FRIENDS NEVER BUY PRODUCT FROM SHOPCLUES BECAUSE THEY REJECT OUR PRODUCT RETURN COMPLAINT I LOST 8000 RUPEES My order id no is 75565377 and 75565460. i buy Lifeline Dumbells Fly Bench Press Model no 311 on 11 NOVEMBER 2015 and following thing i found: 1. Image took from some good branded bench product but i got some duplicate brands/product. 2. Even description is fake 3. Decline bench press is impossible as it can break your backbone. Its just risky for your life. 4.Even 15 kg dumbell cannot be handle by this bench press. On same date of delivery, i applied for return with proper image and good description. But what answer i got from customer care department(her name is monica) after 5 days is this: "We express our inability to accept your request as we have sent you the same product which was ordered by you. For further clarification, you may check the product description properly mentioned on our website as the product has been sent as per the specifications given." Monica not even check the image and she send me this statement. I even call customer care but all fool receive the call and just waste my time. I am very frustrated because shopclues are supporting this types of fraud merchant

I have booked above mentioned item on 26/11/2015. i have paid the amount also. i have booked one more item. ie a toy car. The second item only i recieved. i am waitimg for first item. i dont know what is the status. Pls reply to [protected]@gmail.com.

In Shop Clues I have online ordered Samsung Note 3 Neo Mobile Charger, received on 3rd December. 2015, when i started to use that one are not working properly and it was duplicate also. on that invoice mention easy return policy terms. so we tried them but we didn't get satisfactory reply back. then i called them they told me courier your product to us. Kindly suggest us.

I ordered two jeans but I found the quality to be of low grade and claimed return request. Shop clues refused saying that product under deals cannot be replaced. But the seller accepted refund. As per I returned the product as Registered Post via India Post. I send them the photocopy of the receipt. The tracking showed that the item was delivered on 9th Nov but they denied of getting the item delivered. I contracted India Post and both the Karimganj P.O (dispatching P.O) and Bijawasan P.O (delivery P.O) confirmed that the item was delivered on 9th Nov. I also send them the photocopy of the Confirmation Sheet as given by India Post. But they are not replying my mils.

I have ordered u8 watch vide order number:76625499. Since 09 days it was showing delay from merchant 96 hours extended. This is very bad. Payment is also done through netbanking. The customer care services are not upto the mark. This would be my last trasaction as they were reaching in estimated time. So please send my shipment as early as possible. Shirts given in email chex but supplied poor quality of plain cotton.2.--- size is 38 instead of xl...Shirts are not as per adv.
Moreover one shirt is in torn condition.
I wrote complaint to shop clues.They not replied to my 2---3 email complaints...Also refunse on tel
Kindly look into the matter and take action against shop clues
They are cheating public...Because they know that small consumer cannot afford legal action

I placed an order with the order no 73939839 one month ago and it is not received till date and when i communicated with customer service they say item is delivered where as i did not receive it and sent a message that the item is returned and they will refund and again now they sing the same song that item is already delivered.. shame on site.

Shop clues delivered wrong product for Order ID 71035630 and low quality product for Order ID 71032749. When I launched Return request, Shopclues asked me send back the products at their warehouse located at palem vihar, new Delhi. I sent the items by DTDC courier with the following details, Product ID:[protected] Courier name:- DTDC Tracking ID:-K82811703 Date of despatch:-31/10/2015 Product ID:[protected] Courier name:- DTDC Tracking ID:-D25569295 Date of despatch:-14/11/2015 But Clues network refused to accept the product. after a lot of conversation (both telephonic and email) we came to a common agreement that shopclues will arrange a reverse pick up. According to our last discussion for ticket number 5263317, we came to a common agreement that you were going to arrange a reverse pick up from the alternative address. Accordingly I traveled 200 kilometers to drop those items to the alternative address. After I did everything from my end when it was your turn to arrange a reverse pick up, you just assigned a new ticket number for the return request and asking me to resend the item. let me be very clear to you that it is not possible for me to recollect the item and resend it to you. either you settle the request or let me show you what can I do from here.

Hello, My order id is 71567948. I ordered front glass of mobile phone Nokia Lumia 625 on shopclues.com. And I paid total Rs. 713 to them. But when I recieved order, I found that glass was broken. I immediately called shopclues customer care. And person of customer care asked me to create return request on their website shopclues.com. So I immediately created return request with photos of broken glass. But it is now more than one month, but they haven't either replaced or given refund me this product. I request you to please step in and do necessary so I get new mobile glass or they give me refund. This was my first shopping on Shopclues.com and they really cheated me in this case. Thank You.

I am not satisfied that product, because product collety is very bad that's reason I am requesting to company took that product from me. This return complaint rejected by shopclus company. I am requesting to you consumer forum take necessary action against that's company and do the needful for customer.

I have order dell laptop skin from shop clues. After a week of ordering i got a message that the merchant has no stock, hence my order has been transferred to another merchant. After that i received a message on 2nd December that my product was delivered. The fact is that my product has been delivered at Jaipur, Rajasthan instead of Guna, Madhya Pradesh. This is the service they are providing. Even after repeated requests and mails from me, they are not interested in searching for the same and not interested in mailing back for my e mails. I want my product to be delivered at my place or return back my money at the earliest...

Dear sir, With due regard it is to inform you that I have placed a order for purchase a 40" Samsung LED TV with Shopclues.com on 17-10-15 vide their order ID 72076102. I transferred an amount for rs. 20189/- to Shopclues through my net banking on the same day. I want to purchase TV on occasion of Diwali. Shopclues has fixed delivery date 30-10-15. When TV is not deliver to me on given date I have contacted Shopclues customer care no.[protected] and logged a complaint vide ticket no.4864577 on 29-10-15. From Oct 29 to Nov 22 I regularly in contact with Shopclues executives. Every time they give assurance that your problem will be resolve in 48 hours but nothing will happen. I have also talk their senior executives like floor supervisor & manager in this regard but every time they give assurance that their is some delay at merchant end but they surely deliver the product. Suddenly On 22-11-15 cancelled my order by writing that we are unable to process your order therefore we cancelled the order and your money will be refunded to you. After 35 days of order placement do you think sir this is a valid response given by Shopclues. I & My family are waiting for 35 days. If they refuse me on[protected] I am able to purchase TV from any other vendor/site but surely before Diwali. They are not only cancelled my order but also destroy my festival and also hurts the feelings of my family. The only motive of this site is only using the money for long period and harsh the customer. This is really a fraud company. On cancellation of my order I have demanded the compensation on account of interest and mobile bills along with difference of product price which is increased from order date to till date On my demand they said there is no policy of compensation in Shopclues.com and refund Rs. 20189/- on 26-11-15. When asked company for replacement of the product and raised complaint for it, I have just received the reply that "request rejected by merchant" and then no further actions can be handled. Finished. I have purchased a T-shirt set and received awrong product when I register a complaint of T-shirt they took it from my home and after that they didn't sending me the exchanged product and even I emailed them every day then in answered they send me "complaint registered" and didn't receive any call and message from them even they aren't sending my money back

I bought a motherboard from shopclues on 16 october 2015, after received the product i checked it myself but motherboard didn't work so i try it many time but motherboard didn't wok after that i request to return the product bu they get cancelled my request then i call to customer care of shopclues they told me that we have forward your complaint but their is no progress i called them many time every time i get only one answer that they forward my return request but till now their is no progress one time customer care executive told ne that i have to go to service center of my product to written note that the product is faulty so i go their but they told me that they don't give me in written and they told me that you are cheated by shopclues because the original cost of thr product is only Rs. 1600 but i get it in Rs.3637 so after that they told me that you have to pay Rs.300 for repairing of the product but after that the product also didn.t work after all this i filed a compalint against this fraud site in consumer court which complaint docket no is[protected] and refrence no is 637725
