Hello Sir/Madam, I order Nova Nh 1257 All in One Room Heater on Shopclues.com dated 7th November 2015. it is Prepaid Order via Visa Debit Card & till date i am not receive my product. I got message on 24th November 2015 as product delivered but it is deliver on wrong address. So i call on 24th November 2015 on Shopclues Customer Support & Register a complain about my product deliver on wrong address but they told me give them 48 hours about product details or proof of delivery. So i agree & till date i am not receive any update about delivery proof and product from shopclues. i call on[protected] continue but they reply same. Till date i am not receive my product or any delivery proof from courier partner of shopclues.com. Please look in this matter & give me update as soon as possible.     The product was found defective (keypad of the mobile was not working properly).
    I have complaint vide ticket number 5342317 by email and telephonically to the CC representative, inspite of number of conversations it couldn't work.

      Sir, i ordered 'SALT BROWN SHOES" from shopeclues.com on MRP 369 with onlinne payment( including shipping charge) vide order no.73186834 on date 24.10.2015 but i receives product on 4.11.2015. when i opend my product it have shoes of other company and other colour. i choosed a return policy and give 2 option to company. 1. replacement the product 2. refund my amount. i have received my refund in my bank last few days ago. now i try to reordering to "SALT BROWN SHOES" again but company sale to me on 399 & shipping charge is extra. why? why i paid my extra money to shopclues on his fault and Big Mistake.         This is the worst service all the product are not working.This people may make the customers fools waste of money better to shop another sites at least they may gave the quality product.I ordered one product (Combo Pack of OTG + Data Cable For Mobile + Car Mobile Charger + Audio Cable) My order no[protected].In that product one cable is not working a raised a return complaint at the same day but no one responded.it looks like this is one type of begging waste of service never buy this shopclues waste of money the product worst damaged stack.

          Dear sir i order samsung led 40 inch tv on 5th of november 2015 on shopclues under order no 74633705. When i check order status on shopclues website it shows Tracking Number: 80896 Shipment Date: 07 November 2015 Carrier Name: Beacon Surface but when i check status of this tracking number on beacon surface website it shows no data found and when i contact to shopclues they said we will send your product soon and ask me wait for next 48 hours you will be receive ur product. From last one week i am telling them refund my money but they dont refunded and giving just excuses I am so tense sir i requested to you plaese help me and take strong action against shopclues.               This is with regard to the order I placed for Samsung LED TV(40J5100) with the order id : 75084452 on 08 Nov 2015, 08:57 PM.I received the product on 21-Nov-2015 and found it defective. I have filed a return request to refund my money on the same day 21-Nov-2015 for the above order, but I did not receive the refund yet. Instead of refunding back the amount, I received response from Shopclues to get the TV repaired by local technician and provide the bill. I have ordered for new product, why should I go for repairing? When I refused to get it repaired, I got the response saying "return request declined". How can the return request declined if the product is defective? Everytime I call customer care, I get the same response that they will resolve the issue within 48 hours but still my issue is not resolved and 9 days are gone. Please help me to get my money (INR 25689) back.
              Shopclues is not willing to return my money back. They are cheating with me.

                This is with regard to the orderDiwali offer Samsung LED (40 ) 101.6 CM Full HD Flat TV J 5100 series 5. I placed for with the order id : 74302523 on 02 Nov 2015, 08:50 PM.I received the product on 12-Nov-2015 and found it defective & broken condition. I have filed a return request to refund my money on the same day 12-Nov-2015 for the above order, My Complain Ticket no is 5083366 but I did not receive the refund yet. Instead of refunding back the amount, . Everytime I call customer care, I get the same response that they will resolve the issue within 48 hours but still my issue is not resolved and 19 days are gone. Please help me to get my money (INR 30538) back.

                  I purchased a product of ₹300 approx, on 26th the details( ordr no[protected]shown by courier service was OUT FOR DELIVERY but wasn't delivered till 28th When i logged the complain on 28th after 2 days the told that the product was delivered at the location provided but i didn't receive the product, may be delivered at another location. The are not listing to any of the queries

                    I booked a product online on 7th nov 2015, they gave me delivery date by 20 nov, but after so many mails & mails but not received any reply, but still not getting any delivery and even not getting any reply from there side, even i did prepaid payment but still not getting any status where is my product, please it is request from you kindly help me out, as these online shopping portals do same with many customers and even they dont care about there customers even not replying on mail also for further communication... My all over experiences is not good and for further i m not use this site for online shopping i m using many site for online shopping but that is ford wed site

I do not know they came to the conclusion it has been delivered. No body called me or told me where and when and to whom it was delivered.Please let me have my refund.

                                Dear sir I would like to bring your kind attention towards bad services and behavior of M/s Shopclues .com. I have booked a mobile model no xiomi redmi note 4 of amount INR 7799 via order no. 74186118 on dated 01/11/2015. And it was scheduled to deliver on dated 18/11/2015. But this product did not delivered to the destination and return to the origin due to courier issue. Courier tracking detail is below (Order tracking detail[protected] of DOTZOT courier ltd. When they informed me about the same at dated 14/11/2015, I have asked to refund the paid amount which was paid against the order at the time of booking. Firstly they have informed to start the refund process within 3-4 days and now after 1 week they are falsely saying that the product is delivered on the destination. However it is not delivered at the destination. So many follow ups and conversation happen with their customer executive to refund the amount but they are not giving any response. Now you are requested please look into the matter and suggest please what I have to do. All mail communication is attached for your reference.                                   I recently ordered an Foot n Style Black Formal Shoe in Shopclues 17-Nov-2015. Order # is 7592023. I got a confirmation from Shopclues that it will be delivered ob 28-Nov-2015. I did not receive the product but I received a confirmation message from shopclues that the product has been delivered on 28th. When I called customer care they are asking me to wait for 48 hours to verify the proof and I have to wait for another 7 to 10 days to get the status of the product. Without tracking the order how did they confirm that it was delivered? Why should I wait for another 10 days to know the status? Please help me.

                                    I recently ordered 2 jeans form them of size 30 costing INR670 when asked return with size 32 they declined with no reasons mentioned which goes against the buyers protection policy. i do not wish to waste my money on something that i cant use when informed the same to them they weren't bothered

                                        Dear sir i order samsung led 32 inch tv on 5th of november 2015 with online payment of rs 27500 on shopclues under order no 74633705 and they gave me time for delivery 14th of november 2015 but still after many weeks i didnot get this product. Many times i contact to shopclues but they always give me next 2 days for delivery i request rhem many times that i want my money back but they refund and gives one and another excuses. I place many orders on flipkart and snapdeal and they delivered within few days. I its height of your worst service that you cant trace your own peoducts which you sent to any consumer.
