set through shop clouse then I found that whats app not available according this range. I submit all screen scoot below attachment option.

I have a book Men Shoes on 22th Oct 2015 and you are giving me defective piece at the same time i will return the parcel to courier boy on 29-Oct-2015 after that i will provide all the necessary details like • Bank Account number • Account Holder Name • Bank IFSC Code • Contact Number after so many foll up and conversation with shopclues call center i am getting only excuse like we are regrade for inconvenience we will process your request and you will receive your money in 6 to 7 working day. Hi, Please even as a consumer never buy from this website... Its the most pathetic website ever. For your own money, they take more than 1 month to refund. I had ordered 2 sets of towels with 3 pieces each, I was sent only 2 bath towels where as it should have 2 face towels and 2 hand towels as well as a combo offer .This was the worst thing... Its street quality as bad as Tuesday flee market. Colours selected were replaced with some other colours on their own. I placed the order on 3rd Nov but refund has not come till now. Its 7 Dec and I have been chasing for refund. Even today I'm being told to wait for another 1 week. No one has bothered to follow up with me or make service call or update any status. NEVER BUY FROM HERE... My refund was initiated by them on 26th Nov but not credited till date !!! They mess with your money. Such online places should be shut down and not allowed to operate... The tracking number for this shipment is95994356". I have received the pack on 02.12.2015 and when checked it was missing the product. Only an empty cover of Scandisk cruzer blade 16GB USB 2.0 Flash/Pendrive was inside the pack. On detailed scrutiny it was observed that the original shopclues pack was broken in one side and it was covered cleverly by a white tape. I have informed the same to Professional courier office at Muppathadam (PH[protected] on 03.12.15 itself. Please do the needful urgently to deliver my product at the earliest.

I have been booked an umbrella on 30th November, 2015 and u r giving expected delivery date 3-4 December, 2015 but u have not fulfilled ur promised. I am not expected this type of the services... very bad and extremely poor services at your end...

Everything has limit. But this SHOPCLUES, has no limit of fake promising, seems that the product i.e SAMSUNG LED Tv will be delivered within 48 hours but their 48 hours has no end, the product was ordered on 18th of October and was about to be delivered on 5th of November but it's December now. There was no COD option so, I had paid the amount via Debit card, so now I fear that It is a Fraud. But still it is a long wait. 26, 000 is not a small amount.
Please resolve this problem

My order no. is 75456285 & i have order a mobile phone named Micro-max Yuphoria cyanogen YU5010. Paid RS6489/-for this product on 11/11/15. But i received a old & used product with accessories missing. I requested for replacement on 15/11/15 but no response .I mailed & called regarding this for several time but those non -sense neither deal properly for return nor process my request within promised time period .After the date of return expired they are confirming that we can not going to return the product. Now I am facing the problem that the phone is heating & showing charging problem. I have taken my phone to Micro-max service center they told me that, this product is given only online services & they also told me that the phone contain motherboard & battery problem . If this fraud merchant & shop-clues .com is making product testing properly as they write in their policy then Why we the customer are facing the problem of defective product. So, its a wake up call from my side that if shop-clues.com & its merchant are begging for money by cheating customer, I appreciate the begging style of these beggar. This website mentioned its status as shipped on 8th oct 2015 through firstflifht courier service but until as of now(6th dec 2015) i didnt received the package. I have called them numerous times but no response from shopclues and firstflight courier. But later they mentioned in their website as delivered but in firstflight status is showing in transit. So i request you to please help me with a solution. I order a 11 in 1 changeable analog watch on 2nd nov at 11:53 am on shopclues.com.They given the expected time on 18th nov. From 14 th nov a call from courier service came to told us that they couldn't deliver at home. I am online shopping customer . I am shop at online on shopclues 20 oct 15. Order date order no 72758827. Product Surya alliza 3 burnur automatic gas stove Rs.1499 shipping 199 cash on delivary fee 34 total 1732. This product reach at phaltan 28 oct 2015. From blue dart currier service. But, this product has stove of shopclues during shipment( causing poor packing) damaged. At that I am complaint shopclues customer support (28 oct 15. At 6:13pm ) for replacement my gas stove as well as I am mail 29 oct 15. Attached with damaged photo. After 3 days(1 nov 15 )accepted my complaint mail received . But then after till today only sent mail your request accepted and other reason's ex. Pick- up not available other but not sent my replacement. FRIENDS NEVER BUY PRODUCT FROM SHOPCLUES BECAUSE THEY REJECT OUR PRODUCT RETURN COMPLAINT I LOST 8000 RUPEES My order id no is 75565377 and 75565460. i buy Lifeline Dumbells Fly Bench Press Model no 311 on 11 NOVEMBER 2015 and following thing i found: 1. Image took from some good branded bench product but i got some duplicate brands/product. 2. Even description is fake 3. Decline bench press is impossible as it can break your backbone. Its just risky for your life. 4.Even 15 kg dumbell cannot be handle by this bench press. On same date of delivery, i applied for return with proper image and good description. But what answer i got from customer care department(her name is monica) after 5 days is this: "We express our inability to accept your request as we have sent you the same product which was ordered by you. For further clarification, you may check the product description properly mentioned on our website as the product has been sent as per the specifications given." Monica not even check the image and she send me this statement. I even call customer care but all fool receive the call and just waste my time. I am very frustrated because shopclues are supporting this types of fraud merchant
